So I had to await their opening, which wasn't gonna be for several more hours. I had to drive to MSP to catch a flight. So I proceeded to DLH to explain and see options. They were a bunch of help. They were able to conduct the mod' at no additional charge. That made this possible. Surprising to me that the dropoff location was able to do what the main personnel couldn't. This was all due to weather. Feared I wouldn't get out of DLH that day. Proceeded to MSP and went about my business. Thank you!

After getting the vehicle and having the person at the check out gate not be able to pull up the reservation, I went back to the counter and spoke with Tyler. I explained to him that I had been positive that I'd reserved a vehicle but could not find the reservation email so asked what he could do to help me/ my family out with a van for a few days. He was super nice and helpful getting us set up on the spot and what was even more pleasantly surprising was that he gave several discounts to make the charges very favorable (when he could have easily charged more given the circumstances)!!

Girl trip time!!! Three college friends decide to celebrate a new decade, career celebrations and…read more30+ years of friendship by booking a trip to Mexico for sun, tequila, food and fun. We used AAA Travel to book an all inclusive resort trip to Cancun. The travel agent, Lisa Gilbert, was awesome to work with. She listened to our budget and wish list items. She provided us with several options that met all of those. We decided to book a new property (Haven Riviera Cancun) and it was amazing. On our next to last day, Minnesota was predicted to be hit with a major storm that would affect our travels. We contacted Lisa to see if we should rebook in anticipation of potential delays. She agreed and immediately went to work for us. She managed to rebook our flights (extending our vacation another day...yay!!), extend our stay at the resort (in the same room) and rescheduled our transfers. She made what could have been a very stressful last day of vacation into a worry-free relaxation day! I cannot say enough about her professionalism, communication and making a girl's trip as relaxing as possible! There is a reason why you hire a travel agent to plan your vacation! This is one of two campgrounds in the Brule River State Forest. There is a Ranger Station, River…read moreAccess, and Fish Hatchery. The campground is beautiful, in a tall pine forest with nice sized campsites with newer fire rings and ADA accessible picnic tables. The campsites are semi private, you can see your neighbors but are nicely spaced out. The well water is fresh, cold, and tastes great - no iron water like the North Shore. It's also nice to have the town of Brule nearby for canoe rentals (they will pick you up at your site), Ice, Firewood, Convenience Store and bar. The only negative was that the bathrooms were pretty rough even by pit toilet standards. Also, there was lax enforcement of campground rules. This is good if you despise rules, not so good if you don't like hearing twin dobermans bark all day or see a kid in the next campsite shooting a pellet gun. But overall this is a very nice campground and a must for tent campers.

While our group of 10 were in line the staff person using a small phone was checking us in & could not find our reservation even though it was stated clearly. We all were standing in the hot sun & then to finally board, going to the 2nd level to find windows closed and A/C not working worth a hoot. The tour guide used a handheld microphone which was crap. During the cruise a guy came up from the engine room in greasy dirty clothes looking like he was learing at the people around. Would not recommend

The office was maybe a little bit difficult to find once you drive into the airport area, but it's tucked away in the back so just look for trailers with their business name on it or ask around. The highlight of the day was sharing the same tarmac as the fighter jets in training. The price of their flight package could be expensive. Please note that the ride was only about 10 minutes, but we covered about 15 miles over Lake Superior and we were going about 100 miles an hour! If you get to sit shot gun, do it. It has the best view and experience compared to those sitting at the back. You have to weight the least though out of everyone riding in the same helicopter.

Nice little spot to kill 30-45 minutes, maybe more if you call ahead and ask if there is a tour available. We happened to jump in with a large group that must have arranged a tour beforehand. We got to see and touch many large varieties of trout and walk the grounds where the holding ponds are. Very nice, well educated, and accommodating staff that are excited about what they do. Our one year old loved getting to pet the fish!
