I mostly rent from Hertz off Avenida Pico, but have rented a handful of times at Enterprise. I've had decent experiences renting from here until the last one. I had the worst experience with Damon Allen - shockingly an assistant manager. He was going to put me in a terribly maintained car - hubcaps floating half an inch off the wheel. When I asked about it, he had an absolute awful attitude. I ended up bringing the car back a few hours later and renting from Hertz. They were going to charge me for a day rental until a higher manager said he'd reverse it. I can't recommend this place at all. Enterprise pride themselves on professionalism and customer service. Renting a car from Enterprise was so much easier and affordable than I thought. I went through another website to get a great rental rate, but I was able to pick the type of car I wanted, dates, and then was given the total. When I arrived at the counter of Enterprise the nice young guy was super helpful, polite, and it took less than 5mins to get my car since I did all the reservations online. I rented a new Nissan and the car was really clean, drove well and had all the bells and whistles needed for a long car ride up to Nor Cal. I also appreciated the speediness and not having to spend 15-20 mins at a counter just to get my rental. I had a wonderful five-star experience with enterprise September I needed to rent a car for the month of September. not only did they get me the car that I wanted the very next day also the color I wanted. Have been to this location a few times and have had great experiences every time! I recently had to rent a car while mine was being fixed. The staff was so nice to work with, got a car that suited my needs and made the process very easy. Asked for the cheapest car they had at this location (disclaimer I didn't really research prices because it was supposed to be covered by insurance) and they gave me an Altima at 70 bucks a day apparently this is outrageously high. Lake Elsinore Enterprise Car Rental is close to my house. I am sorry I went t there. They had our 77 year father so mixed up we could not figure out what they did. They put a $210.00 hold on our checking account and did not take it off for days. Lulu said it would n $62.00 for 1 day, and they charges us 162.00. With this hold on our account we could not buy groceries or gas. .My 77 yr. old father was walking down Bundy Canyon to the little market to. try to cash a check. UPDATE: Do this is long over due but this branch has gone through a lot of changes and has a new manager named Tatiana; she is amazing!! She always goes above and beyond to get me the vehicles I want, applying discounts (within reason and if applicable) and checks in with me during half way points of the rental to make sure everything is going well. I was very disappointed when Julian had left to another branch and the manager after that got transferred as well ( her name was Katheryn and she was great) but Tatiana filled the role and I couldn't ask for better customer service and professionalism. This is the best branch of them all. I wanted to update my review: The branch manager, Julien is no longer is at this location however, the new branch manager Kathryn (or Kat) is just as awesome! She always helps me out swiftly with my rentals (I don't think I've ever been there longer than 5 mins) , is super friendly and professional and gets me in the vehicles I want; I am currently in a loaded Tacoma which is my preference and she let me know when it was there as well as had it ready o go for me before I got there. I have rented many times previous and can say the associates are just as nice (Julien, Amir, Omar ). - 10/1 It's a very well managed branch and I am always happy to rent here. I would not recommend this place to anyone any insurance company. First of all my my car was reserved By my insurance company Geico, shortly after I got off the phone with Geico I was called by enterprise Rent-A-Car stating that they had no vehicles available but that they would put me on the list for a car that evening and I would get a call back regardless and in the event that there is no car available today I would have one ready to go tomorrow well much to my surprise I never received a call and they're not open on Saturdays and never got a call again after that so Monday came nothing Tuesday I called Geico again to let them know of the incident so Geico checked the reservation reservation was still good and they had a car waiting for me in San Clemente they said so I called their per Gagas instructions to find out their hours and what type of car would be available security deposit much to my surprise the girl who answered the phone Heather she stated her name was had a nasty attitude and was very unhelpful going back-and-forth with her throughout the day her attitude did not change I Uber to the store to pick up my rental car where this girl he look like she jumped out of bed and put clothes on and went in to her job looking like a complete slob greeted me with an even nastier attitude and when I mentioned that I had fraud on my card and it couldn't I give her another one and have her run it as credit for it is a credit card she got even nastier I argued and let her know that she did not to have to speak to me like that and asked her if she spoke to her mother like that when this nasty girl commented in a sarcastic red manner I don't have a mother wow these are the type of people that are representing this company obviously she has issues to be speaking to another woman in such a disrespectful condescending rude manner I reported this immediately to Geico and stated if I were them I would never use this company for their rental services for their patrons this is by far unbelievable treatment that I received at the hands of this representative who came to work looking like a slob with her nasty attitude this girl shouldn't be representing any company she should not working customer service I would never employee somebody like this this girl is an abusive employee to the patrons of enterprise rent a car she does not result represent this company in a good positive way at all I wouldn't spend my money here not to mention she said she went out of her way to reserve a car for me when in the lot is over 100 cars she did me no favors she threw me out of the business left me stranded with my puppy and didn't even bad and I read this girl ever terrible employee disgusting representative of this business shame on them tomorrow when you wake up Heather maybe you should do some thing with yourself so you don't look like such a slob clean up your attitude and treat people a little nicer after all the patrons are the reason you have a job you would think you would want to keep it obviously you don't care enough to you you should be fired! read more

Got all my weekend plan and schedule messed up by this incident. Booked for a 12-seater Van a week before the rental date for Friday, November 22. Got a courtesy call from the Manager and confirmed the "12-seater" rental van three days before the date. Standard SOP i guess - good customer service right? The date of pick is another story. I was surprised to see a "15-seater" instead of 12. I asked Amir that there must be a mistake and i told him that the lady manager confirmed a 12-seater van. He called her then told me that they are the same (?). Really? I could have accepted the 15 seater van but upon checking, the van's condition was atrocious and beyond Enterprise quality standard! It looks like it was used for construction projects - smelled cigarette smoke, stained upholstery, and dirty floor. I am disappointed as no effort to have the issue gets fixed. I was given the option to either accept it or "sorry". I also got the impression that Enterprise does not carry a selection of vans despite of the obvious options of 12 or 15 seater choice in their website. I still have pending 12-seater van rental reservation for 11 days next month and i am concerned that I may experience the same issue. Can someone from Enterprise please let me know if a 12-seater does actually exist from their line of vehicle classification? I had to come here to rent a car while my car was getting fixed in the shop. I was hit by another car, so their insurance picked up the tab. So, this review isn't based off of price - only service. They picked me up in a new SUV at the car collision place pretty fast. The older gentleman driving was very friendly to talk to. The people located at the location were very friendly as well. Michelle the manager was on top of things. She saw that the insurance had me down for a smaller car, but made sure I got a comparable car instead. Checking in and out was a relatively process. Renting from Enterprise in San Clemebte is easy. Josh is the manager there. You can request online or stop by. I chose a Hyundai Elantra @ $25/day for a wknd trip to Las Vegas. Car was clean. Looked over car for any body damage before I left. I returned on Monday morning and it was a breeze. The guys are friendly. They believe in making the experience great for the customer and they did.
