I told that was very rude. He knew I was right behind him, then we got to the car that I was renting and it wasn't the car I was told I would be renting when I said to him that's not a Jeep Cherokee. My dad got a bill for $596 was applied to his credit card. Stating that they forgot to charge for all this insurance. My parents had full coverage insurance. But to sneak in a fee like that over a month later without a letter or phone call, they found out when they got their credit card statement. This is what they do to their senior citizens. I went up there and straightened it out then several years ago. I used the new one on Black Horse Pike Bellmawr, NJ a manager Mike was so wonderful. I gave him full props contacted all the upper echelon then I had a rent again couple years ago. I always bring back the cars detailed inside and out and full tank of gas. You would think being a good customer, knowing that they can put somebody right into my spotless rental My parts weren't in yet and since the insurance wouldn't cover any more days, he charged me full price like I was some bum off the street. I bought back 3 detailed cars for Mike. He couldn't continue to charge me. $40 a day. I FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT MY STATEMENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND BOUGHT BACK LINCOLN DETAILED AS A THANK YOU ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER HE CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AS IF I WAS A STRANGER. I NEED A CAR THIS WEEKEND AND I'M TOO NERVOUS TO GO BACK THERE. I DON'T NEED TO LEARN ANOTHER LESSON THE HARD AND VERY EXPENSIVE WAY. MIKE GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER WHEN HE WAS GETTING ALL THESE EMAILS AND PATS ON THE BACK FROM MY COMPLIMENTS BUT WHEN I GOT UPSET WITH THE FULL PRICE, I WAS TOLD TO LOSE HIS NUMBER. IF I NEED TO CONTACT HIM THAT I HAVE TO CALL ENTERPRISE. IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY WHEN I WAS UPSET. I DELETED HIS NUMBER OUT OF MY PHONE, KNOWING THAT I WILL NEVER NEED THAT NUMBER AGAIN.

I contacted the location prior to arrival and was advised no full size vehicles were available, but there was an intermediate free upgrade available. When i arrived, the agent at the desk was very short, rude toned and seemed as if my presence was bothering her. I brushed it off initially. There was a signup stating to ask the agent about a business account. I asked her how to get one and she responded by asking me "DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS?" Which I'm not sure why I would inquire about a business account if I didn't have one to begin with. I said yes and she stated "call customer service they'll explain it to you." I let that slide. She then asked for my ID and credit card, and after I provided it she scimmed both of them and looked at me repeatedly as if there was an issue. I'm an AVIS preferred member, and have been renting cars with Avis for years, just never at this location. When the contract was printed it was for a vehicle I didn't want. I explained to her that I didn't want this vehicle and she responded "Thats all we have". I turned around and the lot is full with vehicles, she didn't confirm the make and model (like other locations) before printing the contract. She stated "you didn't ask" and I told her I'm not the manager you are. She canceled the contract and told me to call customer service. I asked if I could use a phone because mine was dead and she said no. I walked to the gas station to get a charger box to charge my phone. In the meantime i witnessed her speaking to everyone else that walked through the door with the upmost respect, very kind and helpful. The only difference between myself and those customers is skin color. I'm significantly darker than them and I'm not the one to pull the race card, however I cannot find another explanation or reason for her behavior. I was able to contact customer and while speaking with her and this entire time I've been here no music was playing through their speakers. She turned the music on while speaking with the customer service agent in an attempt to drown out the call because I was reporting her behavior for today! Even while explaining her behaviors she mumbled things under her breath, sucked her teeth, and huffed and puffed. This woman doesn't need to be in a management position! She needs coaching and redirection. I'm really appalled and shocked at this type of behavior coming from an Avis employee! I had to come back to edit this review. Upon speaking with an amazing customer service rep, she scheduled a new reservation for me. Miraculously another vehicle appeared that she could rent to me. My sister showed up because she wasn't sure if I would be stuck or not. When she walked inside, she was speaking to me about something unrelated and Cris pulled out a can of some type of spray and began to spray it in her direction. She stated it's an "office" and she doesn't have to take that smell (marijuana). Weed is legal in NJ, my sister wasn't renting from Avis and to be sprayed with a chemical because this woman is so unprofessional! I've never seen someone act this way!!!

He was extremely professional, understanding and mannerly, unlike the location at 6 Marlton pike who treat customers like crap. Nick saw to it I got my car and made sure everything was good before I left. Upon my return Nick showed the same professionalism. Great customer service and mannerly. But I reserved a car several weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival that they did not have a car for me! Apparently, they had called an hour before but I didn't get the call-- regardless, an hour is not sufficient notice. Clearly, they had not planned ahead. I complained to Hertz, too, and was offered nothing as compensation. Don't risk ruining your plans with these imbeciles!!

I took it to Magnolia Auto Body and spoke with Tom Sr. who quoted me $150. A few month went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said they were waiting for me to call since they had misplaced the paperwork. When I got there, Tom Jr. said Sr. was unavailable due to some health issues and asked "How much did my dad quote you?" I told him $150. He said just give me $100 since you were so honest.
