We returned the van and the people here are claiming we damaged the van because a screw on the underside of the rear bumper is missing. The charge will apparently be at least $150 to "repair" this. In no way is this fair or reasonable. My belief is this is a scam to make $150+ to replace a $.50 screw. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the Attorney General's office.
