I can't for the life of me understand why this wasn't mentioned and why it would even need to be done in the first place. If we paid the reservation, what does credit have to do with it? So she finds this out and now because of something we were not told, she has to walk home. She has to walk all 10 miles home. I spoke with Carli (not sure on spelling) on the phone and she mentioned that the $100 credit check is in the fine print. I outright said to her "Oh, you mean the fine print that no one ever reads?" She actually responded by saying that was correct.... horrible way to do business. Planning on taking Avis to court. I also have an audition in Northern Virginia for a paid theatrical role I will now be missing out on.

He was extremely accommodating and listened to all of my concerns. I went to work and within a few hours he was calling with an updated. The work was almost completed but he had found another issue and told me where I would need to take it to be fixed, as it was a body issue that they did not do there. My car was ready by my lunch break another hour later! When I went to pick it up he showed me the body issue and explained it to a clueless car idiot like me and answered all my questions. I didn't end up getting the window fixed but they went above and beyond by taping it up for me until I do! Kathy then checked me out and explained everything that I was charged for and was so knowledgeable and warm that I just wanted to give her a big hug!! The whole team here, made what was potentially a very stressful and expensive day, easy and rather painless to my wallet! I called two nights ago to let them know I'd like to get a basic check up for a trip and that id be picking it up at 5pm. I dropped off my car last night and I arrived after work (they had over 8 hours to look at it). My car was still parked where I left it. IN 8 HOURS HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. The moment I showed up, their excuse was. They have been busy. NEVER AGAIN!
