I , called the Springdale location's several times, about a reservation .. I , booked online 2/25 @ 9am.. I , was told their would be NO availability, until the next day 2/26.. Why, is it when I had 2 reservation's.. They did NOT .. do more in reaching out , and or my text my cell phone.. I'm , a Truck driver from out of town.. NOW, I am stuck for the weekend 5 hours from home.. DUE, to the mis-communication, at BOTH the Springdale and Fayetteville location's.. I, spoke to a MR. COLE @ the Springdale location 2/27/21 @ 9:45am.. and , he in fact remember, our conversation.. About, a full size vehicle.. and, in fact,, I'll take anything but, I COMPACT VEHICLE.. with all this being, said.. ENTERPRISE, do better.. reach out via text.. If, you DO NOT GET A RESPONSE.. Customer service was unacceptable. 6 people in the office and no cars. My reservation was at 8:30am and by 9:45am I still had no car. No one in the office gave updates or offered solutions. Inquired about two suv's in the parking lot and they finally have a lady who was there before me one and then the staff took the other opposed to giving it to customers. Then there was a lady with MS needed to get to her appointment in Conway, which she had a 9:00am appt and no cars which made her had to cancel her long awaited scans. Horrible day and ZERO communication from the staff. No sure what was going on today, but it was an inconvenience to me as I needed to be on the road by 9am and was also made late for my appointments. Prince at this location was hands down a life saver. Spent 24 hours trying to find a vehicle as we were stranded coming home From spring break. Not impressed with corporate but Prince cared and helped to get us home. He is THE BEST - if you use enterprise work with him! read more

Horrific customer service. Car was 2 hours delayed from pickup time and I was erroneously charged for 2 extra days. I called this local office 5+ times a day during operating hours for a week and never received an answer. Escalated to corporate customer service twice and was told all they could do was submit a report for the office manager of this location to review. Of course, never received a follow up. Ended up having to dispute the charge wirh my credit card provider. ​ read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.... 2 YEARS AGO I WOULD HAVE GAVE 4 STARS of course the manager was a lady that was at the XNA Airport, THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL!!!! I had a reservation from my insurance company set up, received a call at 7:50 am Monday to get at car for the 19th at 830 am from the Springdale number, called them and explained the voice of the man that called me and the CSR told me that no one worked there that was black. I wasn't trying to be rude, just explain. and then come to find out they didn't have the reservation etc, it is upsetting that they want people to use them but yet they can't accommodate customers... my truck was to be at the shop on the 19th for repairs. but they couldn't even get me into a vehicle. Even though it was set up by my insurance company. They have the worst customer service reps. Matt even told me to call corporate and and file a Complaint and even told me the Manager BRAYLON was the one who would have spoke to me the way he did. LOL. They don't care if you give them business or not but do not report them because they will put you on a list lol... So if you are wanting a good place to rent from this one is not it. read more

I had so much trouble trying to set up a rental because I was going through an insurance company that lacked efficiency and communication skills. They ended up setting up my reservation at the wrong branch but as soon as I spoke to Johnny everything was fixed and I had a car within an hour. I'm so grateful to how everything was handled. Johnny and Reed were so helpful and professional. They are the absolute best! I highly recommend! read more

Nothing really wrong with it but just make sure you ask for a car and see if they have it. If not you will be put into a minivan. For me I had a 2022 Kia K5 put into shop and went to a minivan for a rental kind of depressing . Got to work to be called a soccer Mom ( lol ) read more

We were looking for a specific vehicle, and they went out and found it at another location, got it transferred to Springdale, kept us informed throughout the process. Kudos to Jake/Jeremy/Reid/Peter for a fabulous experience from start to finish! All very excellent with the customers. Will use this location every time going forward. read more

I normally have had good experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. However, my family was left hung out to dry by Enterprise this week. We specifically asked for a Suburban size vehicle since we needed the space for our trip and we received confirmation a month before we left our reservation was good to go. However, the day before our trip I get a call from Enterprise telling me they could not get the size vehicle we requested and they were bumping us down to a Tahoe. No recourse for lying to us, just a hollow apology which does nothing to rectify our situation. Seems poor customer service is becoming the norm for travel related industries. I will avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car whenever possible in the future. read more

I don't recommend trying to rent from this company. They have hidden fees they don't tell you about until you get there to rent the car.

Was put on hold for 45 minutes when I called, I hung up called back and was put on hold again. Got through the next day and made a reservation, did not get a confirmation and called back to be put on hold again! Showed up for my reservation, walked in and the older lady sitting down at the desk playing on her phone said picking up or dropping off. Not good morning or anything. We told her picking up and she said the guy would be with his in a minute and the other customer there was before us then went back to playing on her phone. What a total waste of space this lady is, how is she even employed! The other guy came in and told me my reservation was for the next week and they had no more cars. I had to run out to catch my ride before he left. Went back in and the guy was already on the phone confirming a reservation and done with me I guess. I asked him what I was supposed to do and he said he would call me if there was a car available, by this time I do not trust anything they are telling me. I call my insurance and ask if I can use a different company, they sent me to Hertz and I had a car within the hour. Horrible place! read more

I just left the Springdale Enterprise where I went to pick up a rental. (that i DID have a reservation for) My husband walks in & tells the clerk that we would like to rent the dodge charger in the parking lot... as he is saying this, the charger drives off.....the clerk then tells my husband "oh my MANAGER just left in that car for lunch, come back in an hour or two" funny....didn't bother to say oh no let me call him for you real quick, nothing! just oh come back later....well we go back in 1.5 hours later...still NO car!!! they then call the said "Manager" to let them know we are waiting for that car that he drove off in almost 2 hours ago....he informs them that he is "still at lunch & would be at least 30 more min"!!!!! You're kidding me! They then off me an SUV, (i drive a yukon denali) I am getting a car for better gas millage...i'm about drive 13 hours!!! so after i sit there for another hour, I decide to go in & wait....there stands said "manager" didn't bother to tell me he is back (knowing I've been waiting almost 2 hours now!) wouldn't address me, wouldn't help me, wouldn't even look at me!Trey Hays has got to have the worst customer service I have ever seen & he is the "manager" of this facility!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will never rent there again!!!!!! just awful...waiting on a manager to eat a 2 hour lunch so that I can get the car they KNEW I was coming to get. read more
