    Wow! I have been trying hard to get a rent a car and I was told this place would have a car available so I drove all the way here only to be told right when I arrived that they had nothing available. Come on Enterprise! That is so wrong! People do have lives and I do not appreciate they being done. That is so wrong!

    What they sent me off in... major gas hog! I drive a Chrysler 200 daily. Huge difference in price for gas!!!

    One star rating on this particular day. Oh yah, I remember this day…read more Here we go... My car went Ka-flooey on the freeway and I needed to rent a car pronto. My auto dealership no longer provides rental cars due to some taking advantage of that service by trashing and total'ing the cars. Gee, thanks Hyundai customers. So here we are getting back to the car rental place they referred. Ok, getting a car and picking it up was a breeze. It helps to have all your info in order and an established relationship with this shop. Or so I thought. Ok, so since my car issues were covered by warranty so was my car rental fees. Love Hyundai's warranty. So that means I had to return the rental car since the dealership got my car fixed right away. So I'm on the freeway about 15minutes away from their shop and I know I'm cutting it close so I decide to call them to give them a heads up. The guy who answered was like, "Well we close at 5." Me: "I know this, that's why I'm calling. I drove over an hour to get here and I'm getting off the exit right now and I'm basically right around the corner." You know what he asks me? This guy says, "Ok well can you pull over and read me the card info?" Me all dumbfounded and shocked. "Well if you want me to pull over and do all that, you might as well wait me for so it would be easier to just swipe my card." Duh, right? He acquiesced. So since the auto dealership is going to pay for everything, I'm going to get a credit. I have to cover the taxes and some fees, but the dealership will cover the daily rental fee. This guy, not the manager, seemed all pushed out of shape. On a Tuesday? Really? I got my credit, but I was not happy on the inital suggesstion that I pull over off the freeway to give him my card info over the phone. Not concerned at all for my safety, all about money, money, and let's speed this up so I can end my shift type of vibe. I think this guy's customer service skills needs a refreshing and ya'll need to do better for a paying customer with excellent pay history. I'm just saying. See you some more on Yelp 2026, but at this place...I don't know, I just don't know. Time to share....Go.

    My car broke down and was towed to Bakersfield and I made a Hertz reservation but when I arrived…read more(I'm from Las Vegas) , Hertz was closed for a 3 hr lunch (!?). So I walked next door and BOOM got a car and was on the road within 20 min. Thank you for being there for me and covering for Hertz's error!

    If I could give less stars, I would this place is so annoying so unorganized the people that work…read morethere are so rude. I wait in line and as soon as I get up to the front, I give them my last name and they tell me that the car that I had online saved was not there. They told me that they left me a voicemail saying that they didn't have it still never got anything so now I'm fucked and I don't know what to do for my trip tomorrow they also never gave me any solutions on what I could do. They just told me to have a nice day. This place sucks.

You had several mid-size vehicle rentals that day and I was the only one that had to wait because I chose to be the first one there. I have constant back issue and climbing down into a car is not optimal. That being said, the vehicle they gave me had a chip in the windshield in my line of sight and the cover for the rear-view mirror fell down causing a obstruction of my view. I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to exchange the vehicle and the only thing they next enterprise had available was a mini van, not conducive to my line of work. I then had to drive another hour out of my way to exchange the original vehicle at yet another location. They only had the same model available. This made my travel plans to visit key business locations impossible and cost me an entire work day. I called customer care to request a transfer (prior to reaching the 3rd location) and it was never done, costing me more time from work. I called customer care and requested the area manager call me. They stated it would take 24 hours. I've never receive that follow-up call and its been a week. Is this the way you treat all of your customers?? If this is the case, I will pass it along to my corporate office so they have the opportunity to rethink doing business with your company in the future. I am just one person but if this how you treat corporate renters, maybe the relationship needs to be rethought. On a side note, a previous time I had an issue (same manger in training) customer care gave me 5 free upgrades. What they didn't tell me is that this only works at National, not Enterprise Which is owned by National. The nearest National yard to me is 45 miles away. How does this help me? I would have to take ride share to get there which would cost more than the upgrade. Not very productive on your part nor customer centered.
