2007 Lexus LS460 THE DYNAMIC DUO! Jack and Taylor go above and beyond your needs when it comes to fixing your car. I had an issue with my starter at my condo and I called there number to see if they would be able to come and take a look. After talking to Taylor, I was scheduled the next day for a diagnosis. Jack then came through as expected and ran a few tests to see if it was my starter and he confirmed. Since we now knew what the problem was he was able to work on it the following day. Mind you, I also didn't have to get parts or anything. These 2 are a 1-stop shop!!!! They had already ordered and picked up my starter from the dealer before they got to my condo. While Jack was working on my car he also found out that I had a leaking water pump. So I told them I'd be okay with replacing the water pump after the estimates they had priced me at. I'm a little late at posting this but I want to tell you that if you need something done to your car, brakes or whatever, you need to go through this business. I reached out to ask him about getting brakes on my sons Jaguar, I didn't really want my son to drive because his brakes were a bit squeaky. So I gave my son the business info, so he could touch base with him and get it done. I was thinking that it'll be about 2 weeks out for him to do it, and my son literally got his brakes changed that next day, it was a Sunday I believe, but I'm not 100% sure. With most mobile mechanics, they have so many miles that they are willing to drive. I believe my sons house was a little further than the business' boundaries, but he said he would do it for my son. My car has been dead for over a month and dealing with towing it has been such a pain. (Normally I'd have my dad or bf change my battery, however there was an issue with one of the bolts melting off which made it almost impossible to remove without a professional). My truck wasn't working so I needed a mechanic I found these guys online so I called them made an appointment ended up falling asleep in the back of the truck when they showed up they didn't knock on the truck didn't attempt to find me my dog was also in the truck so if someone approached the truck he would've alerted. They said they waited here for an hour and a half but I find that hard to believe. They also said they had to drive 45 minutes to get here, but they're shop is only 2 miles away so I found that hard to believe also. Anyways they're policy is same day cancelation cost $75 .they performed no work on my vehicle but charged me $223.35 which is not OK if you ask me come fix my truck if your going to charge me for it, and follow your own policy if that's what's supposed to happen. They also tried to trick me into paying them for the same initial payment 2x think twice before you call these guys scammers for sure and definitely not understanding nor compassionate for there fellow man. I'm still broken down and now don't have the money to fix my truck because they decided they were going to keep my money for work they didn't perform read more

If I can give you 10 stars, I would. I have a 2018 Camry XSE and needed new brakes and rotors. Toyota dealership quoted me 600+ dollars. I was able to get my work done Or a little less than $400 including the parts and labor and he came to me after I got off work. He had my rear rotors and brake pads on in less than one hour. The following day We did my oil change first thing in the morning at 7:30. My car is running so perfect right now. Altogether I spent a little less than $400 for rotors, brakes, and an oil change and I could not believe that he vacuumed out my car as well.Additionally he added windshield washer fluid and put air in my tires because my tire pressure was off. Jack and his business partner Jaden are very professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. Work was so great that I already referred to people to have their cars serviced as well.
