He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

When I received the vehicle back, I noticed the back-up camera was not working as before, I called about the back-up camera immediately. I was told to bring it back on Friday when they opened. They made me wait until their meeting was done. Nikki then told me that the back-up camera never worked. This is a lie, and completely untrue. Fix It Auto could have just said, sorry, we hooked it back up and we don't know what was wrong with it, but instead is choosing to tell me it never worked in the first place. This place has no interest in getting things right. I will NEVER bring back any work to this facility and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone in the future. **** Update ***** I took the car back to Car Toys to fix the issue, it was the OBD2 cable, it was disconnected. Everything works fine again. Again, if Fix Auto would have just made a phone call to someone like Car Toys to see what the issue was, problem would have been fixed, but they insisted it was never working in the first place. I called around to several auto body shops in the Tacoma area, but all of them were either unwilling to take on that level of damage or also classified it as a total loss. I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly and provided updates throughout the entire process. After explaining the situation, they took my car in without hesitation. They assessed the damage quickly and assured me it was no problem for them to fix, which gave me the confidence I needed that the car was in good hands. To top it off, they quoted me a price significantly lower than the other shops I contacted. The repairs took about a month due to backordered parts, but now my car looks good as new. I took my car to Matsenko Auto Shop for a routine alignment and ended up getting scammed out of $590. They used sweet words to lure me in. They told me everything about they have to do check and work on all sensors to make sure my car working perfectly. That why I agree let them repair my car. But they do notthing in my car just using their computer to clear codes then return car to me within 1 hours. When I looked into standard pricing later, I realized just how badly I had been taken advantage of. Charging over $500 for a basic alignment is completely unacceptable and dishonest. More than a week warning lights issues come back I did call let them know about that they ask me bring my car back to them for check it. When i bring my car to their shop they ask me pay the same prices 500$ more to do that again. And replace all suspension. Bad customer service. No professional with customer. Look elsewhere for a mechanic who actually has integrity.

Had oil change and asked to inspect. No charge for inspection. With so many raising prices stating inflation or tariffs my costs were a mere 8 bucks more than same month last year. They were quick gave me a list with how pressing other matters were. AND let me know Nothing was immediately pressing. Find another mechanic that is that honest.
