Oh my, for a place that advertises they can pick you up like instantly, what a farce. I called one Enterprise and made a reservation and then when I got to my destination to be picked up they didn't have anyone to come get me. They then pushed me off on another Enterprise, who in turn sent me to a third Enterprise who in turn sent me to a fourth Enterprise. Out of all four Enterprises none of them had anyone that could come and pick me up. Here I am dropping my car off after an accident and I'm stuck with no vehicle. I guess that's kind of like the line don't believe everything you read on the internet, also don't believe everything you read in an ad. My car repair shop had a advertisement for a different Enterprises we called them and they arrived fairly quickly and got me into a car. I must admit I am so frustrated with Enterprise, I don't know if I would ever use them again for a rental car, after this bizarre experience. No one wants to take responsibility and it was a game of pass the buck and put you off on someone else. Everyone was understaffed and no one had cars, no drivers to spare, whatever it was just total Fiasco. This was not a holiday or anything special, just a normal afternoon. What's a girl to do? Got a minivan on Monday. Lady and guy that gave it to me that day were awesome. Wednesday I call to ask to trade it in. Why? They ask. The steering wheel is loose and van is veering/gliding I do not feel safe at all driving it. We don't have anything to trade it in with. Ok? So what are you going to do? We can't do anything, call around to other enterprises. Um you just told me theres low inventory in the area and if I call no other enterprise will want to swap me out a running car with one thats got to go in the shop? Can you call and find one? We do not have the time. Well whats your solution? I gave you a solution, but you could take it to a shop to get fixed. SERIOUSLY? You want me to call around and find a replacement for your nonworking rental I am paying for and now you want me to take it to a shop for you to get it fixed?? Ok so if they take it in to fix it what are you going to do? What do you mean? Im paying you for a rental because my car is in the shop, you want me to take your car to the shop and have no car to drive? I gave solutions....No JOSHUA you gave no solutions. The guy behind was supper efficient, giving the fact, that he was multi-function, answering the phone while tending to customer, I did have to wait about 10 minutes for my turn, but I didn't mind, because I could see the clerk was going out of his way to finish up fast so he can tend to the next customer ( I wish I caught his name). read more

Three stars because the people were friendly and efficient but wow did they stick me with a clunker. I recently had a careless driver strike my car. Their insurance covered paying for a rental car while mine was being repaired. I had my car towed to a repair facility and when Enterprise was called someone showed up quickly to take me to their office. I was still pretty shaken from my accident so this was greatly appreciated. At the Enterprise facility I didn't have to wait long to be processed. Even though the other driver's insurance was paying for the rental, the agent asked if I wanted to pay around twenty bucks a day for insurance on the rental car. When I declined he wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing. When the agent brought me out to inspect the car is where things went off the rails. He told me to ignore the low pressure warning light that would come on when the car was on. He assured me that the tires checked out and it would be fine. The next day when he called and asked how the car was I mentioned that light never went off when the car was on. He mentioned that the cold weather could be a factor. The problem is that the light stayed on for weeks even after it warmed up. The car radio had an unbelievably annoying feature where it would come on at a high volume on FM radio every time the car started. It didn't matter if the radio had previously been off. It didn't matter if you had previously been listening to music via bluetooth. When that car comes on you're getting blasted with FM tunes. Even better, I had three instances where I was locked out of the radio controls. I could not control the volume or turn it off. Turning off the car and opening a door would surely turn off the radio, right? Wrong. I had to wait for five or so minutes for the system to crash. The display would reboot and I would get control back. I can't help but wonder if the faulty tire pressure warning light was tied to this bigger system problem. If I was asked to describe the odor of the car I would say it was a mixture of body odor, wet dog, and cleaning chemicals. Everyone who got into it said "Ew!". Did I also mention that the car had over 35,000 miles? That seems quite high to me. I know that I should have taken the car back for a replacement but because another party was handling payment I was hesitant to complicate that. Plus I didn't expect to be driving it for as long as I did. When I returned the car and was asked how my experience was they got an earful. To try and make up for they gave me a mild discount and an upgrade to a better category of cars the next time I rent. If the car I got was an indication of a typical car in their fleet I'm not exactly chomping at the bit to rent from Enterprise again. read more

Someone hit & totaled my dad's car so we had to get a rental while the insurance took their time going over the damage claim. There 9-10 people ahead of us so it took about an hour. So they were VERY busy. All in all I think they moved us all along quickly, all things considered. In addition to checking people in and out, they were also cleaning and inspecting vehicles. When we got seen, they took us out to choose a car, did our paperwork. They were very friendly. Later we had a malfunction with the vehicle so they got a tow truck to us quickly (within 1 hour). They got us another vehicle, no problems. I will most likely use this location in the future. read more

Was charged for tolls I did not use. It's only $6 but after a month of trying to get this taken care of still no money back on my credit card.. Unbelievable!!! Spoke with a Mark and he has been no help. It should not take over a month to get this taken care of. Reported it to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge as I did not go through any tolls and never had the vehicle at the time the toll shows. Never doing business with them again if I can't get this corrected. It's the Principle!! read more

No issues , pretty straight forward . Picked up at the collision shop and left with Hyundai Sante Fe for 8 days. Only issue due to the holidays(Christmas - New Years) had to call corporate on where to get a flat tire fixed. I had to replace wiper blades due to streaking and unable to see. I was issued credit for them as I gave them the receipt and old blades. They employees were very friendly and gave me no issues. They did thank me for changing them. I would definitely use this location again if needed. !!! read more

The Customer service is Mediocre at best. I've rented 2 times from this location, and both times, I've been given a vehicle that has had issues. The First time, They gave me a Hyundai Elantra that had issues. It would bog down when hitting the accelerator pedal. This is not normal in any vehicle. They had upgraded me that time to a sonata, which I had no issues with. This time, they give me a Minivan. It was not my choice of vehicle, But I took it, as they stated this was my only real option. The Van gets 15.6 MPG and when you turn on the A/C it has a smell of Urine. I called and complained, and their response was "We don't have any vehicles". This was unacceptable as they could have sought one out from another location. I had to call customer care, who sent my complaint on to the regional office. The vehicle is not sanitary, and they do a very piss poor job at cleaning the vehicles. The Office was no help, until I asked to speak with a manager. Even then, They told me to come back tomorrow, and they MAY, not even a guarantee, but they MAY have a vehicle for me. This is unacceptable, and I will not drive around in a vehicle being paid for by the day, to smell urine in the vehicle. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! they give you the crappiest of the vehicles. read more

I called and made a reservation at 3pm and requested a pick up in which i was told they will be here at 4pm and here it is.... 5:04pm and the close at 6pm so i decided to call again and when i called it shows that the pick up request was not put in. Wtf they close at 6pm and as im typing this it is now 5:07 and no one is still here. They suck i need to find another rental company that will do a pick up because this is crazy. read more

I always rent my vacation vehicles from Enterprise. This was my first visit to the Florida Avenue location, and the staff was very polite. For convenience purposes, I requested an airport drop off instead of returning the car to their location. I was pleased that they were able to accommodate this request. I would give 0 stars if I could! RUDE and extremely unprofessional staff! I made a reservation through Hotwire for an economy car. When I called the agency to request to be picked up, the manager Abby informed me that they did not have an economy car available, so I would have to rent a minivan for more than twice the rate of an economy. I called Enterprise's customer service and they instructed the agency to honor the rate of my reservation. So I called the agency back to request my pick up, and Abby informed I would have to rent a car somewhere else, since I was 3.1 miles away and their pick up area is 3 miles. That 0.1 mile would have really inconvenienced them I suppose (so much for "Pick Enterprise! We'll pick you up!" Or "treating customers like they deserve to be treated"). Since I was stranded at the auto shop, I told her I would WALK 0.1 miles and call back with an address within the 3 mile range. And so I did. When I called back with an address that was within less than 3 miles from the agency, a different employee placed me on hold while he "looked up" the address. After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I hung up and called back - this time Abby picked up and very rudely informed me that although my location was less than 3 miles from the agency, another agency was closer so she was transferring my reservation to them. And of course I had to call them myself to arrange to be picked up. So I did what any reasonable person would do and called Hertz. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. to be honest i wasn't happy with my car, i had a business trip and had to pick up my clients. since the change over and new staff things has been the same anymore. i came in thursday to get my car it was young man was trying to help me. i was told my car gave away due too it was over 2 hours,which he didn't know what he was doing. i understand its was spring break and people are renting car's, but that wasn't an excuse to just offer me any car and plus i had to wait for car another. i never had any problem renting a car before the change over with new staff. i have been dealing with enterprise renter for many years, now im having second thoughts about this company, i evening have my clients to rent car this company, this was same young man that told me i couldn't use my 3 day free pass that's was reward to me due to an situation they couldn't put my points on my plus card. i feel like i wasted my money on this car i just rented due too the low pressure light kept coming on. i evening went to a enterprise in henderson nc friday, i was told i have to take the car back to tampa or a shop. so i did,i was told the tire has slow leak in the tires and i was s mad i got up sunday to drive back to tampa to take care back, enterprise really don't care, just take your money and never return no phones calls. all i got was an email from sara and no phone call from kevin vice president. i can say it was only agent that was trying to help me. she did a great job. but im going to see how long someone will get in touch with me, i hope not sara read more
