​ I had a confirmed rental for a vehicle. When I arrived it was not available. When I walked out to leave and go to a different company, suddenly they had a car for me. When I did receive a vehicle, i prepaid for my fuel and got my receipt. They decided on their own to reverse the charges and not charge me for my prepaid fuel as agreed. Now they have recurrently and repeatedly tried to charge my card over and over and my company card over and over and will not send confirmation receipt. When they do send a receipt they send repeated emails with the same receipt . The service is horrible . ​They now REFUSE my calls to try to resolve this issue! Let me start by saying, it is near impossible to get someone to answer your call. Second I was just notified that Enterprise Rent A Car has tried charging my credit card for $788.98. The only reason I needed a rental car is due to a rear-end accident and the person who hit me was insured by USAA. So this was covered under insurance and the ONLY reason Enterprise Rent A Car had my credit card number is because you have to use it for the (damage) deposit. It is November 2nd and the accident was the end of August. So everyone who used Enterprise should check there account very closely as this company will obviously try to money any way they can!! read more

My experience with enterprise this last go around was absolutely terrible. No good things to say about you guys after this last experience. We made a reservation at DIA to pick up a car on 8/09 around 3pm. On our behalf, we were not aware that we had to have a credit card at the DIA location. We did not have one on us at the time so the lady asked if we had tap. My husband had to come out to the car to get me because he wasn't aware I had tap pay for my credit card. So we go back in and another lady says no you can't tap, have to have the physical card. Story goes on, we reserve a car at the Longmont location to be picked up around 9am on 8/10. One of the employees calls around 8am to tell us the vehicle we reserved was not going to be available. He also told us that the agents over the phones after hours don't have full access to what cars will be available so they just match you to whatever you request. For trip planning this is very inconvenient so agents should not be booking whatever they can.. So at this point we asked how they could make this right because nonone from enterprise can give us the same information! He says oh nothing we can do. Okay fine. So Avis thankfully made it right and had a large SUV available. We had more issues getting a vehicle in Colorado as residents than we ever did in Texas as non residents. Looks like we will no longer use enterprise. You guys may have competitive pricing but competitive customer service also matters! read more

Dom and Josh are AMAZING! Bob picked me up from the shop where my car was being repaired. He is very nice.. Super busy place, but they made sure their customers were taken care of and communicated with. They made sure I was happy with my rental, it was very nice, clean, and fuel efficient. We've had no problems at all with this branch of Enterprise RAC. Hubs rents a car three times a year for business trips to California. The cars have all been comfortable and uneventful. Sometimes you get a car that someone smoked in even though all of the cars are non-smoking. Try getting THAT stink out! All-in-all, we've never had any problems with these people. I reserved a car for Wednesday June 6, 2018. On Wednesday I was informed that they had no vehicles available. The employee stated that they would have one available on Friday, June 8, 2018. He would transfer me to the list for Friday. Called Friday morning to see what time I could pick up a vehicle and was once again informed that there were no cars available and that I had not been placed on the list for a vehicle. Great personal service, very friendly. It was unfortunate that the car we got was smelly of cigarette smoke. They tried very hard to get rid of the smell, but smoke stays in the fabric and keeps on smelling. The manager was very kind to adjust our fee because of that, but it made our trip a bit difficult for breathing. HORRIBLE MANAGMENT OF THIS LOCATION!!! Over booking, condescending manager Reese, acted like I was trash because they messed up. I had a reservation booked both times for a smaller car to save on gas and both times they put me in a hemi truck. The very last time when I said I did not want the truck so could you please comp the gas he kept telling me "I helping you out by giving you a car at all"!! Are you kidding me I have a reservation! I called day of just to make sure all ok, was told they have NO cars available!? Claimed they tried to call me at 2 #'s and left message. Never heard anything from anyone. Had to call other location, none there either. Got screwed an hour before taking my car to shop, have no ride home and no car to drive! Left me high and dry! It's been a few years since I rented from this location. The negative changes - I'm guessing due to management change - are beyond disappointing. I confirmed my pickup time an hour and 20 minutes before it was due and was assured that they would meet me on time at the body shop. Once the pickup was more than 10 minutes late I called and was told by the manager that the driver had departed 20 minutes earlier. My location was only 10 minutes from theirs. I was placed on hold and finally the pickup driver spoke to me and apologized for the delay. He was just then leaving the facility - almost 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time - after being told by the manager that someone had left some time before. The car they used for pickup was filthy - the car they rented to me had scratches all over it, and the interior was full of dust. My insurance company specified Enterprise, but I emphasized to them that this particular location is very disorganized. I even overheard a call from another customer who was awaiting pickup that was already an hour and 45 minutes late and no one on the way to a location at least 20 minutes away. I hope never to need to rent from this office again - or at least until there is a manager with organizational skills. read more

We dropped off our car rental at the Enterprise site in Pueblo West. We forgot and left our own key on the rental car key ring and this was also missed by the Pueblo West agent. After we got home we called back and they said they were more than happy to mail the key items back to us. After numerous phone calls to various Enterprise agents in Pueblo we finally received 6 weeks later and legal sized sealed envelope from Enterprise with nothing in it. I talked to the manager Adam who stated that he personally put the key items in the envelope and mailed and couldn't explain why the envelope was sealed with nothing in it! First of you couldn't get the items in the envelope and if you could the post office wouldn't take it. It was obvious that that Adam lied. It would have been different if they would have said that we would have to come in get the items but they said all along that they would mail it. This is a very unsavory, dishonest business based on our experience and I avoid these guys like the plague. read more
