Arrived to XNA on Saturday morning and the sign at the Enterprise kiosk directed us over to National. Jastan was very helpful, cheerful and funny. We appreciated her customer service. Our Nissan was great on gas, a smooth ride while visiting. Returning the vehicle was easy. We returned the vehicle exactly where we picked up. There are signs that say "Enterprise Return" and park in one of the stalls. Someone will greet you once parked and assist with the car rental. Small airport so it makes it easy and quick. read more

Even though there was a hiccup with our original reservation, Jacob S. was able to help us figure it out and we even ended up with a better car than booked, and at an even better price! Booked a reservation for a car. Walked up to the counter and the sign redirected me to National's counter. Apparently they're not even open on the weekends. I give the guy at the National counter my confirmation number, and I got the "oh, sorry...we don't have any cars until Thursday." (Today is Saturday) NEVER AGAIN, ENTERPRISE. You lost a customer for life, who will now go out of his way to tell everybody he knows to avoid Enterprise. AVOID THE ENTERPRISE CLOWN SHOW!!! read more

I came here for a quick business trip to XNA and found myself in the National car rental line waiting for an Enterprise car. They are both owned by same company. Be prepared for a small wait since the storefront only supports one representative. The young lady who helped me was very nice and said they didn't have a compact but had several other cars available. I picked up a truck and used it for the business travel. It was like driving a spaceship. I could've used it to haul some stuff around but overall a great ride. Very clean inside. Return was easy too so would recommend checking it out on your next visit to NWA. read more

So my truck was in the shop and I wasn't really needing a rental but I figured why not. So I called the local enterprise shops close to where my truck was getting repaired and they had no cars at the time. So I called this Enterprise to see if they had a car since insurance was paying anyways. Well ya they had cars but said it was to far for them to pick me up and get a car. So what a waste of my time. I'd give a zero if I was able to. terrible customer service. I was hung up on 5 times with no resolution. basically the original rental I was given had a mechanical breakdown. luckily I made it home. I call enterprise to fill them in on the situation. they send me an uber to get my new rental. when I get to enterprise I am told I can not get the next rental until the original rental was picked up. I've been here for 4 hours waiting for the contracted tow company to pick up my vehicle. on top of that my father is in town and today is his last day. i just don't understand if the process is to wait until the vehicle is picked up from tow company, why would they send a customer to enterprise knowing they would have to wait? makes absolutely zero sense. i will never use enterprise again. and anyone I know, I will make sure they dont either. no one should ever have to experience the disrespect I did today. alit shouldn't be hard to update a customer throughout the process. especsilly when the whole situation is not their fault. please folks I know I got an essay here but use precaution before using these bird brains! read more

I tried to exchange my vehicle because I absolutely hate it. This time they gave me a Chevy Tahoe instead of a car on an economy reservation. I was told I could only exchange for a mechanical problem so I'm stuck with this beast for two more weeks. My reservation was on the books almost a week in advance so why are you giving me a giant vehicle! This is my third rental with them as I go home every 3 weeks and return Monday for a new car. I had no problems with the first two cars but the Tahoe is awful for a short person. I feel completely unsafe driving it. My only other option at the time of pick up was a F-250 and I imagine that would have been worse. Just disgusted that they were pretty much like, not our problem, when I contacted the company. read more

Horrible customer service. Had a reservation for 10am Sunday. The only employee on duty, the MANAGER, Jason R. showed up at 10:35 with nothing but excuses to try to cover his ass. By then I already rented from hertz next door. Very friendly and helpful. Go to them. Jason offered no compensation for my time or money. I had to pay more at Hertz. But at least they were on time. He took my phone number and email and "assured" me he would follow up. It's been two weeks and nothing. read more

The service counter is located just across from the second baggage claim carousel. It is usually manned by two people during peak hours. The three employees I interacted with were all very helpful and friendly. They didn't forget to try to upsell on an upgrade and GPS. I would give this place five stars, but I have to dock one for where their cars are located. They are located in an open-air parking lot, exposed to the elements. In the winter, you can imagine that the cars are likely covered in snow or ice when conditions are like that. There is no one out side to verify the car's condition or even help you un-thaw the car if such needs were there. One problem I did run in to, though, is that apparently when the car I rented was previously returned, whoever checked the car back in didn't enter the mileage. So when I checked mine in, 402 miles were recorded. While ultimately that didn't matter, if you need to be reimbursed by your company based on miles driven rather than gas, 402 miles might pose a problem. Anyway, all cars here have their own assigned spots in the parking lot. If you rented from spot 8, then when you return you'll need to park it in spot 8 as well. read more

Small airport where baggage claim is at the rental car booth. Service was attentive when you get to the counter or phone. If they get busy they tend not to answer the phone. The man helping me in person appeared to be the car porter with his casual t shirt and shorts. The process is fairly quick with the man checking my work identification ( in my work contract). He gets me the paperwork and keys. He provides me a car location to which was incorrect and don't realize until I get to the lot. Carrying the large luggage I go back to him and correctly directed to the right spot after. I drive all the way to my hotel and try to check in at the hotel. I need my work identification (work contract). Fortunately I have a card and my regular id to which was accepted. Shortly after hotel check-in, I attempted to call the rental desk only to have the phone ring for about 20 minutes with no response. I proceed to return to the airport and was provided my work identification. After hours drop off was quick to process paper work for my work reimbursement. This was not one of the better experiences I had a rental car location. Overall as this was a work rental I would come back. Not completely horrible. read more

They gave us a car where the underbelly was held together with ZIP TIES and are fighting with us to pay for the rental (we had to get towed) and to fix it. Here's more background: We rented a car on October 27 and as we were driving down highway 49, the plastic sheet/covering(?) on the bottom of the car dropped down and started scraping the highway. We had to stop on side of road and wait for a tow (this was around midnight for one hour). We saw that the plastic underside of the car (near front bumper) was held together with zip ties. They didn't properly inspect the car before we took it (how are we supposed to look at the underbelly of the car before taking off to see if it was put together with ridiculous zip ties?) Enterprise provided us with a tow that towed us to our destination in Fort Smith and we replaced the car there. Note, they made us go to the Fort Smith airport to replace the car, they wouldn't even deliver a replacement car to the hotel. We already disputed with them that we shouldn't have to pay the $59 rental car fee (currently disputing it with our credit card company), but we just received a letter today stating that they want to charge us for the damage to the car.... they now want us to pay for that ridiculous plastic sheet/covering that was held together with the zip ties! And I've spoken with the manager multiple times about having to go replace the car in Fort Smith, and yet they still sent this letter. This is extremely unfair and just a terrible, TERRIBLE experience that won't go away. We will be filing a consumer complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office for deceptive and unconscionable trade practices. read more

Rental counter is in a good location -- very convenient. Staff helpful and courteous. Two issues: 1. The car we received was not in very good shape. We understand that they are unable to wash the exterior of the vehicle due to the extremely cold temps, but the inside was dirty -- inside of the windshield was so dirty that we could barely see through it. Also, heat didn't work very well and it was cold! 2. We dropped the car off at around 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning and there was nobody in the parking lot to receive the car nor was there an attendant at the counter (they were closed!) to turn over the keys. We ended up just leaving the car -- not sure if it was in the appropriate spot or not.... So not a horrible experience, but it could have/should have been better. read more

Pick up car at reservations desk was easy and quick. I rented an economy size car and it was fine for my purposes. The return was a big confusing as no one was there to guide me through the return process. I parked in one of the Enterprise designated parking spots, but unsure if this was the correct procedure. At this point, I assumed I was to return car at the service desk. While I was walking toward the airport terminal/rental car service desk an Enterprise employee approached me and asked if I was returning the car, to which i responded yes. He followed up with how many miles were on the car which i replied, i do not know. I was not aware I needed to know this information. The employee seemed annoyed at me and guessed how far i drove. In summary, while picking up the car was an enjoyable experience, returning it was not. read more

I was very pleased with the Toyota Corolla I rented. I was also very pleased when I returned the rental car ... all I had to do was give the keys to the person at the rental desk at the airport. What I did not like is ... I paid for the rental car on the Allegiant Air website then I had to pay another $130.00 after I got to the airport. I could have rented a car from another rental car company at a cheaper price. I should have been informed that I would need to pay more when I got to the airport ... when I paid for the rental car on the Allegiant Air website. If that information was disclosed on the Allegiant Air website...the information was not obvious....meaning it was in fine print or something similar. I have made hotel reservations where I had to pay extra when I checked into the hotel. The information about paying extra when I got to the hotel was in dark bold print on the website where I made the hotel reservation. This was not the case on the Allegiant Air website. read more

I rent a lot of cars and I've nearly always had a great experience with Enterprise. This time........well......... 1. They have the ability to know (assuming they look) when flights are coming in with renters. I had to wait 55 minutes for my turn at the counter because there was only one person at the counter. I expect that at LAX, not at XNA. 2. When the line is so long that it interferes with other people trying to retrieve their luggage at the carousel, you gotta know there's a problem. 3. I want to give kudos to that one employee that handled a difficult situation with professionalism and grace. He never stopped smiling and did his very best to expedite the process. There were a lot of unhappy people which is probably unusual since we were in Arkansas. 4. The return process was a little confusing. I had a 6:00 am flight, so when I return before normal open hours, I expect to see some form to check off my mileage, fuel gauge, and time of return. All I found was a box at the counter to drop my keys. Everything worked out, but I was a little skeptical and had just a little stress (mostly due to the sign posted on the box that stated I was totally responsible for the car until the next day - I know that's standard, but it never has been and never will be customer centric, regardless of the rental car company - am I really forced to trust every person that's near my car that they won't be stupid and key it until an official agent of the company checks it in and says everything is OK) 5. The only thing that prevents me from giving Enterprise a 1 star this time is that I had given myself plenty of time. Grateful for planning ahead! read more

Counter is directly across from baggage carousel. We rented on a Saturday morning and dropped off on a Sunday morning. When you call the NW ARK Enterprise the telephone message says they open at 8:00am on Sat. However, they don't really open until 10:00am on Sat. We had to wait around an hour for them to open. The young lady who waited on us seemed as if we were bothering her to rent from her, not very personable at all. We asked if our Hyundai Sonata had XM radio and she said she thought it did. Only one person at the counter so she could not come out and check with us. Obviously the car did not. Young man in Lousiville, KY came out and made sure we got a car with XM. No such service in NW ARK. Car worked fine. Sunday when returning the car again only one person at the counter. We stood behind two people renting cars and one returning a car before we just turned our car in. Probably took 20 minutes to turn car in. I did not want to just drop the keys after our poor service the previous day. Two stars is being very generous. We always rent from Enterprise because their service is always so good. This was the poorest location we have rented from Enterprise. read more

I have used Enterprise at XNA a few times. They are friendly and courteous. I had to exchange a car during this last trip and it was seamless. the pickup is close, just out the door and to the numbered slot. Everything is ready and prepared. The faces are consistent (which is a big deal in a College Town) meaning that people hold onto their jobs. All in all, I would highly recommend Enterprise. read more

This airport was a surprise to find tucked into Northwest Arkansas. The rental car desks are located in baggage claim. The Enterprise desk attendant was very pleasant. She processed my reservation efficiently and offered information for the area. Very pleasant customer service experience. True the cars are in a lot next door and in the elements that is a very bracing walk. I can't really dock the location rating since there isn't a parking deck or something where the cars could be housed. This airport is too small to support a nice structure. Thank God they include an ice scraper in the trunk. In the winter you need it. read more

The service representative at the counter wasn't very friendly and didn't offer us pre paid gas or any upgrade options. The car was damaged on the passenger side, had dirty seats and the windshield was so dirty it was hard to see out of at night. Also, the bright headlights wouldn't stay on. read more

The location is clean and it was really easy to rent and then return the car. A few minutes after I dropped off my car (and fortunately before I was through airport security) I received an e-mail with my invoice and they charged me for a full tank of gas even though I drove less than 50 miles... I went back to the service counter and complained and the manager promptly addressed the situation. Part of me wonders whether they make a habit of overcharging folks travelling for business since they figure the traveler won't care because the company is picking up the tab or if this was just a careless mistake. Picking up the car was easy. Their online system pricing is different from the location so their price was higher than I was reserved for. I turned in at the location in Mtn Home, AR. The MH location was terrible. Their customer service was shoddy at best. I asked a few questions and was told I don't know why don't you google it or go online and look at the website. read more
