I was discouraged to go find another dentist and I was very conscious of my smile. I didn't smile in most of my photos because I was so conscious of my smile. I found out about Addison Grove Dental through my best friend, and he said good things about the practice, Dr. Singh and her staff. I took the plunge and decided to go even though I was hesitant at first due to my traumatic experience with the last dental practice I went to. I told Dr. Singh my story and how I felt like no one listened to me. Dr. Singh asked me pointedly what my expectations were, which I told her: one - to be able to eat, and second - to be have a better smile. Dr. Singh was very honest with me when it came to my options, pricing, any dental concerns she had and I truly appreciated the sincere honesty. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease, I never felt pressured to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with, and they went above and beyond to make sure my needs and expectations were met. Several dental appointments later, I can say that not only did Dr. Singh and her staff improve my smile, they restored my smile and self-confidence that I thought was lost when I had my accident. The whole experience was great and I so grateful to everyone at Addison Grove Dental for their expertise, care and candor. This will be my primary dental care practice for many years to come!

They are just trying to take as much money as they can from you…read more When you get a treatment plan, they don't check at all with the insurance. Then they do mistakes in the submission to the insurance. They don't count payments from the insurance. They charge you for operations in the future When you call them to sort out the situation, you never have the right person. And the right person never call you back. And you have all those issues whereas they have plenty of people of the frontdesk that don't do much. I will stop going there. Expensive and bad service.

They have always been professional and I have always had wonderful experiences here from cleanings, root canals, and crowns. The staff is personable and the doctors are fantastic. I started bringing my children here for their dental health as well and every doctor so far have gone above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and making it a learning experience for them by explaining everything to them and giving them cool "dental facts." The doctor for my 11 year old was amazing. I had to bring my 5 year old with me to his brother's appointment. The doctor went so far as to letting my 5 year old put on a mask and gloves and pretend to be his assistant during the initial exam and consult of his brother. The nurses even would say "excuse me doctor" to my 5 year old. This really brightened his day. I can't put a price on a healthy smile and this dental office will have my family as patients for a lifetime. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing…read more I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

Every 6 months, Monarch wanted me do a deep cleaning making my out of pocket be $300 (after insurance) I am relatively new at my job and most of my coworkers go to Dr. Wadhwa. I heard great things about her. I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and it had been about a year since the last one, so I expected them to suggest a deep cleaning and offer other things while I was there. When I arrived I was greeted by Maria, the receptionist/office manager. She was super friendly and helpful. Then I got my x-rays taken and my cleaning done. I never felt pushed to do anything besides what I needed and they told me a regular cleaning would be ok because I was in good shape. Doctor Wadhwa was very sweet and professional and she pointed out a couple of things that I may need done, but also said that we had time and I didn't need to get them done right away. I feel very lucky to have a dentist that I like, nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but I can definitely trust that they see me as a patient that they are taking care of, and not as a customer used to reach a sales goal. After reading positive reviews about this dentist, I figured I'd give her a try especially since the practice is near my office around Midway & Spring Valley Rd. When I went in for my first appointment, Maria, the person at the front desk, greeted me. After about 3 minutes of waiting, I was asked to come "inside" from the lobby (exactly on-time). My teeth were X-rayed by a friendly dental hygienist and subsequently Dr. Wadhwa reviewed them with me. I had a couple of fillings that needed to be re-worked and was in need of removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth. After reviewing everything, my teeth were thoroughly cleaned by a hygienist that loved her job. She did not rush and took her time to make sure my teeth with nice and clean. It was a good feeling that she enjoyed what she did. I wish I caught her name so I could mention it in this review. After my initial appointment, I went ahead and scheduled my fillings and wisdom teeth removal. My fillings were done by Dr. Wadhwa. There was local anesthetic administered to my gums to minimize discomfort. It went smooth and the entire appointment took less than an hour and my numbing subsided within 2-3 hours. My wisdom teeth were extracted by Dr. Wadhwa's husband and business partner, Dr. Gandhi. He is well-qualified and specialized in periodontics and implants. He's at this location every other Wednesday (or maybe it's every Wednesday) for surgeries and other special procedures. Every other day, he is at his own practice at the Firewheel center in Garland. Before going through with the surgery, I researched Dr. Gandhi -- he graduated magna cum laude from his undergrad studies and cum laude from his dental school. He's also maintained a 5.0 rating on Google -- this, coupled with his education showed a great track record. I had held off getting my wisdom teeth removed for several years (I am 32), however, I decided it was time and Dr. Gandhi was more than qualified to do the job. My wisdom teeth extraction appointment took about 2 hours. I was given laughing gas and Dr. Gandhi was very informative. The surgery itself was seemed very quick (less than 20 minutes) and went very smoothly. I had minor discomfort thereafter and the recovery was quick. What made me feel very comfortable was the fact that I had a direct number to reach Dr. Gandhi by phone/text. I felt like it was easy to ask him questions about what to eat, etc via text -- he was super polite and answered my inquiries quickly. Bottom line: I recommend visiting this practice (and Dr. Gandhi's practice) for your dental needs. I was always seen on-time (4 appointments so far) and everything has been efficient to-date. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable, qualified, and most importantly, love what they do.
