Worst customer service EVER! I had a reservation booked for 8 people a month in advance. I came in an hour before my reservation and was there until they closed and they did not honor my reservation. They tried to accommodate me by giving me a sprinter. I CANT drive that. They barely took accountability they only apologized at the end and admitted the lack of communication on their end. Tia was the only person who provided great customer service and she tried her best to fix their error. Andre's completely dismissive and idk how he's in customer service with that sassy attitude. And yes I get that a sprinter is an upgrade from a premium SUV. BUT I am not comfortable driving a sprinter. Absolutely no one would be safe on the road including myself. read more

I've been to other locations that were not five stars, but I had no problem with this one on Northlake. Nathan was very helpful for both my check-in and my return, and the other employees were nice, as well. Although I had to wait 20 min to actually get my rental, Nathan kept me informed as to where my car was (getting cleaned) and how much longer. after a frustrating miscommunication at another enterprise we called the northlake location and immediately got through, got the exact vehicle we needed and he matched the price we were expecting from the other place. we were in a rush to get the truck for an event and were just really greatful to have the sale done so efficiently and with kindness and professionalism. we rented a ford 2023 F-150 at a great price and when we returned it he was kind about our being a little behind schedule. this is absolutely the only enterprise I'll go to, as its the only one I've ever had an entirely positive experience in. thank you! we rented from Devin Vassell and will request to work with him again in the future. read more

After about six years or more of doing business with this Enterprise, I found myself disappointed (to the extreme) this past summer. Only professional adults should be managing businesses. At this Lake Park location, I learned that there is more weight on the happiness of staff than of the customer. The red line is crossed when they threaten seniors over something easily handled, but was highly overblown. Rather than ask a **single** question, not just one but two tall brutes were sent to force the keys from an elderly person who was trying to explain what transpired between the dealership where a car was being serviced and the ride back to the Enterprise. When a customer is left standing in the Florida heat and humidity without a way back to the dealership or to the office with the advice to "call Uber", the business is setting itself up for liability issues. Stop hiring emotional teens rather than mature and professional adults, and make sure they know the law on both abuse and liability. This time, no one was physically injured, but the reins need to be pulled a bit more taut. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I arrived in a Schumacher dealership transport (clearly marked). Schumacher customers are supposed to get a substantial discount. I explained to Devin where I came from and that I was a former employee. The rate he quoted was not the rate I received nor the Schumacher price of $45 a day. They had a Camry pulled up with a pooled up slimy stain on the drivers seat, disgusting, so much for the clean pledge! He went to get another vehicle and none available. He attempted to clean the unknown substance. Finally came back with a Jeep. Did not discuss a price increase. Additionally I discussed Costco pricing which I called Costco Enterprise and they quoted me a lower rate $57 a day which I also did not receive! Originally I was to have it 7 days an extended 3 more days. Charged me even higher amount for the extra 3 days. $74 x 7 and $104 x 3. When I returned the Jeep Devin said the price and BUT IF YOU ASK FOR ME NEXT TIME I will give you the Schumacher price. Excuse me! I still need a transmission. I called 3 times over the next week for the Branch Manager Gabriella and finally got through. She stated I heard him tell you this and that and basically I'm a liar even though she was in the back office at my time of visit. I asked who was above her and she said nobody I could talk to. They also said that the points that I used to book the reservation would go back into my account and that has yet to happen. This just gave me even more reason never to use Enterprise again. the only reason I say this is because I've dealt with other companies were issues such as these happen and the company makes up for it but offering me 10% off just doesn't do it. read more

I was extremely satisfied with the customer care at this location. It was very busy Monday morning, lobby was full of customers, phones were ringing off the hook. The gentlemen working the front desk were very pleasant, calm, and extremely professional. My rental was a Cadillac SUV, one representative went over everything with me and called after I left to see if everything was fine. Customer service is top notch here. Upon returning the vehicle they dropped me off to pick up my repaired vehicle and I received another phone call asking if I was satisfied with their service. I've been renting from this location for over 10 years and always had a pleasant experience except for once about 3 or 4 years ago when some incompetent Power Trip idiot named Mike was the manager he has since been fired or moved on whatever either will do otherwise this is a great place and where I always go. I haven't rented here in a while obviously renting a car when mine breaks down or in between vehicles is not my first choice but it is what it is and it happens and it's nice to know there's a place like this that I can go to being a local person and get treated with respect and a car waiting. My last experience here was a few days ago there was a rental car shortage for about 24 hours which I completely understand as soon as they had something available for me they called me and it was waiting. The new manager mark and all the staff at this location now are great and it was a smooth enjoyable experience from start to finish I would definitely recommend Enterprise in Lake Park to anybody. Hopefully I won't have to go back to them again............but if the situation comes up they are my go to spot to rent a car.If all Enterprise locations and all other car rental company's followed their lead there would be no more bad reviews in this particular field! read more

This enterprise is at the Mercedes dealership located at 9275 Alt A1A, North Palm Beach, Fl 33403. I dropped my car off to have some repairs done on my Mercedes vehicle as I have done in the past 5 years. The service rep. that check me in was professional and courteous. He stated that he would give me a loaner as they have always done in the past whenever my car would not be completed that same day. No problem...... as I have gotten a loaner each time Mercedes serviced my vehicle. When I got to the enterprise counter to pick up my loaner, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Daniel Grimm had 3 white people in front of me and one white person behind me. As I stood there and watched him help each customer go outside and pick out which Mercedes loaner vehicle they wanted to drive I continued to wait patiently. Now it was my turn to go outside and pick out which Mercedes vehicle that I wanted to drive........so I thought. I waited about 5 minutes for Daniel to come back inside to assist me. When I did finally see Daniel again he instructed me to come to the front of the building, at which time I thought was odd; considering the loaner Mercedes vehicle was located on the side of the building. Once we got outside the front of the building he proceeded to walk me over to a Nissan Maxima. I asked him "point blank" why are you loaning me this car and not a Mercedes. Remember I always get a loaner Mercedes each time. His response was that the loaner Mercedes was for the customers that have newer modeled Mercedes.......and since my Mercedes was not a 2018, 2019 or 2020, I had to used this car. I thought that was an awful thing to say to me because my money looks the same as the other customers before me. He totally discriminated against me because I was a black woman and in my opinion he believed I didn't deserve to drive a loaner Mercedes. I will not ever return to that location anymore. Do not rent from this location the Branch manger Damnion is rude and disrespectful.... the driver Ray lied about telling me he would be late to pick me up from my job..... which my car is on a claim and when I got to the location they told me about a 150 deposit that I knew nothing about... all I had was cash they would not take me home or back to work or even an ATM the threatened to kick me out because they were closed... after damn near begging they let me have the car with charging 19$ on my debit card and told me I had to pay the Bal for the deposit the next day or I would had to return the car mind you my insurance was paying for the rental. After booking a car online. With the "Free Upgrade" I called after making reservation and asked what type of vehicle is included in the upgrade. I was told they had a Nissan Rouge on the lot and he would give that to me for the free upgrade at the online rate. After picking up the vehicle after work it was dark and I was given the nissan suv. Once driving I noticed they charged me the full.price of a suv. BUT THAT WASNT ENOUGH. I get to a stop light and look over at the seat next to me and all other 4 seats. See photos. I booked this car to pick my boss up from the airport and show him some units to purchase the next morning. How could I show up with this mess what embarrassment it was to see the car I am now paying full price look this way. The car also had a bad mildew smell. After calling the Northlake branch the next morning I got the manager whom showed no compassion of my dilemma she said oh they use a tablet to check you in so sometimes it adds the wrong rate. REALLY.. so that's ok. After explaining the condition of the car she again without any customer service stated then return the car.... No apology No compassion of already over charging me to now making me pay for a car that is in terrible shape will these stains rub off on my bosses clothes when I pick him up. Unreal. I had to call Hertz and get a rental to make it on time for my boss after leaving the rental I paid to use at home. After work i now go to return the vehicle the manager wouldn't even come out to express her apology or look at the condition of the vehicle she had her staff come out and tell me she was still charging me full.price. not honor the rate she told me earlier that was going to be corrected. She should not be in a managers position or in the customer service industry as she has no skills. I feel bad for her staff and I'm sure they deal with all complaints as she cant do it on her own. Horrible experience! Staff is badgering trying to sell me I insurance my state farm agent said I don't need. The car intermediate, quoted my insurance agent was so beat up with dents and dings. No other choice, the agent insisted this was the one I had to take. My insurance told me about the $50 deposit. Agent insisted it was $150. I have to wash my hands every time I get out of the rental. If I could give negative stars I would. The WORST service I have ever experienced. In August I was sent by Schumacher Volkswagon to get a loaner. On November 29, 3 1/2 months later, I was charged $50.00 and $75.00 by Enterprise. I thought it was fraud. When I called I was told that Schumacher never paid them $75.00. After dozens of calls to Schumacher, enterprise, their accounting office I got only $50.00 reversed, they said the $75.00 would get done the next day. Well after weeks and more calls now they are saying they don't understand and can't do anymore. Shumacher never gets back either. Their service manager, Jim Liantonio said he would make sure I am taken care of and not "inconvenienced". Well no money returned and this had nothing to do with me. Schumacher took 3 days to replave a fuse and didn't do the right thing. Sent me to Enterprise then didn't pay their bill. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE FRAUD?? read more

If I could give no stars, then I most definitely would. Here's my one star for the terrible service my boyfriend and I received at this location. Unfortunately, we are young and still learning the ropes of traveling. We arrived at this enterprise after landing in PBI airport. I had my reservation booked online through my corporate Viacom account and we were greeted by two employees. Angela ended up assisting us and was a bit cold. We weren't informed prior to our reservation that people out of state are required to have a credit card. Since we were going on a cruise the next day, I didn't think to bring any credit cards only cash and debit. Point is Angela was not helpful at all. She DID inform us that the airport enterprise would be the only location to take a debit card. And left my debit card and ID behind the counter while we had to figure out what to do. I asked her to cancel the reservation and she said there was nothing to cancel, so I had to cancel it myself online. I've rented to enterprise in the past and I'm aware they provide shuttles. Did she offer one? Absolutely not. Luckily we caught a cab to the other location where they were more than helpful. Interesting thing is we overheard another customer complaining about Angela the next day when we made our return. Never going to this location again. read more

My reservation was at 4:30pm driver came and picked me up exactly at 4:30, so we got to the facility around 4:50pm, turns out the car I reserved is making a funny noise and so the guy went to get another small size vehicle on another lot. I'm still waiting. It's been an hour! I'm paying $53/day for this rental because I'm dropping it at a different location! I called this morning to confirm my reservation and everything was said to be ok. This is unacceptable, absolutely an unacceptable way to be running a business. I am feeling stranded!
