I have not rented a car from Enterprise since they moved from their Orange Drive location to this one at the Nut Tree Airport. I had to rent a car here as my car was getting a major warranty recall worked on that was going to take a week or so. I had booked the car online Monday night and picked it up on Tuesday morning at 8am (hours are 8am-6pm). Michaela, Rachel and another lady that I encountered there were super friendly and very efficient. I had initially paid for the car out of pocket, but later in the day, the dealership where my car was getting serviced approved a rental car, so I got a call from Rachel and was told that she will change the account to being paid for by my dealer and they will refund my card once I return the car. When I returned the car the following Monday, was told that my initial charges and deposit for the car will be refunded as I was told on the phone. I needed a ride back to the dealership and was offered a free shuttle service to the dealership to pick up my car. This is probably once of the best experiences I have had at a rental car company. I will definitely be back the next time I need a rental car. I hope the group of ladies are still around the next time as they really made the experience nice! read more

My fiancé was just in a car accident, and we've been trying to get a rental so he can get to work. The person who hit my fiancé has car insurance through AAA so Aaa arranged for us to get a rental car through enterprise. We waited on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be hung up on while still on hold When we called back, we were told that they can't help us until Monday -- even though this is an urgent situation. Awful company to deal with. I recommend never using Enterprise and going elsewhere. A brief rundown of my situation: I rented a car for 3 days which I paid for in full. My personal vehicle was at the dealership for warranty work. I was told by Enterprise that the dealership picked up my bill and to keep it. I asked if I needed to come in to handle anything and they said no. The dealership never paid it and soon after went out of business. Months later they are coming after me from collections. I am told by management and corporate that it is recommended that it is waived and they won't do it. Also doesn't help that their customer service is awful, never returning calls or getting back to me when they say. Leaving me hanging for weeks when I am told I will hear back within 1-2 days. Stay away! Hopefully they will make this right. read more

Then we arrive and she makes a snide, unprofessional remark to us making assumptions. She should not be working in customer service. Going on a month with a rental due to a accident and have had a couple incidents with rented vehicles and always had the best customer service with all the girls in the office. I unfortunately had to get a rental car because my car was hit while it was parked at my own home while I was on vacation. I got a Volks Jetta at first which ended up breaking down in the middle of a costco gas line, which sucked so it had to get towed. Came in the next day but they were always out of cars which isn't the people who were working's problem. It was a bit frustrating to not have a car while my car was in the shop for 2 weeks but I'm writing this review solely for the purpose to recognize Tianna and Rachel for their amazing service. It didn't end up working but these two ladies were just the sweetest and they did the very best they could with just so little people working at the establishment. Just saw it left its orange drive location . Needed a Rent-A-Car which was setup through insurance got the reso # showed up at 8 am . Rental not ready so then given other options but at our cost . no thanks ! Step outside as We called insurance and then given another reso #, step back inside Amazing rental ready. Walk outside to rental it's filthy, go back inside lady takes the keys and take it around back, heard arguing, then rental was moved and then back out front again, cleaner but not 100%, took pictures and left , drove 10 minutes and maintenance message pops up over due for check recommend call.. called office told to just use it for the week and then bring it back told It's a Rental . Second time I've reserved a car for a trip and make it all the way there, wait for over 30 minutes and they tell me not only they don't have the car I reserved, but nothing even similar or close to the size/class I need. Michaela was apologetic but more importantly she span into action and got me another Volkswagen Atlas with no issues the next day. Reported this place to the military base because doesn't make any sense. And there cars literally falling apart and just trying to stick the bill on you. Rented from this place last year. First car I got cracked windshield and the transmission started giving me issues within A WEEK. Since I denied coverage on the car I had to paid out of pocket for the windshield. Okay, so second vehicle. When I got the second vehicle they didn't offer any vehicle coverage??? And my luck I got within a WEEK of having second car, windshield cracked again. Also the radio screen got a small crack when I guess pressed on too hard. Just my bad luck. Paid for second windshield but the radio in the car just a basic non CarPlay radio not really touch screen........ they want $2,000 for the replacement saying the radio itself was $1800. To me this is laughable I'm into cars and even researched the radio and new and refurbished radio not even costing over $400. This place doesn't think people have internet and can see what things cost. Also how in 2 weeks time on 2 cars 2 windshields crack. I think they were already broken to begin with. read more

my car was recently damaged in the wind storms. i needed a rental car. Reached out to enterprise in Vacaville California Vicki was my customer service rep and the process really smooth and was easy and was out the door. That same day I noticed the brakes were squeaking and not in the best of shape. I called the office back and no problems they were able to take back my vehicle and they got me in a nicer, bigger SUV. Upon the return my customer service rep was Michaela, she was so informative and made the return process easy. Most of all we walked the vehicle together and inspected it inside and out. Update: The business manager commented and asked me to reach out to him via email to address the situation, however it seems as if that was only to maintain a positive image on yelp because he has not emailed me back after I emailed him. I had such a bad experience with Enterprise in Vacaville. I went in today Wednesday around 3:30pm to rent out a car and the lady working was not helpful at all. She was really rude and bad customer service. Yesterday, Tuesday I had gone in too, to pickup the car and she was rude. She was rushing my boyfriend and I because she said they were about to close. She scheduled us to pickup at 8am on Wednesday when I told her I could not make it at that time, yet she proceeded to make the appointment at 8am. When I called around 11am on Wednesday, the lady I talked to said that I didn't show up to my appointment so they didn't have a car for me anymore. I stated that I had told the worker the day prior that I could not make it at that time because I had to go to work. So when I went in around 3:30, there was no car for me to rent. Even though, the worker had told me I could go in at anytime even if she put me for 8. It was super confusing and a bad experience. Bad service. 0 stars if I could. I don't ever leave reviews unless it's 5 stars but they made my experience so much stressful and harder. I will NOT be going there, I forgot to ask for the worker's name but she was working on 02/27 around 4:40pm and 02/28 at 3:30pm. I went to Fairfield Enterprise instead, and they were so helpful. I had the best customer service experience with Makayla. From pick up at the auto body shop through me driving away in my rental Makayla made the experience friendly and efficient. Going the extra mile to help me transfer my many belongings from my car to the shuttle and the shuttle to the rental. The only negative in the whole experience was my reservation for a compact was filled with a Camry and yet even on that front Makayle agreed to call me when a smaller rental became available. I was met by the manager Marquis and I told him it was urgent because I was going to be late for work... He was so friendly and helpful, really a very personable guy. He was quick to help me and get me situated with a vehicle, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and on time for work! I made a reservation for a 15 passenger van months in advance. The manager, Ana, leaves me a voicemail the morning before I was supposed to pick up to confirm my reservation. I returned the call and I spoke to another representative to whom I confirmed my reservation with. This representative tells me that they currently did not have a vehicle for me but that they were working to get one and they would call me back by 5p. Knowing that the store closed at 5p and I hadn't received a call by 4:30p, I called and spoke to Ana herself. Ana tells me that she was dealing with customers in the store and that she would call me back once she was done. Ana calls me back around 6:00p to tell me they didn't have a vehicle for me. Even after I explained to Ana that I made this reservation months ago so that my family and I can make it to my sister's wedding the evening of pick up day she did not offer any solution at all. After 20 minutes of going back and forth, Ana finally tells me that she's going to try to get a vehicle or two from her sister branches and she would contact me by the end of the night. Of course, night goes by, next day goes by, until this day I still haven't heard back from Ana. I wouldn't have been so upset or frustrated had I have been given more than a 14 hour notice that they couldn't fulfill my reservation. By the time I was notified all other rental companies were closed for the day. Or had Ana even tried to put effort into finding a solution. But she didn't try at all. Or had Ana simply contacted me back as she said she would even if it was just to tell me that she tried but she couldn't get me any other vehicles. How unprofessional and rude is it to tell your customer that you're going to do something and then never do it. Prior to the end of our phone call that night I asked for the General Manager's contact information to which Ana refused to give me. Also, I asked that I be compensated or credited for future rentals for the inconvenience to which Ana also refused. Ridiculous. This was one of the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I've rented countless of times from Enterprise and while I do understand things happen that may be out of the stores control, the way Ana handled the situation was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend reserving at this branch. You'd only be risking your entire plans being ruined. read more
