"Assistant manager" Jonathan has terrible customer service. We were walking out to view the car. He went out first instead of holding the door for me. He let it slam in my face. I told that was very rude. He knew I was right behind him, then we got to the car that I was renting and it wasn't the car I was told I would be renting when I said to him that's not a Jeep Cherokee. His response to me in a very condescending tone as if he had this power trip was, do you want to cancel The rental? I immediately canceled it. Avoid avoid avoid. read more

I always rented from this place until my parents rented a car there years ago. Everything was fine then a month after my dad dropped the car off, clean and full of gas. My dad got a bill for $596 was applied to his credit card. Stating that they forgot to charge for all this insurance. My parents had full coverage insurance. But to sneak in a fee like that over a month later without a letter or phone call, they found out when they got their credit card statement. This is what they do to their senior citizens. I went up there and straightened it out then several years ago. I used the new one on Black Horse Pike Bellmawr, NJ a manager Mike was so wonderful. I gave him full props contacted all the upper echelon then I had a rent again couple years ago. I always bring back the cars detailed inside and out and full tank of gas. You would think being a good customer, knowing that they can put somebody right into my spotless rental My parts weren't in yet and since the insurance wouldn't cover any more days, he charged me full price like I was some bum off the street. I bought back 3 detailed cars for Mike. He couldn't continue to charge me. $40 a day. I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT MY STATEMENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND BOUGHT BACK LINCOLN DETAILED AS A THANK YOU ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER HE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AS IF I WAS A STRANGER. I NEED A CAR THIS WEEKEND AND I'M TOO NERVOUS TO GO BACK THERE. I DON'T NEED TO LEARN ANOTHER LESSON THE HARD AND VERY EXPENSIVE WAY. MIKE GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER WHEN HE WAS GETTING ALL THESE EMAILS AND PATS ON THE BACK FROM MY COMPLIMENTS BUT WHEN I GOT UPSET WITH THE FULL PRICE, I WAS TOLD TO LOSE HIS NUMBER. Terrible experience, worst enterprise ever so i drop off a vehicule to this enterprise and this is the worst of all branch. I had to wait for 1 hour for someone ro definetely drop me off. There are only 2 employees and they are nothing close to friendly. The lady was okay but the man was very mean, i wish i never have to step a toe in that office read more

I have been renting from enterprise for years at this location. For the last 2 months, I've made reservations on Friday around 2:30pm. Today, a man called 30-40 mins after my reservation to tell me that he has to locate a car. This is all after the online accepted the reservation and provided a confirmation. The enterprise man then said he would call back at 5 to let me know. At 5:00pm, we headed over to pick up the car and they said they had no cars. Which did not appear to be true. Normally, they will provide u with any type of car they have left. I've never had one Tel me that they have no compact cars to rent me. Also, the enterprise man never called back. So, now I'm without a car for the weekend cause he never called back to let me know. So disappointed in enterprise. I will never get anything from this place. As for the the corporate enterprise, if you do not have cars, you should not accept a reservations. Again, I think they had a car. Just not a car they wanted to give me. read more

I was in town for the holidays visiting my parents from the Bay Area, and we rented a car from this location in order to shop around for an actual car, because my parents car had died a few days before. This Enterprise location was the closest to my parents' house, and this was actually my first encounter with Enterprise as a company in general. While I cannot speak for the company in general, this particular branch left a very bad impression of the company for me. We were helped by a young woman named Tiffany, and I felt that she had a rude attitude overall when I would try to ask her questions and clarification on all the fees, rates etc. This was our first time renting a car EVER, so we just wanted to make sure we understood how everything works. Not only would she give us one word responses, but she seemed very annoyed and impatient whenever I would simply try and ask for clarification on the insurance etc. Unfortunately, moving forward for myself, I will not be considering Enterprise AT ALL when I need rental car services in the future, NOR will I ever be recommending it to my friends or family. read more

This is my 3rd time renting from this location. The staff is very friendly , my only issue was the cleanliness of the new Chrysler Van I rented. Windows were dirty and found french fries and some trash under the seats. Maybe a little more attention to making sure the cars are cleaner. Overall it was a good expierence and convienent for me. read more
