This is the worst vehicle rental company I have ever done business with, bar none. I put in a reservation online, got a reservation number, called them on the phone last Friday, with a reservation for Tuesday, October 28th. I guess their reservations and confirmations mean absolutely nothing. I called today checking to be sure that the vehicle will be ready for me tomorrow and -- oh so sorry -- it isn't. Except they didn't say they were sorry because they aren't. They couldn't care less. They don't have anything but a 24 foot refrigerated box truck. I am trying to move to a new residence and I don't need a refrigerated box truck for that nor one that big (so I can be charged more). This is not a business; this is a pathetic excuse for I don't know what. They have no concern that they mess people's plans up, all because they don't know how to properly operate a vehicle rental business. They may be busy but that is no excuse. Why even bother giving out reservation numbers online then if you're not going to honor it when the person actually needs it for a vehicle they actually want to rent? Don't do business here because they are not worthy of even being in business -- their word means nothing. What a farce. If Enterprise corporate had any brains and realized how horrible this office is being handled, they should fire everyone here and close the place down. read more

Enterprise Truck Rental was great. Francisco, Antoine and Luis were kind, respectful and affable. They are funny (in an appropriate and professional way) and ensured that they provided efficient service, so my move was safe (the vehicle was in great shape). As a woman, I deserve to feel safe and respected by professionals. They delivered good customer service. In turn, I respect them and the company. I also used the rental company for car rentals fro many years and never had an issue with their services. Of course, this review is based upon my own individual experiences. The process of renting a truck w a lift for moving purposes was smooth and efficient. Pricing was great and the truck was in perfect condition. The lift is a plus if moving on your own. This place had always been my go-to van rental. Not any more. I had booked a van over 7 days ago and was due to pick it up today. Last night after business hours I get a vague text about my booking being cancelled due to a national vehicle recall. I went on their website and made another booking as I thought it might have been the particular van I rented. That booking was confirmed however when I rang this morning they told me that no vans would be available today due to some election. So they were not honoring any bookings. How about considering the plans I had in place. Not every day I'm booking a van there was obviously a good reason for it. People were depending on me like I was depending on you. When it comes to a factual review simple and plain I just won't give credit if it isn't earned. The current group at this location has one of the best around and that's a understatement. I won't get into specifics but Deion and Alexa were freaking awesome. Reason as to why I mention those names is the fact that I dealt with them directly on a couple occasions and when you get good service to tend to glance at name tags and names usually stick. Hmm, this place had a listing on yelp before and had bad reviews. I wonder how their listing disappeared. Their slogan is you get more, but you don't pay more. Wow, that is exactly the opposite of what is actually done. Sir, do you want to use USB chargers in our trucks during your rental? That'll be $10 per day. Sir, would you like to have a tire monitoring system on your truck during your rental? That'll be $10 per day. Sir, would you like to use the cruise control on your truck during the rental? That'll be $10 per day. It sounds funny, but it's exactly what they do. They charge you for the items that are already on the truck and if you use them, they want to charge more per day. It's called nickel & diming you. It really affects the overall price of the truck. They "give" you a 100 miles free per day. Gotta love their terminology. After that, we're charging you $.69 per mile! What is the point of renting the truck if it costs a fortune to do it? You can pay someone to do it for you and have a bunch of money left over! I looked at renting a truck for four days. They came back with a price of $1500 when all said and done. That doesn't include fuel cost and dpf that I still had to buy. Don't waste your time and money, save the hassle of renting from enterprise, just pay someone else and save time and money. read more

Enterprise Truck and Cargo Van Rental is the place to go. I spoke with BRENDA over the phone and she was so friendly and helpful wanting to make sure we would get the truck/van to suit our needs. She even went out and measured the van (while I was on the phone) to make sure we would get the right one. When we went, in person, to choose the van, we met JERRY. He was so patient as we went back/forth with our decision.Once we decided, Jerry, himself sprayed it off and cleaned it up so that we wouldn't have to wait (they were very busy)! The cargo van was able to fit beds, a couch and so much more! It was the perfect choice because we didn't have to worry about rain, and it rained! Jerry and Brenda both went above and beyond to make sure we got what was best for our trip. We will definitely come here for our next truck/van rental because of their EXCELLENT service! read more

We needed a truck to haul a mini camper for my business and my husband was already overwhelmed. They didn't have the smaller one we hoped for so we had no choice but to take a huge Ram. My husband was going on about the price an the gas so when we got there he was not in the best of moods and not going to be the pleasant customer to say the least. Ray J. Del Rio was so wonderful! As soon as we got in they were warm and inviting and he helped pacify my husband with all his complaints and worries. He took care of us and said believe me you won't regret this truck you will see tomorrow. Well he was 100% right about that the truck was practically brand new nice and clean and actually got great gas mileage especially for being a diesel. We came back this morning to return the truck and of course my husband forgot the keys to our car to get back home. Of course Ray j. del Rio to the rescue!
