I had the unfortunate need for a vehicle recently, and Enterprise in Saco were the folks to help me out. After a miscommunication between my insurance and Enterprise, I was set-up with a Jeep Renegade for a month. It was new, it was super clean, and it was enormous, but the Enterprise folks did a fantastic job making sure I felt comfortable driving it (and offered to switch me out to something smaller if I ever got overwhelmed). I didn't end up driving it that much, but we did have a major snowstorm during my rental period, and I can see how a car like this makes a difference in slick weather! I digress. The staff checked in with me throughout the course of the month to see how I was getting on, to make sure we were all on the same page (the insurance, the repair shop, them, and me), and to reassure me when I started getting panicky about the process. To be fair, they were the friendliest voices throughout the entire ordeal. Our very last call was just to let me know they received the car back, it was in great condition, they were appreciative to receive it back with a half tank of gas (which is exactly how it was given to me), and that the $100 hold on my card was going to be taken off. "We hope the next time you use Enterprise it's for a super fun trip somewhere and not for car repairs!" was how our relationship ended. Overall, the customer service was exceptional and appreciated as I was 11/10 stressed the entire time and, admittedly, not my best self to them initially. Thanks for your patience, folks! Traveled to Saco on the train from Boston and Jared called to confirm our arrival that morning and when I mentioned we would be getting a taxi from the train station, he offered to have an employee pick us up. They were there waiting when we got off the train (even with the train being delayed) and had everything ready to go when we arrived at the office. On Saturday, September 28th, eight days later, we returned the vehicle (which was great) and when we had difficulty finding an Uber to take us back the train station, the employee (I feel horrible that I cannot remember his name) offered to take us back when he closed (about 30 minutes after we finished dropping off the car). We were very grateful and appreciate of the above and beyond service both picking up and dropping off. Highly recommend Enterprise in Saco if you need a rental car in the area. These tires are clearly bad and could have resulted in a roll over accident, then after making a replacement reservation they didn't even have a suv we reserved. Now we're currently waiting for the tires to be changed but they have no authorization from enterprise to pay for them so my sister has to pay over $400 for tires thanks for wrecking our family vacation. I can not believe how endangered my family by not even looking at the tires i'm so glad you guys did not die at the hands of incompetent enterprise Rent-A-Car. I have been doing business with Enterprise in Saco, Maine for years and have never had a bad experience. The manager, Peter, and each of the employees I've interacted with have been professional, extremely helpful, and always friendly. If I run into any snags on my travels (ex: flat tire) they jump right in to help and be sure everything is ok. Found myself having to rent a car due to a car accident that was not my fault. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise. Mike Pottle was the representative that helped me. He listened to why I needed a larger car, and found me the perfect one. He took me out to the car and went over every detail on the Grand Cherokee. He was very professional and courteous. I just returned the rental today, and there was Mike again. Today was no different from the first day,,,, he was very nice, checked the car back in in a speedy and efficient manner. They'll trick you when you go to rent a car. They have you sign forms before pointing out damages on the car, which they checked a box for no damages on. Then, they'll go out and point out the damages, hoping that you won't catch that the sheet says no damages. Then, when returning the vehicle, they won't point out the damages that they'll try claiming while you are there. They wait till later to call you up and tell you about them. I will never use Enterprise again and will be sure to warn all friends and co-workers. read more

I left my car there when we had a snow storm this winter and they knew I was coming back that day so they went through the extra effort and cleared the snow off my car!!
