When I called for pickup, I asked for a mini-SUV but was brought a huge Chevrolet Traverse (much larger than I needed). I was told I could switch to something smaller later, so I went back and was given a Jeep Compass that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable, and the car didn't seem properly maintained, the engine have a hard time to speed up, and clearly needed attention. I called to ask for help and was told to "try again tomorrow." I called several other branches too, but no cars were available. It's frustrating to deal with this after a stressful accident, especially when Enterprise advertises "clean, well-maintained vehicles". I expected better quality and communication.

I told them I would take a smaller car for the same money. They said there were none. Later Kevin said they were all smoker cars because the lot had quite a few cars sitting there. I told Kevin I wanted to cancel, I wasn't comfortable driving that big of a car (and it was dirty.) I never got in the car. He said his boss was the only one that put the cancelation through. I asked for a written note saying I never took the car... he was on the phone with his boss who told Kevin not to give me the note. I called Thyrl Reed (Kevin's boss) and asked for a record of the cancelation. Thyrl said he would cancel when he got to his computer. This still has not happened 2 days later. The charge they put on my chargecard was $200 over the rental fee. Serious honesty problems, wouldn't you say!

From entry to exit took us about 20 - 25 minutes. Service was friendly and helpful. They had everything together, so there were no delays, which was a nice surprise, especially on a busy work day morning. The location is clean and there were no major issues had.

Once there (after my ride had left) this information was disclosed. I was told that they had 2 people in front of me and wouldn't have a car for me. Get all the way home and get a call that they will have a truck ready for me in 30 minutes. What happened to the 2 people in front of me? Just magically have a truck now that I am all the way back home. Go anywhere else, this wild goose chase and incompetent customer service will have you pulling out your hair.

1 Star - Disgusting Experience…read more I am absolutely furious over how Honest-1 treated my elderly parents. Just weeks before this, their car was in this shop for a full checkup. Suddenly, when a warning light came on, Honest-1 claimed the transmission was failing and quoted them OVER $8,000 for a manufactured or new transmission -- using fear, urgency, and worst-case language to push the repair. That alone is alarming. What's worse? We took the car to Honda for a second opinion, and Honda's master technician thoroughly inspected EVERYTHING. The verdict: The transmission is NOT failing No rebuild. No replacement. No catastrophic damage. The real issue was a stuck A-line pressure solenoid valve, a relatively minor repair. Honda fixed the actual problem, replaced fluids, ran full diagnostics, and the total cost was UNDER $1,000. So let me be very clear: After a recent "full checkup," Honest-1 either completely misdiagnosed the vehicle or grossly exaggerated the issue and attempted to sell my elderly parents an $8,000+ repair they absolutely did not need. In my opinion, this was predatory. Targeting seniors with scare tactics and inflated diagnoses is unacceptable. We will never return. We didn't argue. We didn't debate. We simply took the keys and left -- and that should speak volumes. If you have elderly parents or anyone vulnerable in your life, DO NOT trust this shop without getting a second opinion. Integrity matters, and Honest-1 showed us they have none.
