I must and will say Rheeana is 5 star Awesome!!!! She had alway made sure I was well take care of. She is always polite and professional. I would go through her anytime I had an issue or wanted to extend the rental. She made experience so smooth. She deserves any and all accolades that you can possibly give/offer. I can go on and on about Rheeana infallible customer service. She is also a great person with a wonderful personality. She orchestrates that location with pride and professionalism. I had to have a rental car long term due to a lengthy repair on my car that someone hit. 1st car was very nice but a little too small and Erin switched out cars for me without any issues. After a couple weeks I noticed a bubble in the tire and they again switched it out without any issues. Literally showed up at 430pm and Walden had me in another car before they closed at 5. Unfortunately that car was not comfortable for me due to a back injury and the next day I spoke with Walden and he had me in a different car within an hour after they opened, I've had excellent customer service with this branch and am very happy with the service they provided. If you can, stay away from enterprise. Settled a claim with my insurance and enterprise won't stop calling saying they don't have it or send it again. Did their work for them, found the paid check number and when I call to help them I'm put on hold! They can't handle their internal staff and paperwork. Been a nightmare! read more

The car I was driving was hit from behind at a stop sign in August 2021. The policeman filled out an accident report, and stated to me that I was not at fault. He did not take my insurance company information. I filed the accident report with the Enterprise manager at the local dealer and was specifically told that I was clearly not at fault, my insurance information was not needed and I would not be billed for any claim. I received a "final" notice yesterday saying that I needed to pay my claim for $1,000 immediately. I was put on the do not rent list and could not rent a car when I tried to yesterday. I received another notice today that my insurance company was billed for the claim and needed to pay my deductible. I have always appreciated the great service over more than 20 years that I get from Enterprise, but this fiasco has been so upsetting that I will never use this company again. read more

We had a pretty easy time with these guys. The reservation was easy, the pickup was easy, everything was easy. Why did we take a star off? Because the car we got was definitely not a mid-size sedan like we asked, and the cold winter winds were blowing us around on the highway so much we literally were fighting the wind with the steering wheel. Then, a tire blew in a pothole! But still, even with all those things going wrong, Enterprise still quickly set us up with a replacement at a nearby Enterprise location, and handled it well. read more

Rented an SUV online for an unexpected event. I was called in the morning and informed that they did not have the large SUV I requested. I called them back and Byron (or maybe Brian) told me they could get me nothing bigger than a Ford Edge. I said that was fine and I would be there at 3 (I originally made the res for 1pm pick up). He informed me that I needed to be there at 1pm or he was cancelling my reservation. He seemed super annoyed that I would even request a later pick up time and I asked him if there were any other options and he said "uh, no.....if your not here by 1, I am giving your car away". No offers of help or any type of solution whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Luckily I called the East York location, and they bent over backwards to accommodate me on short notice. read more

Kudos to the staff at S. Queen St. I regularly rent vehicles for my boss's travel. We had a scheduled rental last week when my boss came down with the flu. I called and apologized at the last minute but wanted them to know there was an available vehicle if needed. Never had a bad experience with the company, but will not be recommending the S. Queen St. location to anyone. I spoke to one young lady who seemed agitated that I was calling in regards to the release of funds on hold of my account after the car had been returned 2 days prior. She stated that the system was saying that it was just returned and to wait for 24-48hrs for the release. She also stated that a confirmation letter was being emailed with the hour. Well, the next day and still no confirmation or refund. I spoke with the location where the car was returned and they stated all was done on the same day returned and that the release was on the store that the rental was gotten from to process. I called back that location (S. Queen St.) and spoke with a Byron (or maybe Brian) and he seemed super annoyed that I was even inquiring into it and to just wait till the funds were released. That that is up to the credit card company as to when it happens. I understand that a hold can take 1-2 days after the release but he made it seem as though they had not released it as of yet. Stated something about the extension on contract and having to reach out to the insurance company. (I smell BULLSHIT). The two individuals that I have spoken with at this location were not professional in speaking with me or handling the situation. They showed no real concern or care. I was even told once again by this Byron (Brian) whatever his name is that the confirmation email will be sent out now. 1 hour later no confirmation letter. AVOID DEALING WITH THE S. QUEEN STREET location if you can. Go to another location. Again Enterprise as a whole is a nice company to deal with but this location is lacking in customer service. read more
