I want to take the time to bring attention to the response by Enterprise. Although, I put a painfully and sadly true review about Enterprise inability to remotely work with a once valued customer, to date I have not received a single email response from Mr. Calvin French, nor a single contact attempt by Enterprise. What I have received was ambiguous communication. I received an email stating that I had a balance due of $0.00, yet my debit card has been run, without my consent, the last two days at the tune of $600. I sent a return email to the sender , however the email is not monitored. Again, after spending nearly 20k in the last 8 years at Enterprise, one would think, considering up until January the 5th, I was completely confident the rental was still being paid for by State Farm, who's insured nearly destroyed my Yukon. Again, I had no idea or communication stating that a balance was adding up until I was notified on the 5th and threatened with GTF that my balance was nearly $600. Again, I tried to pay $75 that day to scramble to figure things out but was rudely shut down by Carly, the Branch Manager on Chicot Street in Pascagoula, MS and told I pay $300 or take an Uber home after dropping the rental off. I walked nearly $30 miles in the next two weeks as I was indeed left with no options until I had again no choice but to go and get my wrecked vehicle, so my wife, my 5 kids and I would have some mode of transportation during a span where temperatures are well into the freezing mark. I have tried to contact customer support and was told a manager was going to call me with in 24 hours it has been almost a week now and I still have not received a call back from anyone. I expect that someone should call me back by tomorrow or I guess I can just call the corporate office and see if they can be of any help. Because of this inconvenience I've had to spend more money getting back home and getting around to do things I need to then I should have. read more

I rent from this location quite often for personal and business use every person that I have dealt with stands out as being very professional and very polite it's obviously a southern branch. They go out of their way to make sure everyone's covered and that no one ever feels as if they're standing or waiting to get a response or being ignored. I hope Enterprise takes very good care of their employees at the branches that stand out because with my business and personal satisfaction and being professional is number one. read more

The process was a little stressful to begin with, bit the local agents made all the steps move at a smooth pace, they are very friendly and well answer all your questions and work with you. Communication is ther key, if you do not talk to them you will not know and they will not know what is expected. read more

Enterprise tried to stick me for over $600 for damages I had nothing to do with and refused to listen to explanation and proof otherwise . I had to get a lawyer to help me block them from trying to damage my credit rating which I've built to a very high level. This has been going on for 6 months now unresolved.I gave one star because the pascagoula office personnel were nice but the corporate people were condescending and felt they were purposely trying to rip me off. read more

I rented a car from this location and while doing the inspection I noticed the tag (a drive out tag) wasn't attached very well and mentioned this. I was told it was fine and that I would have no problems. The tag blew off of the vehicle while I was on my way to my destination. When it was noticed, I called and was told to go to the nearest open location. At this time there weren't any that would be open that I could get to on this day. The next day I spent hours trying to get the tag rectified. I was sent to a closed location, then to another that couldn't help me, and the third location finally said they would just exchange the car. The car that was given to us was only spot cleaned to help us on with our trip and not hold us up. I was told that there was no need for an inspection. This left me only hours to spend with my family when I should have had the entire day. They car we were given turned out to have some damage on it and bad tires that were ready to blow (one even went flat on us). After spending what little time I was able to with my family, we returned to Pascagoula to turn in the car. I was told that my account would be on hold until they investigated everything that had happened on this trip (tag issue, exchange of car, damage to car, and bad tires). When I finally was able to get the trip closed out the manager told me to give them another chance and he would make sure my next rental was above par and at a great rate. My daughter's graduation was not long after so I allowed him to book the reservation. When my boyfriend and I went to get the vehicle, we were given a freshly cleaned car that even still had the check list hanging from the rear view mirror. The only problem was that this freshly cleaned car had marijuana in the console and not just a small amount. When we mentioned this to the sales lady she said she would have to talk to her manager because she didn't know what to do. She came back and said that it would be some hours before we could get another vehicle and I said that's unacceptable and I needed to see the manager. She tried to take the car but I said no. I want him to see what was just tried to be given to me. When he finally did come over, he did so with an attitude. He made it seem like I was being difficult for not wanting a car with drugs in it. When he saw what I was referring to all he said was oh well I can clean that out. I told him I would not take this car and that he needed to find me one now as he had already guaranteed me a better experience and a vehicle. He agreed to upgrade the vehicle to a jeep as it was the only thing left. I wanted to do a complete inspection because of my previous experience but he was trying to rush me. I still made mention of every little thing I could find wrong on the outside of the vehicle, including several chips in the windshield. He was being very abrupt and rude and kept saying that an inspection wasn't necessary as he had personally cleaned the vehicle. We had barely left the parking lot when I found a bullet in the glove box. I immediately called enterprise corporate number and filed a complaint. While we were pulled over I found more bullets (thankfully no gun), a used fabric mask, food, and food container under the seat. I let them know on the phone what was found and that I was not happy about the issues we have had that morning. I also let them know about the first car with the drugs inside. We kept the Jeep as it was the only vehicle available and I had to get to my daughter's graduation. It was very hot that day. There was no shade to park the Jeep in at the school. After graduation, we got back into the Jeep and turned the ac on and heard a loud pop. The windshield had cracked where one of the chips had been and was starting to run in a line down the windshield. I called the customer service line to report the damage immediately and they wanted me to turn the vehicle in to the nearest store and get another one. No one had any vehicles available. I was told to contact the store where I had gotten it from. I did this and they told me that I would need to return the vehicle to them immediately and that I would have to pay for the damaged windshield and wouldn't get my deposit back. So another call had to be made to the corporate office, because I knew that was not the case. We were told that the store was incorrect and we would not be responsible and that they would be notified of this but that we did need to return the vehicle as soon as possible. We cut our visit short several days early to return the Jeep as asked. The manager was even more rude this time and even called me a liar about the bullets and trash in the car. He said the only reason we weren't paying for the damage is because he was told he couldn't charge us. I have called several times asking for his superiors to contact me or anyone higher up in the company and have been told that I will be contacted. It has been months and still no one has reached out. read more

Don't go if you are military. I recommend Hertz rent a car! I'm TAD military in town as many others. This place is right down the street from the navy barracks. Many sailors are here for no less than a month on government orders given there ship is being built / setting sail. This place takes advantage of there military members by charging them full price on government orders. I received proper payment upon my first rental but after going back and going through the same process they charged me as a civilian not under government orders. Which is roughly a 100$+ difference. I'm writing this review because until recently, my whole ship has been hit with this. It has been put out to our ship to avoid this place at all costs.. Unless you want to be taken advantage of.
