I was treated horribly by both the front office women and the elderly gentleman with a dyed goatee in a nearby cubicle. They were both rude, condescending and disrespectful. So much so, that I decided at that point to take my business elsewhere. The older gentleman needs to learn to keep his comments and personal swipes to himself. I won't be returning to this shop. This guy needs some serious training and lessons in keeping his mouth shut. My daughter's Tesla was hit in the parking lot at her work, the skin of the front passenger door needed to be replaced. Finding Tesla approved body shops in some areas is on the more difficult side, we also wanted to use the insurance carrier's authorized repair facility, to ensure things go smoothly. I called 6 local shops, and they were booked extremely far out, they didn't do the work on Tesla's locally, they must tow the vehicle out of the area. It was difficult to even to get a call back (as sad as that is). We then called Fix Auto (San Clemente). From the initial call, customer service was spectacular. The woman that I spoke to made things extremly easy to set up a time to look at their facility, get an estimate for repairs, etc. The entire process was extremely easy. Fix Auto (San Clemente) was very organized, kept us updated each step of the way, they quoted an estimated completion date, and they finished a day early. When we picked our vehicle up it was returned in the same condition as leaving it with them, but the repair was completed. I would highly recommend Fix Auto (San Clemente) to my friends, colleagues and family. State Farm recommended this five star place of business to fix my car that was damaged from a hit and run (three cars in my immediate neighborhood were in the accident). Plus, the guy who did the damages left the scene. Unfortunately, the manager of Fix Auto in SC told me my car should be scraped completely because the damages out weighed the value of the car. I understood, but he asked me to remove my car (sooner than later). So, I removed my car that same day and took my car to another garage who quoted State Farm a reduced 50% cost to repair all the damages to my vehicle. I wanted to have just the hood of my car painted, as it had lost its clear coat and had dulled. Fix Auto usually does not paint cars (only on collision repairs), but they were kind enough to do this for me, as just the hood was an easy undertaking. Wow, they did an excellent job and had it done in the same day! Now my car shines with it's pearl luster and clear coat - couldn't be happier!
