It was actually larger than what I rented, but he didn't charge me for the upgraded size. They have cars parked on the left side of the building. I picked up my car from a different enterprise right up the road because i had a bad experience before. Red mccombs turned it in to the nearest enterprise which i thought was okay but i had my reservations due to the last experience i had with Vanessa. I decided to give them another chance but they dropped the ball... again. Vanessa picked up and told me she couldnt help me and to call the enterprise i got the car from to get my deposit back. She never even pulled up my account or anything she just guessed correctly because i imagine its the only car that they've received from a dealership recently. I asked why she couldnt help me if the vehicle was turned in there and she said it was because she had another account pulled up already and that she had other customers to help. She seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me and I should've known better. Vanessa provides bad service but I cant even blame her at this point. I think shes the only one working there so the corporate office for enterprise should really review their coverage and training. She still wasnt very friendly but i can understand why she would have a bad attitude. I didnt appreciate how she gave me one reason as to why she couldnt help and then gave me a different one later. Overall the other enterprise is so incredible that Vanessa doesnt change my overall opinion of the company. With my insurance claim ive gotten 3 different cars from the other location and theyve gone above and beyond each time. Matt runs a great team and the leadership team here should take some notes from him and see if he can provide some feedback or training on what customer service should look like. Jason from the other location is also great and im sure they can learn a lot from him as well. After this experience i can genuinely say ill never come back here.

They pre-spray with a bug spray (so cool) before entering the tunnel. Once I was in, the guy pre-sprayed my whole car I guess to prep the car before entering or could be a car shine or something. Overall, I enjoyed it. I don't need any wow factors for mundane things like this. My car came out super clean and thet had the vacuums behind the building with air compressors I believe and microfiber towels for an extra dry. Not to mention whe I was leaving the wash tunnel, two gentlemen were already drying as well. I loved the Bee Clean business but now it's Go Wash but if you live at the Rim like me, this is convenient without traffic of going to other big business car washes.

We went ahead and purchased the vehicle outright but the paperwork has been a headache ever since. First, our names were misspelled on the title paperwork.. okay.. fine.. I should have paid more attention. Then we moved out of state and the new state's department of motor vehicles notified us that the Retail Purchase Agreement issued by Echo Park states that we OWE them money... umm... what? ... so My husband called them.. then I called the.. then I started sending emails.. and crickets. I will say one salesman called and said it he would fix it asap.. then crickets... so here we are ... still waiting for the corrected paperwork. If they would just call back to say, hey.. give us a week.. then great.. but silence is not exactly good customer service. Definitely do not recommend this place! If someone from Echo Park is reading this... I am still waiting for an update and will gladly update this review accordingly when the updated document is provided.
