THIEVES! 0 stars. Worst customer service and they never take responsibility for their billing errors or mistakes. I have been ripped off twice by the BROADWAY/518 location in Pearland. I should not have returned there to rent. Previously I had been renting there for years and the staff from years ago was excellent and very professional and accommodating. The staff there now are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. In May of 2025 they rented me a suv that should have been removed from service(expired year model/over mileage). The rental was full of pet hair(from 2nd row to trunk area) and the 3rd row seats broken. It was a late evening rental so by the time I returned home to load my luggage they had closed. ENTERPRISE corporate customer service is a joke and leads the bs climate. Had to clean the rental myself because I was leaving early a m and they could not assist me in exchanging at one of the airports w/o me being charged 150.00 for dropping of the outdated suv. To say the least that was ridiculous. I returned from my short trip and the manager promised to credit me for my inconvenience by giving me a 1 day credit on a 3 day rental. I was charged 82.00 over the agreed amount and never received my reimbursement. Contacted their corporate office after the rental location claimed it was a corporate issue and from there the stuff hit the fan. It was a game of back and forth. Disputed the charges with my bank and ENTERPRISE refused to pay. THIEVES! Now here we are in April of 2026 and we have to attend an out of state funeral(Louisiana)short trip. Picked up on thursday evening at 5:30, returned saturday morning at 11am. Hours before the 2day rental agreement expired. Received a call on the following Thursday asking when will I RETURN THE RENTAL SO THEY CAN STOP CHARGING MY CARD. WTF. Now I am pissed OFF. My card has been charged for a car that was returned and rented out AGAIN. I went to the location, the manager is incompetent and condescending. The guy that received the return was standing next to her like we would not remember who checked the car in and she never asked him one word. They do not email receipts nor do they update your accounts online. Its like they are running a scam. Why can't I GET A DAMN RECEIPT. BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS. I have once again had to file a dispute with my credit card company because of false charges and them blowing smoke up my butt while being dismissive like I DON'T KNOW PLUS ONE EQUALS TWO. I WILL TELL ANYONE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION 7126 W. BROADWAY ST FM 518. THIS IS DEFINITELY A BUYER BEWARE WARNING. I received good service form this Enterprise rental location by Crash Champions collision repair. They were willing to work with me with lowering the rates and when I had to extend the amount of days that I was renting the car. The Detailer, Alphonso volunteered to drive me home when I had no ride back after dropping off the rental car. I showed up 2 1/2 hours later than my "appointment time," and having dealt with Enterprise before, I figured I'd give them some extra time to get the car ready! But... Noooooooo, These enterprise associates were the most arrogant, incompetent, rude and condescending enterprise employees I have every talked to! I was dependent on someone else to get me to enterprise, so after having been "brow beat" several times about being late and also being told they don't know when they will get another suv, I had enough and left! These individuals are cocky and arrogant.... If you can't do your job efficiently in a professional manor, you may be in the wrong career! Don't go to this branch they have no cars but have plenty of arrogance and attitude if you feel like arguing with someone! Nope! I am also informing Geico of this issue.... Someone ran into the back of my car 2 nights ago. Secured a larger car through my insurance. My reservation was set at 9. I was there by 10:15 and they had already rented the vehicle i reserved to someone else. The customer service was awful. They just kept telling me "you were an hour and a half late". I rarely post bad reviews. This is an informative review to the community. Avoid this location at all cost. There was no attempt to resolve or assist with finding another car. The staff was rude to a point where i couldnt even believe what was happening. I was waiting on the camera men to jump out and tell me this was all a prank !! read more

I was not impressed with my experience at this Enterprise. I have rented through other Enterprises many times in the past and they were pleasant experiences. This one is attached to the Service King in Pearland. I had to bring my brand new car in for a minor repair which Service King estimated would take about a week. My insurance set me up with a rental and I thought how convenient it's all in one building. When I arrived, I expected to be in something comparable to my car. I know insurance only covers so much per day as well. I rent a lot of vehicles so I had a general idea of what I could get into in that price point. Enterprise decided to put me in the smallest possible vehicle they could find. I told them I needed something bigger and they offered me a mini van which I would have to pay out of pocket for as well. I declined and thought this is only temporary. The car itself was filthy and smelled terrible. I'm not sure they clean the interior of vehicles when they are returned. I told them let me know when something bigger arrives. I never received calls and only decided to spring for the van after being miserable for a week in the go cart. So are you telling me you only have a go cart and a mini van in your inventory? Could you not maybe point me in the direction of something bigger at another location? The mini van was also dirty inside. I put up with it and had to cover what the insurance did not. This makes me not want to use Enterprise as a whole because of poor customer service. Throughout my whole process I called there about 4 times and only got through once. Other times I was on hold for over 10 minutes before it just hung up on me. There are way more options elsewhere! read more

Made a reservation by phone. Arrived at place a bit later than anticipated and was greeted by a black lady with an attitude. Had to wait 30 min to get a car after having made a reservation and being a "plus member". No need to make a reservation if you're going to have to wait all that time anyways. ***update. I spoke to enterprise customer service and explained the situation. They did apologize for the inconveniences and made an effort to correct the issues. read more

Piss poor customer service. Not able to give us the car reserved, then gave us a dirty minivan. We switched it out and received a smoked out Mitsubishi SUV. When asked to switch this out, they told us we know, just come by and we'll spray it. WTH? Listen , I have a wife and two young children with asthma. We are non-smokers! This experience was very bad ! It was madness from the beginning!! So much confusion once I got there with customers- I was finally checked in and taken out to get my car.Told them it wasn't what I asked for but was told that's all they had . I let them know I needed to seat four comfortably. I later find out the back seat was soak and wet !! After calling the location (Smith Ranch Rd) Pearland Tx-Megan was aware and said it was a stain they were trying to remove !! It got worse from there .. tried another location nothing available. Called corporate no help ! Although they compensated me the car should have never been rented to anyone in that condition! Update 03/17 .. District Supervisor called and was so apologetic ! I really appreciate Allen calling and making things right . I've used this location several times and this was my first bad experience. Made an enterprise reservation two weeks ago. They even called to confirm the day before. I've been here two hours and they still don't have the car. The excuse was they were overbooked. Will never recommend them again as they neglected to look at my full reservation. 0 out of 10 don't recommend. read more

The only thing that could have been better was a better selection of cars. My rental was fine but it made me dearly miss my real car while it was being repaired. The friendliness, professionalism and speediness of the staff could not have made the process any easier though. I was in my rental and on my way within minutes of arriving to the repair shop. So fast! The returning of the car was just as easy and quick. I'll definitely continue to be a loyal Enterprise renter. read more

They totally failed me! I had a reservation for a car. Showed up at 5pm as arranged to pick up car. Made to wait 22 minutes only to be told they could not rent me a car. They were only renting for insurance claims. I had less than 40 minutes to go elsewhere to find a car. They cost me money and extreme frustration! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I waited almost 2 months to report this review because I was so angry at the time Meghan at this location was so unprofessional and even lied about a reservation I made. My reservation was made on February 24 and confirmed conf#1820441904 I called for a pick up for February 25th on February the 24th and was told by Meghan that someone will pick me up around 10:45-11:00. I called this location again on February the 25th at 9:16am and Meghan answered the telephone and told me my information was in the system and confirmed that someone will be picking me up no later than 11:00 am. At 11:30 a half an hour before they closed I called back multiple times and there was no answer each time. I called Enterprise 1800 number and a associate tried calling them as well and could not get anyone and apologized stating they may be on their way. I never received any call from this location telling me we will not make it to you or we are out of vehicles NOTHING and still have not today. This is very unprofessional and disappointing as I work for an establishment that uses Enterprise and Hertz and have been receiving a lot of unprofessional behavior complaints from multiple employees. I just got the news this week that we no longer have a deal enterprise any longer as of 4-1-17 we are now in full business with HERTZ rental and I must say I am GLAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we no longer have to deal with the unprofessional behaviors from this location and I am only speaking on MEGHAN because all the gentlemen that work their are very professional and friendly. It is a shame they have that negative vibe of MEGHAN killing their customer satisfaction rate. read more
