I had a very disappointing experience with 4 S Collision. I came in to get my car repaired…read moreexpecting professional service, but that was not what I experienced at all. While I was there, the staff actually stopped what they were doing to argue with a group of kids protesting on the sidewalk outside. Instead of focusing on customers and the work they're supposed to be doing, they were engaging in a public argument. It made the whole place feel extremely unprofessional. On top of that, my car was left in bad condition after their work. When I brought up the issues, they told me they could fix it but only if I paid for the damages and told me they could schedule me in a week. That's completely unacceptable when the problem was caused by their own work in the first place. The owner now claims they had their doors closed when this took place and didn't engage with the children, the photos i listed says otherwise. Lying was apart of the multiple reasons i chose to leave and will not be returning to this junkyard full of junkies. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly handled. I'll be taking my money and my business somewhere else.

He actually found a truck that had come in that I had not seen which was fortunately still available when I finished my move. Everyone was extremely friendly to work with and quick to the point. Once I had my truck selected I came in to pick it up and spent about an hour and a half finishing paperwork and finance details. I have seen the service department become Progressively worse over the years. Their customer service is consistently horrible, borderline abusive. The last time I went in, I just wanted advice on clearing a code from a recent brake job (I do my own brakes). The woman at the desk was absolutely no help and actually told me that maybe I had mistakenly messed up my vehicle. It would have taken maybe 30 seconds for a technician to solve this problem but she insisted I make an appointment and bring the truck in for service. After doing some more research on YouTube, I cleared the parking brake service code on my own. This is only the latest of several negative interactions with the service department. Despite my admiration for the Gamblin family, I have purchased my last vehicle from them.

I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.

Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!!!!!!
