Brittany at this location is on another level. She gets me in and out so efficiently every time. She's professional, effective, and genuinely caring. Every time I pick up my rental, it is clean, gassed up, and ready to go. The check in process is seamless, and I always receive the keys with zero issues, in record time. What truly sets Brittany apart is her dedication. I was running late one day due to a rideshare delay, and she actually waited for me to arrive just to hand over the keys, something she didn't have to do. That meant so much. This is my second outstanding experience with her, and I just had to leave this review. Brittany consistently goes above and beyond. She's hard working, passionate, and truly values repeat clients. I agree as "worst customer service, they should close down". Their rental office is deceiving in filling half the car with gas policy. You can return the car to the collision place, nobody checks, nobody says anything, and the collision place takes it to the rental office. I was given the car with four dashes underlined as half full in gas. It was returned with four dashes underlined as half full in gas to the collision center, as should be. They charged me for gas saying they measured it and their tech system showed 3over8 and not4over8!!!!! NEVER RENT FROM 'ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR' with such a cheating system. is there no way to get a decent cheap rental when your car is in the shop or travelling anymore? Wow, the price is ridiculous, then they try to talk you into insurance that is as much as the car per day when your personal insurance will normally cover it- I called my company on speaker phone and made the salesman out to be a complete liar. Never rent from Enterprise! They have zero customer service! I called them on Saturday morning to arrange the rental return. My car was ready at the body shop and ready for pickup. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and their system disconnected twice. There is no central number to call, so I started a chat with their customer 'service'. They said I couldn't leave the rental at the body shop without local approval. They forwarded my contact information to the regional manager with the promise that I would be contacted 'ASAP'. I never heard anything back. I spoke to the Stafford office on Monday morning. They said their posted hours were wrong on the web-site and that they won't pick up the car from my home. To return it and have them bring me home will cost me over another hour. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly Nissan isn't much of the issue, but the fact that the Enterprise inside is so unprofessional, I will NEVER go to this Nissan location ever again. The Enterprise manager Will, is a total mess and looks a mess as well. This is the second day in a row that he gives me hell and this time had the audacity to be disrespectful. I was in a office full of angry customers all wondering why he is incapable of communicating. How is this man the manager? He looks so unprofessional and his actions are worse. The fact that Nissan is allowing this man to manage the collision claims for rentals makes Nissan just as bad. I don't understand how Nissan would want to be associated with this man. I've paid my deductible and I'm stuck with a messed up car because this manager Will is telling me that I can not go to a different Enterprise to get a rental. This is crazy. i received great service from kyle, one of the van/truck rental leads. he gave me all of the best information when it came towards rental and options; i ended up getting the cargo XL van; (you can only get from this location). from the tour all the way to the transaction kyle had a smile and related with me on a few conversations (made the process less business related). id easily come back to this location for rental in the future; he even gave me advice for opening an account for rental services. ill have to look into it; thanks again kyle; read more

No inventory! They are located inside the Sterling McCall Lexus restoration center, but have NOTHING comparable for you to drive while they repair your car. I brought in a 2018 Lexus GX, they offered me a Ford sedan??? Comparable?? I think not. If you need your car repaired, make other arrangements, or drive something you won't like. My car was being fixed upon recall of my car dealer. Enterprise picked me up and dropped me off. I was told over the phone that my debit card would not be charged just on hold untill car is returned. However, when I get there I was told that I need a credit card on file to get the card. Which I did not have. I was frustrated and angry because not only does this mean I cant get the car but i wont have a way to and drom work!Disappointed, I asked to speak to the manager. Well, tjat was the manager. Enterprise has always had the best prices and best service. I'm from Chicago and flew to see my sister who was not doing well. Larry was fantastic. He picked me up from my Airbnb, made me aware of a deal that best suited my needs, and was there at the closing. I left my sunglasses in the car so I called them. This location picked up the ball when Hertz dropped it. Not only did enterprise pick up the ball, but they scored! All employees where personable and worked to pick me up and drop me off where I needed to be. This particular Enterprise location is fantastic! Enterprise as a company is my preferred rental car company but some of the branches have less than stellar employees. But this location is the absolute best to rent at. Tracey, one of the managers is always willing to work with me, even when I'm being a bit difficult (which I'll explain later). It's never crowded and usually has a great selection of vehicles coming in and out. My one sour point is they tend to get stocked up with Chrysler 200s, an intermediate car to me, but intermediate and Full-size cars get the same price point with Enterprise now so they always tend to have a Chrysler 200 at first for me but if you ask nicely enough, they'll switch you to a different vehicle. Worst customer service ever!!! Didn't go by the reservation set by the reservation line and made up its own rules WE WENT TO HERTZ

This was a terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. I reserved a 7-seater minivan with luggage capacity for 5 bags through Priceline for this location which clearly shows the car and says "or similar vehicle". The car offered was a Journey which is firstly not a full 7 passenger vehicle since the limited leg room in the last row clearly indicates it is meant for kids. Also, the car has ZERO luggage space. The Enterprise employees were completely useless at finding alternatives. The Manager (my one year old son is better at problem solving!) said they have larger cars but could not rent them out due to service which was due on those cars. Essentially, there were several cars on the lot waiting for oil changes. When I asked if they could expedite an oil change for the same day in order for me to pick up the car the next day they refused. Basically, no explanation other than there are many cars in the queue so no guarantee you will get the car you reserved even if you're willing to wait an extra day! Worst customer service ever given that it was the week before Christmas and they knew they could screw customers. And they also blamed Priceline saying they do not check the inventory and I should have booked with Enterprise directly. read more

I rented an intermediate car from Enterprise. As soon as I stepped in its office, I was greeted by an agent and handled my reservations. he was very friendly as well as professional. I was given Hyundai Ellentra in nice condition though it more looked like compact. it was strange that they provided little less than half the tank but told me not to worry about it. He walked with me all around the car to note any dent or scratches. On my return then another agent on duty behind the desk greeted me and very politely handled the return and asked if I had any complaints. i was stuck being charged for a large amount of mileage that i did not accumulate. the problem was i did not take a picture or write down my starting mileage in the truck they changed up and gave me at the time i showed up to pick it up. so i got so i could not prove my case. be sure to take a picture of your actual mileage of the truck you are assigned. read more

While my vehicle was being repaired at the Ford Dealer where this enterprise is located, I needed to rent a vehicle for 2-3 days. I requested a sub-compact car, but was told be the rental agent that he didn't have any cars at the location and only had a truck, but it would be for the same rate. I thought ok, all I need is transportation to get back-and-forth to work. I signed the documents. I return the truck 3 days later and that evening I saw that I was changed more than $362 for a three day rental even though I had declined the insurance, since my auto-policy would cover the rental. The interesting part is a relative of mine works for Enterprise and made the reservation for me (they location conveniently couldn't find the reservation which would have cost less than $30/day). I've used enterprise for years and even have a membership with them. But I've never been cheated by Enterprise like I was at this location. Steer clear of these guys and since Enterprise will pick you up, it would be wise to rent from another location and have them pick you up here. Hopefully they'll be more honest. read more
