I have contacted a salesman on a Thursday regarding a truck. Told the salesman that I would be…read morethere Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday, the salesman asked how long until I get there. I replied that I was about 45 minutes away into my 2 hour long drive. We get to the dealership and the truck is not pulled up to the front, no biggy. I find the salesman I was talking to in which he had told me that he's very busy with other customers and passed me along to another salesman. Again, no biggy at all. Told this other salesman the truck I want to look at and test drive, he goes to find the keys to the truck and they're gone. They looked for the keys for over 1 hour. Finally he stated that they need to get with a locksmith to have additional keys programmed to the truck and that it will take about 1.5 hours and that they will call me. So I leave, 2 hours gone by and no call. I show back up and turns out the locksmith did not answer his phone. The salesman waited for me to return to the dealership to call a different locksmith. Needless to say I was PO'd. This other locksmith answers and says he can be there in about 30 minutes, however, he does not have the correct key. He can program a yukon key to the truck. Fast forward, the Yukon key did not work and he had to go to another shop to get the correct keys. Fast forward another 1.5 hours and he shows back up with the correct keys. After finally getting "NEW" keys made for the truck, I finally get to test drive. Did the paperwork and finally left the dealership 8 hours later. Talk about ridiculous. I contemplated just leaving, however, it was a nice truck that I really liked. The Finance Manager Aaron M was great, best experience out of the whole situation.
