Today sept 15/2026 I look at a ad on marketplace for a 2023…read moreford maverick lariat that they have listed with a video, I reach out to the dealer and chat back and forth with salsesman and agree to come in and test drive, I did tell them I was interested in trading in my 2024 bronco sport (rebuilt status) . I drive across city 40mins to have a look at there vehicle and when the salesman brings the truck around to front of dealership its smells like a cigarette inside and full of stone chips on the hood, both fenders and the roof is full of rust from all the stone chips including a completely cracked windshield. The salesman proceeds to tell me that no worries it hasn't gone through the shop yet to be checked I say that's ok I'm not interested being in way worse shape than my vehicle. in the mean time the used car manager Liam has my key and ownership to decide what they will give me trade in value, that was fine I was looking through dealer website with the salesman on a 2025 they have but not at the the lot to view. I said to the salesman can you get my key and ownership for me from the manager. The salesman leaves to go talk to manager and comes back if I'm interested in a brand new maverick we have great deals with employee pricing I said did you find out what my vehicle is worth on trade the salesman said they are test driving and will have a number shortly. I wait and walk around show room looking at a new Maverick and then meet the salesman and manager at the front door of the dealership and the manager asks me what I want for my vehicle I say as much as possible, The manager then says "you must have gotten a good deal on yours being a rebuilt title" I say "why do you say that?" The sales manager Liam Lawless instantly gets his chest puffed up, holds my key out in the air and says "I'm not interested I'm going to pass!" I at this point am annoyed as I taken my time to drive across city to view a vehicle they advertised that was totally misleading . I took my key and told them to remove their ad as it is not showing all the damaged on the truck the salesman agreed to remove ad immediately and he did. To wrap up my review, I find it very immature for a so called used car manager to treat a customer that way let alone in the front entrance so unprofessional. I was truly interested in coming back to proceed with a deal on the 2025 Maverick the next day when it was back on the lot. Oh well there are many other Ford dealers to deal with as Donnelly Ford doesn't put the customer service first. Its a shame that one employee could ruin the experience and sale for the salesman.

The bill featured a $56 charge for "premium rental location" (the airport???) - also not mentioned anywhere in the contract. I trusted these people in an emergency and they stiffed me. I will NEVER rent from Alamo again.

Use to rent all the time with Enterprise (pre covid days) back when they were super cheap, but now…read moreprices have gone up and i noticed Alamo had rental deals that were at least 30% cheaper than enterprise so i decided to try them out for the first time. I will give them credit where it's due, when i went in i was politely greeted and asked to hang tight because they were busy (fair), everyone was polite, but when it was my turn i was just handed a set of keys and told to do a walkaround of my vehicle (by myself, im pretty sure its standard practise for an employee to go with you) anyways, i had this vehicle for a week in which i had babied like my own car (drove super carefully, made sure to park it in safe/paid parking areas where it would be surveillanced) and when i went to hand the vehicle back they just took the keys and said i was good to go (no walkaround, nothing), so i left. A few hours later i recieve an email from the assistant manager saying that there is "severe damage in the form is deep scratches and DENTS in the roof"!!!! of all things wtf! There is only 2 things that could have happened here, 1. The previous renter fked up the roof and when he/she returned the vehicle, it was not inspected properly (the roof anyways) or 2. They are purposely scheming because i was not there to do a final walkaround with an employee (my mistake i guess) because there is definitely no way i had left "deep scratches" on the freaking roof let alone severe dents (im sure if there was something powerful enough to drop on the roof and leave a couple "severe dents" i would have heard or noticed it. Anyways, the assistant manager asked me in the email to go in so we can go forward with an insurance claim but the location was really not convenient for me to go to (especially without a vehicle) so i called them, 4 times. First 3 times no answer, 4th time an employee picked up in which i asked to speak to the AM and was told he was busy and they would have him call me back. Waited 2 days, no calls, sent him an email inquiring about the damages and photos and i get no response but an instant email finalizing my bill of sale and them taking a $500 deposit from my credit card. Fantastic. This is the type of shit that you only see online, on google reviews or youtube thinking its usually probably fake and never going to happen in the real world but let me tell you, damn dude it happened to me, i'll admit, i've been had by a car rental company for the first time in my life and it just had to be the one time i switched rental companies.

It's run like a zoo of animals on the loose who at best are just incompetent and ignorant. At worst, they're criminals and scam artists. If Enterprise were to actually realize how these employees acted there, they'd be forced to clean the house. It started out very badly before the long weekend and ended with the worst possible circumstances imagined. Even though it was booked online, I was met with complication after complication that led to spending over 90 minutes of wasted time just to get the vehicle off the lot. The staff there were rude, unprofessional, and could not care any less than they did about basic customer service. The following day, the individual (Dawson) who took the rental called me at 8 AM demanding I pay an additional $300 deposit beyond the $450 I had already paid for the rental fees. I said go ahead, charge my card on file. He said he tried already and it was declined. When I called the credit card company to find out why, they made it very clear that the individual flat-out lied since there was no record of an attempt. I didn't hear back from anyone at Enterprise again until the day of return hours before it was due to be returned, when I got a voicemail addressed to some guy named "Frank". With the bill paid in full, and the car not due back for another three hours, I later found out the same incompetent individual called my son who was listed as an emergency contact leaving a confusing voicemail there as well. I was just as happy to bring the car back and be rid of these very disturbed individuals, so I brought it back early clean and with fuel back to its start. I dropped the keys off at the counter, called an Uber and waited outside. While standing there, the same individual came up to me telling me that I needed to come back inside to pay my bill. I was shocked that he had the nerve to say that, and I explained very clearly the bill was already paid, and he needed to check it for himself. When he insisted I come back in with him, I told him I was late to go meet a business client and if he had any other questions to call me later. At that time, the Uber car showed up and I got in. That's when the mouthy punk kid teamed up with Dawson and started threatening me with violence, and also with the Uber driver to the point, that the driver became so intimated that he refused to drive. I ended up getting out of the car and walking off the lot completely where I called for another car a few blocks away. As I was leaving the two of them were screaming obscenities at me and I was leaving without paying my (fully paid) bill, in front of at least a dozen other customers outside witnessing it. The final insult was an hour after I left they charged my credit card, which they were claiming they had no access to, another fee, which I've already filed a dispute with my credit card company. I've already contacted a lawyer to see what civil and perhaps criminal actions can be taken.

Anyway we drove up here since we were going to Great Canadian Bungee , and this place is only about a 5 minute drive from the place. She did all the booking for us which was awesome ! We arrived and everything was perfect. The room was gorgeous we stayed at the fantasy suite. Had our own personal balcony , a mini kitchen and lounge area. The room was very clean no complaints at all. Did I say the decoration was gorgeous in our room ? Because it was ! They have a huge backyard and if you have kids they have a play set for them as well. They also have a little tiki bar in the backyard. The landscaping is wonderful thry have a little bit of everything for everyone . The village is about a 10-15 min walk no need to drive. She gave us her personal recommendations and they were also great. Dawn and Sebastian were very welcoming and make you feel like your at home . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, a nice relaxing getaway.
