Put in for a rental on a Wednesday to pick it up the next night. Went to go pick up the car for our trip and get told that there are no vehicles, but no one called. They then said that they would contact the airport location and other locations to find a vehicle, but we never heard back. We then had talked with someone who said that the airport location had a vehicle to be picked up at 8. We got there to be told there was no vehicles and that this location had not contacted them at all to see about a vehicle for us. Unprofessional and ridiculous. Will never try to do that again. read more

Rented a car and was given a dirty and dusty one. I've never been given one that wasn't clean before, a soaking wet one yes but never dusty and dirty. First stop was a car wash. We have used them a handful of times over the past 5 years and always been happy with the experiences leading up to the second to last one. When I mentioned it I was told I would be taken care of at the next rental with a discount and that was not the case. read more

Rented a car in 2024, May 14 to 21. What a horrible experience. I reserved a Nissan Rogue or similar just over 2 weeks in advance. When arriving your reservation is completely irrelevant. I got 3 choices, wait around for 2 hours since it appears that an SUV was going to be returned by then, or take what they have, or take what they have now and return for the SUV after dinner. I took choice #3, leave now and go to dinner - I had plans to meet other people - and then return later so I could exchange to the SUV which I had previously reserved. I got a Toyota Sentra, with mechanical problems! I returned that same day to be told there were NO OTHER VEHICLES. So, option #3 was a fallacy. Then in an effort to get rid of me, the employee give me all sorts of false options - come back in the morning to see what changes (why - you have no cars and it is evening in the airport now...), go to another location in town and try there in the morning (why, they have no other cars now) and check our competitors. I checked the competitor and they had a couple of cars, all for hundreds of dollars more than I was already paying for the week. My discount from the quoted price for week with a SUV versus a very small and noisy sedan: $20 for the week!! HEY ENTERPRISE, this is your why of achieving 100% rental of your fleet! Spent at least 45 minutes helping me switch out a car which did not have adaptive cruise for one which did in the same pricing tier. No additional fees over what was listed on the website. Unfortunately, we have had to use this business twice since moving here six months ago. Fortunately, they have been great to work with both times! The instant I made an appointment request through my car insurance company I received a phone call from enterprise. They ask what type of car you want and how long you will need the car for. Both times the basic/compact car option is always available which is fine with me. Both times when I received the car they were very well cleaned out with no lingering odors such as a smoke smell. The prices are exactly what they quote, which are reasonable and comparable with the market This last time I needed someone to pick me up from enterprise which wasn't a problem and to drop me off once I returned the car, again this wasn't a problem. I called and the store and was told not to hurry or worry, that they were aware I had reserved a vehicle and were waiting for me. Recently, a deer decided to commit suicide in front of my car on highway 52 on my way to the cities and damaged my car :( Luckily, I was ok. I had to get a car rental asap knowing that I would have a busy schedule ahead of me. I came in and the manager in training was very helpful, sorry I forgot his name. He was very helpful by picking out a simple rental car. I was relieved when I got a vehicle by the end of the day. I've never had a problem with the Customer Service here. And, I was upgraded at no cost to a Sentra, which I really liked and thought about driving to Mexico to start a new life. Then I remembered that my goofy Gophers had a home game this coming Saturday.
