Dr. Redfeldt has been my ENT for years. She literally saved my life when through her constant…read moreattention to details, she detected a very rare Cancer in my nose. She operated on that Cancer, removed it and then arranged to have a great Radiation specialist do the follow-up radiation. I have been Cancer free for over 14 years now. I was told I would lose my Salivary glands due to the extreme radiation required, but the specialist she brought in was able to prevent any further problems. If not for her dedication and thoroughness I doubt I would be writing this now. Since then she has been my go to ENT and I have never been disappointed with her. I highly recommend Dr. Redfeldt for all your INT needs. She is a great physician. The depth of her knowledge is unmatched and She really cares for her patients.

Although I would always give Dr. Raquel Redtfelt a 5 star review as a specialist in her field I can…read morenow only give her 1 star for how I have been treated through the Covid pandemic. I was having problems with my voice for the last 3 months and I felt uncomfortable swallowing at times. I scheduled an appointment for 9/23. 2 days later a person on her office staff called me and told me she would do a Telemedicine call only and if she saw fit, She would have me come in. GREAT! Docs are now charging patients their full copay, mine is $30 for a telephone consult an then charge another $30 to come into the office to be checked. $60.....come on! So, I call my other ENT in Phoenix. They told me by all means, come in, we even have an opening tomorrow. So I went in and had a full exam. He even scoped my throat by putting a endoscope in my nose and down my throat and had me make certain sounds. The Dr. found some problems that I will not go into her but he told me to discontinue an inhaler that I was using that was prescribed by another Dr. He also said some of my problem may be due to acid reflux and I may have to change from OTC meds to something more suited for my condition. So tell me, how could that diagnosis been made via the phone? It wold have cost me $60 instead of $30. This Telemdicine this is a racket, a licence for doctors to increase their bottom line. They can charge you your deductible and code whatever they want to the insurance company. I have already dismissed 3 of my long term docs for bad practices like this. I dismissed my PCP last November after 15 years. I was in a car accident and went to the hospital emergency. The Hospital told me to see my PCP and follow up in 3 weeks with my PCP. My normal copay is $20 to my PCP and he wanted $150, what a rip for a follow up. I told them I am a patient for 15 years, they told me that they asked the Dr. and he said that is the rate.I tried to get the Dr. to change it but no go, so I quit his practice also. Why do doctors feel it is ok to fleece ther patients.

Excellent doctors at this facility, and kind support staff. We had to visit, because after a bad…read morehead cold, my husband lost his hearing. Dr. Knott saw him and said he needed a specialized nose spray, and use it for 2 months. We did so and went back fir his hearing test with Dr Thorten. The test showed he does need hearing aids so we have that appointment set up. Was advised that failure to get hearing aids can cause the nerve connected to the brain to weaken, leaving hearing loss that can't be fixed, which also leads to demensia. After hearing test we saw Dr. Knott again, who checked my husbands ears and said the issue following his head cold was gone, and ears now looked normal. Very good news. Will be seeing them again in 2 weeks, if opinion changes, will revise review But so far excellent review

I was referred to this business by my palliative dr... I thought it seemed kind of sketchy but I…read morewent ahead and went. The first visit the dr said I was way too complex and said to just "go to the ER next time it happens because we can't do cultures" I thought to myself: what kind of ENT sends a patient to an ER because they can't do a culture? So I switch to another Dr who very clearly tried to get me scheduled for an unneeded hearing test to make money for the practice (the entire waiting room was full of the suckers who fell for the scam). I won't be returning and definitely don't recommend this place. The Dr didn't even know why I had the severe infection I had and just made a guess that it was from TMJ or a soft tissue infection and wouldn't even order imaging. She said that's what the TMJ Dr will do. But she wouldn't refer me to the TMJ Dr, she only gave me a list of recommended drs. What a joke
