I had been going there a couple times and was enjoying it a bit. It's quite expensive but it was near my home so I still would go. However, today when I went the lady was rushing over me to get to the next lady. In total she took 6 minutes to do my manicure and still charged me $35. She wanted me to put both hand at the same time to dry (one stacked on the other) and when I asked her not to cut much of the nail she proceeded to cut all my nails all short. I asked for oval and she gave me a very aggressive square cut that hurts by just touching the ends. If you don't mind the thrill of not knowing what experience you'll get I would recommend going here! read more

This place is dirty and they use the same implements, the cheese grater thing for the pedicure had stuff on it, and she literally just rinsed it off. I told her not to use that. I wouldn't come here again. Price isn't too much of a difference from the original place I go to but the service is definitely different I just didn't want to drive as far, glad they didn't paint my nails or anything bc I know I would be mad. read more

I got my nails done here Monday February 12th with a gel manicure. Not even 48 hours later, my thumb gel is half way off. I came in to get them fixed as I paid $41 for the manicure, plus $12 tip. I'm being told that I must wait because people here have appointments as if I'm just a new walk in for service. They did poor work on my nails which is why I'm back in less than 2 days to have their mistake repaired. I'm told I need to come back another day so the person that did my nails can repair them. It is Valentine's Day & I'm walking around with a half done nail to my reservation & to take photos with. This is unbelievably poor customer service & poor work & not to mention the nails don't even look like what I asked for to begin with! I went in with full grown NATURAL nails. I came out with little nubs. I always got the solar natural nails but once I was ready to go for shellac. THEY POPPED OFF MY NAILS WITH ANOTHER NAIL. I get doing that at home but it was so painful. I kept yanking my hands back. I asked why couldn't she just soak then & they told me bc it would be the same damage.. when I complained they basically told me I have nothing to complain about. they made me drive all the way up there again just to tell me I cant complain about anything bc they didn't make me bleed. I tried this place because I was in the area and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is very chill and soothing, the girls that work here are extremely nice and they even offer you beverages while you are sitting down. They take their time yet are very fast and job well done. I only got a mani and pedi for $32+tip so it was reasonable. The chairs have a remote handle easily within reach to adjust your chair massage settings. Place is clean FYI and also AC at a good temp (a must for me now that I'm pregnant!). Doesn't even have the strong nail polish smell so ventilation is good. Will definitely come again read more

This location has a special deal on mon- thurs for mani-pedi- therefore it is busy all the time especially during the evenings. There are many employees to take care of customers , but it is not unusual to sit for an employee to work on 2 customers at a time. The location is clean and everyone is extremely friendly. My only complaint would be on manicures, they do not last longer than a week. I have also gotten shellac and that too lasted for slightly over a week. The pedicures on the other hand are very well done and long lasting. I recommend the hot stone massage for a pedicure. read more

I drive by this nail salon daily and decided I wanted to try it since my normal place was closed. I came in for a refill with shellac and a regular pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure assumed I wanted shellac and told me she would charge me more if I didn't get shellac (I had shellac already but wanted regular polish this time). I've never been charged extra anywhere else to take off shellac if I was getting a service. The tech doing my fill was ok but after leaving the nails are different lengths on each hand, some are crooked, and there's dried shellac coming out of the edges. I was charged $45 for this refill when the price on the board up front was $35. I won't be back. read more

The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. I've given them several chances to get it right thinking it was just a one time thing but I have issues every time. From cutting my cuticles so roughy that I'm bleeding on 3 fingers and they had to take a powder out to stop the bleeding to getting an ingrown toe nail because they cut my toe nails too short and they're also rude so I'd rather keep paying a little more at my usual spot. read more

The salon is very clean, displaying all of their options of solar (acrylic) nails as soon as you walk in, with the most recent trends taking center stage! One wall is lined with all of their options of nail polish, and the other side with their options of solar and dip powders. I came in and got a set of dip powder nails, and my mom got a pedicure, and we both left VERY happy with the services! Tiffany was my nail tech and she was very understanding of what I wanted and my undecisiveness, without being pushy or intrusive, she gave me the differences of acrylics (which is what I initially chose) and dipping powder, and I have to say, I'm never going back to acrylics! read more

I've never had a problem with getting my nails done here. Everyone's so friendly here and the owners are very nice. Whenever I drag my boyfriend to come with me, they're very polite to him and I. The owners, either the husband or wife usually does my nails and it's ALWAYS on point. I don't have to fix it when I come back home or anything. Pretty disappointed. I was greeted as soon as i walked in, asked to pick up my color then seated. Everything was fine so far, a guy sat as my station, i was too worried because ive had a guy do my nails and they turn out good. I explained the shape i wanted (coffin)and that i also wanted the acrylic to be even on all nails, not too thick or thin. So he starts putting the tips on and i notice they are almost all crooked. I mentioned it and he said no it will look different with the acrylic so i let him continue be cause he's supposed to be the professional. He starts application and puts a thin layer of acrylic on all nails then starts the shaping the nail, and i notice on the hand he finished that the ends of my nails are crooked. So i ask him to fix 5 nails that had be extremely crooked. He half a**ed a coffin shape stating my nails were too short to do it(buts thats because he had to file alot of to make the ends even) so i just gave up at that point and let him finish. The day i got them done some looked like they were already grown out. Needless to say, the nails are very thin, the ends are still slanted, the nails look crooked on my finger, ive got a couple cuts from the tech not paying attention to where he was drilling and im unhappy. read more

I got the dip with tip extensions by Tiffany. They turned out a bit on the thicker side, so I asked her to file them thinner. She warned me against doing so, saying the color would be weird, but I insisted. She eventually gave out and filed them thinner. Lo and behold, the color did become patchy. I asked her to redo a couple of the nails that got very patchy and she did. Not sure if the patchiness was because of her application or because all dip nails get patchy when they get too thin, they just seemed very abnormally thick to me. However, this was my first time getting dip powder. She was pushy and a little rude + short with me for the whole of the visit, but it wasn't to the point where I wouldn't return. Overall, service was okay and nails were pretty good. They lasted me over a month without any breaks. read more

I usually get my nails done at Trishys Spatique. I've been going there for several months now and am always satisfied. I'm very picky with who I trust to handle my nails. Mainly due to sanitation among other reasons. I came to this spot for the very first time on a Monday around 6pm for a bachelorette get together. One of the bridesmaids recommended it. I looked at the reviews beforehand and was weary of what I was getting myself into. When we all got there we started looking at nail polish colors. The nail technicians kept rushing us which is understandable; close to closing time and limited technicians (about 4) for the 6 of us. I was the first to pick out my colors therefore got the first pedi/mani. My mani/pedi lasted no longer than 25 minutes. They really push for you to get extra things. Like designs but they fail to say $5 extra for one simple design on a ring finger. I felt so rushed. They did a bad job on my hands. I posted the picture. They messed up. The pedi was nice but not worth the $50 I spent for that rushed job. I will never be back here. read more

So I've been going here since my cousin recommended me this salon honestly at first I loved it they did my eyebrows nice I went back a couple of times for my pedicure and for my niece to get her nails done first time was great but this recent visit was horrible I left my niece to get her pedicure and full set normally before she gets her set she shows her tech they give her a quote and if I approve she can get them so this recent time she went the tech didn't wanna give her a quote before starting so my niece called me and I asked for the she couldn't give me an answer so I went to the salon then she gave me a quote between 65 or 60 which was normally higher than usual but she couldn't explain to me why 65 or 60 which normally any Nail Tech and explain to you why her prices so I'm highly upset she got her nails done Thursday afternoon by Sunday night her nails popped off the nail Tech also cut her with the drill rushed her set I am I am highly upset and will not be returning back for any nails still left her a tip just because economy is really bad but I am highly unsatisfied on the way they attended me was highly recommending it to a lot of family and friends but now would not recommend anybody should've stuck with NOA. read more

This place is close to my house and I have given them several chances but I always leave with a problem. I get the same thing done every time , a shellac pedicure with the basic massage package(I believe to be $22 for basic pedi massage) and shellac is another $15 on top of that. Every time I leave paying a completely different amount for getting the SAME service done. I don't like to argue or hassle with the price so I just pay it and go.. But when I go home and see the polish has settled after a few days, the polish is see through, they missed a spot, they left polish crusted on my cuticles, or it starts chipping. I have had 2 ingrown toenails because they simply don't care about their job. For the price I pay for a pedicure($60+) and the service I get, it's definitely not worth it. I will no longer be going to this salon. read more
