The icing on the cake is, the people who work here are rude, sarcastic, patronizing and don't lift a finger to help. I am mildly--but clinically, with the papers to prove it-- learning disabled, and when I requested that someone SHOW me how to get to the other elevator (because the main one was broken AGAIN) she laughed and said, "It's REALLY not that hard" without moving an inch. Packing my shit up and finding a new space asap. The rates are MUCH better at Safeway and Safkeep anyway, y'all! Ditch this overpriced shithole.

I mostly deal w/ Erika & Richard--they're both 5 start humans & I'm grateful they're who I get to interact w/ whenever calling or stopping into the office. I think the app is great for easy access & appreciate the carts available for use in each building. I will continue to happily be a patron of this facility while it stays friendly, clean, & secure. We rented two units here to store a truck and a specialized trailer used for wildfire response. We…read morechose this facility because it was marketed as secure. At some point over the last couple of months, someone was able to access the property and steal our truck and trailer, undetected. Both were eventually recovered by police, but the trailer was completely ransacked. Everything of value was taken, including the generator. The equipment they couldn't remove was destroyed in the process. What's just as concerning is what happened after. When we asked for access to the security footage, we were told we would need a court order to see it. No cooperation, no urgency, not even a "I'm sorry this happened to you". Just a wall of defensiveness. They keep calling to cancel our spaces. They just want us gone so they can pretend they don't have a serious problem at the core of their business. It's not secure! While filing the police report, the officer told us this storage facility is notorious for theft. If you're storing anything you actually care about, I would seriously think twice.

Today, the entire building had a power outage--the lights were completely out inside, and I was completely locked out with zero access to my unit. On top of that, the garage has been entirely shut down for months. This isn't a one-time thing either; last year it was closed for months at a time too. Because the garage is closed, you are forced to park outside on the street. This specific block has a massive issue with drug dealers and fentanyl users hanging out right on the sidewalk. Forcing customers to park outside and carry their items through that environment is a massive safety hazard. You pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a "secure" facility, but you can't get in, the garage is always broken, and you have to risk your safety just to visit your unit. Look elsewhere.

Only 3 days later his storage unit was broken into and almost everything was stolen. One of the selling points was that they walked through the facility multiple times a day and one was after close. We were not called until the next day. The staff said someone was seen on camera, with my son's belongings, getting on to the elevator. However, we were told the person could not be identified. So despite the unit being locked, the surveillance cameras, the code to get into the building, the code to get onto your floor, and the elevator that states your name after entering your code.....we were told they could not identify the person. I find this very difficult to believe. Everyone we have told give the same response/thought on who did it. I will not say here but I am sure you can figure it out. We did file a police report but nothing came about due to the information that the facility provided. I would not recommend storing anything here.
