Had to get a rental after an accident where a 90 year old ran in to me and left the scene, but she was apprehended. I was surprised to see how busy this location is. They were hopping and we got there just as they opened. Incredibly nice and efficient employees. The car was nice and clean and a 2024 with all the bells and whistles one might expect. The facility was spotless and even though they were swamped, they were polite and never appeared stressed or irritated as a lot of employees can be in busy situations. We called to check on the availability of a car. We reserved one for an hour later. When we got to Enterprise to pick it up, we were told that the reservation wasn't in their computer yet. We were told that it was probably just not in their system since it had only been an hour. Also, no cars available. When we asked what we were supposed to do, as our car was not available, we were told "That isn't our problem".​ read more

We were in an accident and GEICO referred us to Enterprise. We started off with one that the brakes went out, second one got a flat tire, they upgraded us to a Toyota and on our way to the Springs for a day trip the axle went out. Stopped at Davenport which had no cars n directed us to the ford dealer to repair car. We were stranded and the dealership had to give us a ride to hotel. We finally got ahold of corporate that got us our 4th car and picked us up the next day from hotel. What a nightmare and so disappointed that every car we got had over 60k miles on them and our experience was awful and we got stuck with a 200 hotel bill. The manager was great and so sorry and offered us a discount on our next rental. We're happy to have our truck back but seriously Enterprise should make sure their cars are safe to drive and we should have been reimbursed for our hotel. Can you believe in 29 days going through 4 rentals? Can't remember the managers name but he was super cool but think Enterprise should have compensated us for ruining our vacation, spending hours at dealership to find out what's wrong with their car and having to stay in hotel with no car! read more

So far they offer decent cars. It's just the hoops that you have to jump through to get one. We rented a car last week and had to show them a utility bill. And then when we tried to rent a car this week they wanted to see a different bill!!! Freaking ridiculous! read more

We use Enterprise when travelling or when our large family comes to town to visit. We are very happy with the selection of vehicles and service we receive at this location. Our online coupons were honored and we received a bonus upgrade on our most recent rental. We were waited on and received our rental in a short amount of time. With that being said, it is a very busy branch so I would recommend paying attention to peak hours. read more

I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped us. She was very pleasant and easy to work with and did a great job of getting us matched up with the vehicle we needed for our trip. Great service! James was extremely helpful (we dealt with him on three occasions). Thankfully this location is open a bit longer than some of the other rental car companies in the area too. Only downside was due to our last minute need of a car so late in the day they were unavailable to pick us up, so we had to get a cab to their location. The only person who works for the Customer Service Experience, was Kathy I believe, she speaks with an English accent. The female "Manager" is as rude and disrespectful as you can get. I've rented from this location for years and with 2 different managements, I've never had any difficulties until now. I've called cooperate and advised them of the situation and see NO difference. I'm a preferred customer, I've rented from the exotic line of Enterprise as well and have never had any problems with Pablo who is a manager at the Naples location. So as a Veteran and Christian it takes a lot for me to give a bad review on a company. However if this is the treatment of how they treat me, I'm sorry for a pers5renting the first time. read more

I had a reservation for 3 days. The morning of my pickup I got no call, no one came to pick me up. I called to find out what happened, very politely told them I had a reservation and I need a pickup, I spoke with Liz she put me on hold, kept me on hold for about 20 min, then I got disconnected, so I called again and again Liz put me on hold and kept on hold for while then hung up on me again. If this is how they run their business I have no idea why they get any good reviews. I am Polish and maybe she didn't like my accent? I am always very polite so it was not my attitude or anything like that. I am very disappointed. Last year I rented from them, gave them a $50 cash deposit and then they marked in their computer that they gave it back to me, when I never got it and they never even mentioned giving me my deposit back, so I waited for a mailed check or something, nothing. I never got my deposit back, I let it go. I don't know what kind of people work at this location, but they are losing business by treating people like this. read more

I was surprised by the service I received. From my auto claim the Enterprise team picked me up the repair shop American Auto Body and took me to the Rental place. the car I received was safe clean and drove well. The team member that serviced my claim at Enterprise was Brendan. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend this location to anyone. I will use them again if I am in need of a local rental and because of my experience I will refer my family and friends that fly into town. read more

Rented a car while mine was being repaired. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. My insurance company set everything up and Enterprise picked me up at the repair shop and brought me to the Enterprise office to pick up the car. The repair shop coordinated with Enterprise directly so I did not have to do anything to let them know when I would be finished with the rental. When finished with the rental my wife drove our car and followed me to the Enterprise office and the check in was almost immediate. Highly recommend this Enterprise location! read more

I had reserved a Volkswagen Jetta "or something similar", and the whole "or something similar" caveat always scares me...something similar to them could be a Honda Accord or a piece of junk. The "something similar" for me was a Ford Focus, a brand and model of vehicle I hate, and I was initially pretty miffed about this, especially after learning that they had no other similar option for that price range other than a minivan. But it ended up working out just fine, car was in good shape, had wireless Bluetooth and got me through the week. I returned the car an hour later than I was supposed to because I couldn't remember if the return time was 8 am or 9 am, and they initially charged me the additional $17 for the hour, but when I brought it up, the sales agent took the additional hour's charge off no problem. They provided excellent service, the car was in good shape (despite not being a fan of the car itself), and it was a great renting experience, couldn't have asked for much more. DO NOT use this enterprise location. VERY disappointed. Made a reservation for a full size SUV only to arrive and find that the only vehicle they had left was a mini-van. I already have a mini-van and was looking to rent a full size SUV for a camping trip. The lady behind the desk was absolutely no help. Just shrugged her shoulders and said "well that's all we have" I even called yesterday and asked if they would have a vehicle of the style I requested and was told on the phone that they would. This is very disappointing. What good is the reservation if they can't uphold it? Will NOT be using this location again. After ordering an SUV for a family trip weeks ago, I was shocked to find that even after calling to make sure the vehicle was available it was not. I spoke with an associate who promised that the vehicle was available however when I showed up it wasn't. The manager named mike promised that it was on its way but i was made to wait almost an hour.
