The story began when my UHaul reservation was completely changed without my consent a day and a half prior to my move from Mtl to Ottawa. I was so upset with UHaul service I decided to see if I could find another truck with another renter, this is where I had an amazing experience with Othniel from the Kanata Budget location. He went out of his way to find me a truck last minute, at a good price and guaranteed he would finalize everything before the end of the day, which he did! He found me exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience so pleasant, I can't say enough nice things about Othniel and the service he provided. He is an exceptional employee and I hope his employers know this and keep him at Budget as long as possible. He knows how to treat customers!! Thank you again Othniel!

So why do *I* like it when I don't know the right side of a wrench? Because they are Canadian owned and operated, and they sell work gloves and those heating things to keep your hands and feet warm in the winter.
