I thought all the automated checkout and MTO screens were meant to expedite the experience. Definitely don't come on your lunch break (or any time really) if you aren't willing to wait. Go to a local coffee shop that has real customer service. It might be more $ but absolutely worth it to avoid the frustration.

We're not saying run to Sheetz and eat there as a must try, but if you're in a pinch and traveling, need to get somewhere without making several stops - the food here will suffice, fill you up, and didn't give us any weird stomach aches or anything afterwards, so if you have to - go for it.
