If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had a reservation to pick up on Saturday because we have to leave on Monday morning for our job orientation (we are truck drivers). We go to pick up our rental and they gave our rental to another renter because they busted their back windshield. So now we are without a way to get to our job orientation and no time to find another one and did nothing to try and make it right. Everything. We have made three reservation and so far every reservation has been a mess and they don't try to fix their issues and the problems they have created. DO NOT recommend at all. Was told if we came down we can, was on the lot that they would let us rent it only to be told no they couldn't because they had other reservations. You need to take the location in Arkadelphia off of your list of locations. You also patch phone calls to that closed location from your automated phone system. Which is infuriating when you try and call the nearest location for 5 hours and then have someone who knows because the same thing happened to them tell you that Location has been closed for a couple of months. I would have caused problems but I really needed to get home as I was stranded from a motorcycle accident and needed to get home. Enterprise was only helpful when I showed up in hot Springs, oh yeah, take your hot Springs airport location off your damn list too. The Toyota Tacoma I got was cool, but had a leak in a tire. Still drove the crap out of it. Somerset, KY. Location was excellent, they answer the phone when you call them. They are friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Gave me a ride home. Highest praise to the location, I give Somerset 5 stars. I give the rest of enterprise 0 (ZERO) stars (I didn't capitalize because you don't deserve it). read more

While there are some good employees at this location Anthony coote is by far the worse. He is disrespectful rude and unprofessional. We had a car reserved for 8am and we didn't get it till 4 pm and that was after a manager intervened. The 2nd experience there we had a different employee and has 0 problems. It was a good experience. The 3rd time we went we Anthony coote again and after being picked up by one of their employees from our home to their business he canceled our reservation and and had the gentleman take us back home. After talking to management there was no reason our reservation should have canceled being we have rented there 2 previous times. We can only conclude that the employee was carrying over a grudge from our first complaint. So if u rent from from here be warned there is no upper management above him at this time. read more

I rent at this location weekly. I almost never have to wait for my vechicle! I always recieve great customer service! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I will continue to use this location for my car rentals! My only suggestion would be: The customer parking lot is all the way in the back of the building. As a woman when returning my cars late evening and night drop off, it can be a little frightening having to walk to the back parking lot that is dark with no lighting. The employees have no control over that. However, I do feel this could improve customer satisfaction and safety of customers. read more

one thing the car that we had rented which was a full size they did not have he was trying to out us in another car which was smaller saying it was a full size we told him that was not going to work we knew it was not a full size he gave us a minivan which cost more and cost more in gas I thought when you rent a car ahead of time they are supposed to have it we always rent a least a month or longer ahead of time this has happened to us before here and the only thing about the new web site is that I was unable to put my 15% coupon code in had to call them we will be renting from here dec 22 2015 I hope this does not happen again read more
