I didn't have rental coverage from my insurance during the repairs, but the staff here ensured that I got a good deal and paid a reasonable price! I appreciated that they let me have a flexible rental window, since the repair shop didn't give me a timeline for repairs. I was given the option of a few different size cars and SUVs to choose from, and landed on a midsized SUV. Car was clean, operated well, and the check in/out process was very smooth. I would come back here again to rent a car, although I hope not for the same reasons ;) it was also VERY nice to be able to picked up and dropped off at the repair shop, the best perk to choosing Enterprise! Terrible experience! Reserved a truck on a Thursday, arrived on Sat to pick up only to find out…read morethey had NO trucks available and KNEW they would not have one 24 hrs previous to our arrival!!! Mgr said he "did his part" to have Budget dispatch notify us that the truck we reserved had engine trouble and was out of service - but dispatch didn't call us. Instead of helping us himself (as he had no customers or vehicles to rent and seemed to have time) he gave us a CS number - horrible lazy move. Called CS to be told "someone" would contact us on 15 min to 2 hours. Having just driven 3 hrs to get the truck and start an early move, I had no interest in waiting 2 hours for Budget to further show their ineptitude. Drove 5 min to UHAUL BURSNVILLE, had fantastic service with Griffin and was on the road in 15 mins!! Not ONE WORD from Budget by way of apology. Useless company.
