Shopper BEWARE!! These people just destroyed our day, and just cost US an additional $1,000+ We booked a 26ft truck with lift gate. We booked with over 1 month notice. I called in the day before to confirm, we will pick up tomorrow about 2pm. Was told, Yes! The truck is here and ready for you. Our reservation was for an entire week. When we arrived For pickup. I didn't even ask us our name or reservation number. The lady working knew exactly who we were. It was very odd, Immediate response was to look at us and tell us that there's no truck for us. Explain we have a reservation and called yesterday and confirm the reservation. She said no you can't just book a truck today you call and canceled your reservation. We definitely corrected nothing was canceled whatsoever. She tried to blame us for making a same day reservation. This is not the case ! She's still refused to pull up around whatsoever in the computer which is really suspect like something was going on. She refused to look at email and confirm the reservation date was over a month ahead. There was 2 trucks set in the parking lot with liftgate that we booked. Apparently her partner that was working yesterday will be called. Decided to rent our truck out to the first person that walked into the door. They sold to somebody else. Then did not cancel the reservation so that it looked like we didn't show up. This lady admitted to a scam after a lot of going back and forth that her branch runs with customers. We told her to find another truck and at first she refused to call the manager and so I looked up who the owner of the branch was on Sunbiz. I tried to get her repeatedly to give us one of the trucks that are in the parking lot but she refused to and said we don't cancel reservations to lease it out to somebody else. A reminder that you just did that with our reservations so you need to give us this truck so that way the next person doesn't have a truck and then maybe the next person will be in a no call no show. She outright refused and told me that's not how it works. But man that's what you just did to us and we have to move 30 different machines and over a $150000 in inventory, A very large event and convention. We had entire group of people waiting for us in Orlando, A large amount of attendees come into the convention expectant us to be there with these machines. She did not seem to care but was very stressed out and wanted us to leave. She finally called the original manager after we called corporate. She still refused to give us the regional manager's number and the regional manager refused to talk to us whatsoever. That's what indicate a regional manager knew about the situation as the store attended dead before we got there. Based on the behavior of both the store attendant and the regional manager this is something they do pretty frequently. They then offered us a smaller truck at a different location but we'd have to pay rent 2 of them now twice the gas twice the insurance at twice to drive. Look up the policy on the website at enterprise does not guarantee a reservation under any circumstance. I then brought that up To her again and showed her what's the website says and let her know that since you don't hold reservations you can rent us the 2 trucks you have this is actually the corporate policy is to screw the customer. She again refused to help us. What online and 5 minutes found out that penske has a truck with liftgate 7.2 miles down the road. Pennsylvanials says if you're a reservation is not met they will pay you. Put in a reservation at penske left this property. Lady that worked there was totally relieved that she didn't have to keep making phone calls to fix the mistakes that they have created. We want to explain to the regional manager exactly what was going on and why they did this. We were told you are not allowed to talk to management. Ended up spending $1400 additional fees to go with penske as we had no choice but to do something right this second. I highly recommend you avoid this location under all circumstances. When they end up costing you a bunch of money they'll smile and grin as they find it funny. What they don't care as long as their commissions are paid like they could care less about your business that you're relying on them to conduct. This was a terrible horrible experience! The regional manager should be fired and banned from ever working in this industry again. Is the real fun part that indicates a 100% they knew what they were doing. They did not cancel our reservation, said a bunch of lies, kicked us out. Then never canceled our reservation. After the reservation was set to expire the regional manager then closed it as no show. That was not the case they leased out our reservation as somebody else, I didn't want to cancel the ticket so that the manager did look guilty of the straw that he just committed to read more

It was my second time renting a car from this spot. I called ahead to reserve a car, because my car had to go to the mechanic for a few days. The staff were friendly. Pick up and drop off went fast. There is a WAWA gas station right next to it, so I was able to gas up before I returned it. Plus I was able to get a ride to my mechanics, which was close. Everything went smoothly! read more

Would you like this (different vehicle) instead? This is bait and switch. The first couple of times I said ok and was nice. The excuse today was we tried to call you last night but you didn't answer and the voice mail on your phone wasn't set up. That's all bullshit. My voice mail has been set up for years and how about an email? Calling me the night before doesn't help mitigate the inconvenience the next morning. Done with this company. Never doing business with this location ever again. I planned on leaving a good review once my trip was completed because they did accommodate me last minute. However too many red flags happened before and after my trip that i just can't get over. I booked a mid size SUV months in advance with another location and the day before Thanksgiving that location did not have my car that I requested. I called this location to see if they had the car I was looking for, and if I could rent it last minute, I was told by Luis to book the car online and that they will be able to get me in the car, I booked the car online for a SUV And I called twice before I went up to the location to verify that they would have the car that I needed. When i arrived they told me they could put me in a Nissan Altima. I agreed because at this point me and my family needed to get on the road. I did ask would the price be cheaper being that they are putting me in a smaller size car and Fate said no it would cost more if they changed it. Which made no sense, but again i was just happy they could accommodate me. Upon return of my return it was an after hours return on a Sunday. I did expect to pay more for my rental because it was brought back a couple hours after the original return time. The issue came when i had to call them the next day in the afternoon time to inquire about a receipt or something showing that the car was returned. I called them 4 something in the afternoon on Dec 1st and a rep told me they weren't finish getting all the cars checked back in and they will call me shorty. Fate called me back 14 mins later and told me everything was fine and they were closing out the contract and i should be receiving the receipt to my email soon. Okay no problem. I never received the email. I called the next morning and asked about the receipt and they sent it. To my surprise it was a $75 cleaning fee which was odd to me because the car wasn't filthy. I made sure I cleaned up after my kids and the most that was probably left behind was crumbs from the chips the kids ate in the backseat. I let it go for a few days but something didn't sit right with me. I called to inquire about the $75 charge and Luis proceeded to tell me that i was charged $75 because the car was smoked out. I don't know what he meant by smoked out but he proceeded to accuse me of returning the car "Smoked out" and that they had to have the car detailed and the air filter changed. My issue is that there was no way any kind of smoke or anything would have been in the car as i was traveling with my two children, one who has allergies and asthma and my 70 year old grandmother who has dementia and copd. There is no way i would compromise their immune system in anyway and none of us smoke. Luis then proceeds to say he inspected the car himself and it was smoked out and he saw ashes in the car. Another lie. He tried to make it seem as though he did me a favor by not charging me the $250 fine that they charge for a car being smoked in, in which i challenged him and said if you claim the car was smoked out and you saw ashes yourself why wouldn't you just charge me the full $250 if you had every right to. Because if it was me i would have, if that's my job. I'm sure I'm not the only customer from that weekend with a mysterious unexplained cleaning fee. When fate called me the day after the return regarding the car she said everything was fine. No mention of any issues with the car. No mention of a lesser deposit or cleaning fee. I'm overall disgusted with the lie that was told and my hard earned money being taken over a lie or even a possibly mixup that they are refusing to fix! I have called and reported the issue to corporate which was over a week ago and have yet to be contacted regarding this issue. I've rented through enterprise plenty of times before and never had an issue until now and i am very disappointed in how this location and how enterprise moved during this Thanksgiving holiday season by overbooking their cars and leaving customers stranded. I never even received a phone call from the original location i booked the first suv with. I've lost trust in this company. Book somewhere else because they are not honest ppl and left a single mom of two with little money in a bad situation. Yes it's only $75 but it's the principle. Fran & Chris are fantastic. Other location didn't have a driver working the day I rented my car (the reason I book with Enterprise!). Chris had a detailer pick me up, he even called that morning because Fran had left a note about my pickup. Car was ready & clean as can be! My husband accidentally left his wallet when we returned the car (it fell all the way forward) and the cash was still there when he picked it up. Very friendly & service is fantastic. read more

First the night before they called to change my reservation on me cause they didn't have vehicle size I reserved then I down sized , next morning get there and they still don't have a vehicle for me so they had to call around for 30min to find me a vehicle, then I travel put my way to go get this vehicle, that is dirty with shit spilled in the back seat there leather seats you can see the marks , but wiped down with lysol wipes, then as traveling to our vacation roaches were crawling all over us every time we got in the vehicle, they couldn't do nothing cause I was already on my way out of town, I return the vehicle to be told why am I saying at this in front of other customers tryna reserve and rent now cause they need to know y'all nasty and dirty , then I'm told I would be speaking wrong th a manager till next week Wednesday what tf !!!! The service was fast the car was in great shape and dropping off was simple I was in and out prob 15 mins for both in & out. The only thing was that they didnt show me the inside of the car Therewas no stick or handle , but yet a knob to go to reverse and drive and conveniently located right next to the radio knob and the air control......but thats just being nit picky. Rented a car at the 3621 W Blue Heron location after a minor accident. Progressive Insurance goes through Enterprise for their rentals, as I normally did as well when renting a vehicle. This location is not in a good neighborhood. Par for the coarse; the vehicle had an overwhelming smell of marijuana in addition to the maintenance light being on. It took SO long just to get the car as I stood OUTSIDE in the Florida heat while the Manager took his time processing the paperwork or whatever else he was doing. I noticed the smell and the light right away, but didn't want to wait another half hour, so I took a time stamp of the maintenance light from the Enterprise parking light and decided to try and deal with the foul odor for the duration of the rental. The next morning I drove 25 minutes to work. By the time I arrived, I was sweating profusely and felt ill. My coworkers insisted I was having an allergic reaction to the marijuana odor. I telephoned the Enterprise location on W Blue Heron and spoke with the individual who had handled my rental transaction. I was polite. He was rude, disrespectful and unapologetic. He acted completely annoyed when I was the one who had the right to be annoyed. He then called me a liar when I brought up the maintenance light and hung up on me when I stated I had proof. I then called Enterprise Roadside to see if they could assist. The representative sent me to a nearby location at 2125 Belvedere Rd, to swap out the vehicle after she verified availability. Upon arrival I was told they did not have a vehicle available. The Manager sprayed air freshener in the marijuana vehicle and told me it should now smell good enough to drive. When I explained I had a severe reaction to the smoke, he literally rolled his eyes and explained it was my only option. My insurance adjuster then located an available vehicle across town at the 500 Northlake Blvd location. I left the marijuana vehicle at the Belvedere location and I took an Uber to reach the alternative vehicle. This location was very accommodating, which I am truly grateful for. The situation had turned into an unnecessary ordeal. In addition; the W Blue Heron office not only charged my bank card instead of processing it through the claims number he had received through Progressive Insurance, he charged more than the agreed upon price. It is clearly personal at this point. This is the mentality you will be dealing with if you rent from this location. If you are in need of a vehicle rental, I highly recommend Enterprise on 500 Northlake Blvd. The employees at the Northlake Blvd location are professionals. read more

The assistant manager Kenisha was super helpful when I rented and had limited cars and I took a car I did not especially love but it was ok . I thought I reserved a vehicle from this office. I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number. I was mistaken. When we arrived at the office we were greeted by an empty desk. After shouting "hello" several times a young woman arrived saying that she had been "out back washing cars". She then said that they had absolutely no vehicles available! The car that I was given AC was broken. I remember one of the representatives telling the other representative to check and see if the AC was blowing. When we got out to the vehicle the air was blowing, however since it was a cold day I did not use the AC at all. It wasn't until I was on my way back from Orlando when I turned the AC on I found it was blowing hot air. I was truly upset about it. Obviously they knew it was a problem and did not bother or care to fix it. I drove from Orlando to Riviera Beach in the heat with no AC. This was my worst experience with a rental ever. We use Enterprise regularly and are usually very happy with their service. However, when we rented a car for a day in Riviera Beach, we had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up. We called and were told 1 hour, which we could live with. After 1 1/4 hrs, I called and was told the driver was only a couple of minutes away picking up someone else, and he was going to pick us up before returning to Enterprise. 45 minutes later (and a couple more calls where we were told he was on his way) the driver showed up alone. The manager seemed quite stressed, and was apparently the only employee who could make any decisions or take care of customers. Employees were quite nice, but should not have lied about the pickup time. If they had told us 2 hours up front, we would not have stood on a street corner for an hour :) read more

I was in need of a car rental after being released from the VA hospital on 11/27/15 I stopped at this location and Stephanie and her staff was very friendly and helpful they got me into car right at closing time so I would have a vehicle to use on our family vacation. Well when I returned the car I was running about 10 minutes late do to heavy rain and slower the usual traffic, I called the store and informed them of my predictament and they said they would wait for me. Nevis was the young man who had stayed over to wait for me and he checked me in. Well when I got my final bill I was charged for an extra day that I didn't use so I returned to the location to discuss this and Nevis again waited on me I explained the problem and he quickly fixed the problem by returning the overpayment back to my credit card. Stay away from renting a car in Blue Heron Blvd. It is expensive, do not trust the prices on internet, at the moment all charges change and the customer service it is the worst I ever seen in my life. I rented a car on Wednesday 05th in Enterprise Blue Heron blvd, the rental it was for one day only, so the next morning I went to the same location to dropped it off but unfortunately it was closed for the Hurricane Matthew in Palm Beach. I called enterprise and I talked to George Weiler, a customer service Representative to know what we should do. Mr. Weiler told me that Enterprise it will be reopened on Saturday and Enterprise wouldn't charge us for those days. I asked Mr. Weiler to send me and e-mail with that information and he did: There has been an agreement from all the GMs in the Southeast that customers who are impacted by the storms would have the rates for reservations honored or be protected from a rerate if they were to have to go to another location. For this to be honored, customers must return to another location within 48 hours of original planned return time. Or if planning to return to the original impacted branch, 48 hours from when that location re-opens. All of group 41 will be closed for business Thursday, 10/6/16. This will most likely lead to closure Friday, 10/7/16. Our systems should be up to date with sellout. Most branches have even received a "Holiday" meaning they will be showing closed. But on Saturday we went to drop the car and they charged us for 3 days, also they told us that on Friday they were open, so we could drop the car one-day before, but no one informed us that they would be open at 12 noon and we called them at 9 am the same day to make sure that the location was closed and indeed, the voice mail came out directly. I claimed the money that I paid, and 6 months later after I still waiting for the money back and somebody who can treat the customer with respect. read more
