Andrew is an honest and skilled mechanic. In preparation for a 1,300 mile solo road trip that I am soon to undertake, he did a full inspection on my Toyota Matrix. He also identified a few maintenance issues that were needed and set a reasonable price for doing these tasks. Drew communicates clearly about schedules and pricing. If he is to be late for an appointment he sends a texts as well as an email (through Yelp), to share updates. He takes "before" and "after" photos of his work to document for clients the tasks completed. Finally, I cannot stress enough how CONVENIENT it is to have a mobile mechanic come to your place of residence to get your car worked on! Yelp sent my request out and I received more texts, when I let Drew know that I received an amazing quote that I had to bring my Prius into the shop, he extended his services by "Matching" that price with his mobile service. Trying to get an estimate from them takes way too long, Drew finally responded with an estimate close to 2 weeks later. Estimate was a little pricey too. If trying to call his phone number won't work will get sent to voicemail immediately and text don't go through either. read more
