I cannot rave enough about this place! I've been coming here since high school and the ladies kill the game on dentistry. Everyone knows what is going on, everyone is kind and patient and remembers you! They are known for giving carnations to the women after every visit! Just makes you feel welcomed and loved! Also with COVID issues going on they are very aware and very cautious. Place looks nice as well! Again just only positive things to say. If you have a job that may require a last minute rescheduling of an appointment this is not the practice for you. I had a client run late for an appointment with me, I called in advance that morning and was told it was too late that I had a 15 minute grace period and that's it. That meant that if I was later than 3:45 I would have to pay a fee greater than the fee I would have to pay through my insurance. So an already stressful day became even more so. Thanks Preston Family Dentistry. I should have gone to another dentist from the beginning. The front office staff are very cold and have "could care less" attitude. This office seems more about just turning and burning through patients and aren't personable. Tried to call and speak with the Dentist but could not. Couldn't be more disappointed. The good news is I called another dentist just down the road and explained what had happened and that sometimes in my field I may have to reschedule morning of ( especially when you factor in you set appointments 6 months in advance ) and this new office understood and said they would not hit me with fees and that as long as I gave them as much notice as I had myself they would work with me in good faith. read more

I have been a patient of PFD for over 5 years and have nothing but incredible things to say about this practice as a whole. Not only are the office staff wonderful and the hygienists skilled in the work they do, the dentist has incredible bedside manner and knowledge which is hard to find as a combination these days. I would recommend this practice to anyone! In reading some of the reviews below I would advise JC that just as his appointments are important, so are other people's. By canceling a last minute appointment you prevent patients like me from getting an urgent appointment I may have needed. The cancellation policy is part of the contract as a new patient and is standard for any type of medical practice that you are seen at as a patient. I've been coming to Preston Family Dentistry for over 10 years now and I have not found a better, more courteous, and friendlier place than this. As far as I know, the main dentists have changed three times over that period but since then the service has improved each visit. For a long time, I didn't have insurance and as you know, dentist bills are not cheap! But Preston Family was still affordable for me, compared to a lot of other dentists in the area. The only thing that you need to look out for is the cancellation fees for forgotten appointments or last minute cancellations. Each time you visit, they automatically discuss your next visit and book the appointment in the calendar. They will send a follow up postcard or phone call to remind you of it, but if you don't get it or forget, you could be charged and not know. They are pretty good at reminding you though. Also, I love the little goody bag they give out at the end and they also give you a fresh, carnation flower for the day. Every visit is a pleasant one for me here, so no complaints so far! read more

This dentistry was recommended by a personal friend. Upon my arrival, they were friendly and prompt. I walked 8 minutes early to complete my paperwork and walked in for my X-rays exactly at my appointment time. The cleaning was the least painful I've had. They have televisions to watch in front of each chair and for once I didn't quince the entire time through the cleaning because they kept poking my gums! read more

My hygienist Jenny was super awesome. Answered any questions that I had, and did an amazing job on my cleaning. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I was not having any issues! I highly recommend going and seeing her. Dr. Iranmehr was amazing as well. Super nice, and explained everything in detail with what was going on with my teeth. Answered all my questions that I had, and went over my X-Rays with me. I felt very comfortable, and had great knowledge of what I need to do going forward. The rooms are really nice, and have TV's in them. I was allowed to change the channel to what I wanted, while getting my work done. It is a great location. Best dentist ever. This is a well managed family business. I always drive 30 min because they take really good care of me and my family. We need to appreciate the fact that this business is not managed by a company. That was the main reason why I left Monarch Dental. I always have had impecable teeth and all of the sudden that company overcharge me and ripped my insurance because a periodontal treatment. I just recently moved into the area and thought it was time to find a dentist. It's been about two years since I last went to any dentist. My cleaning was long overdo. Jenny did an awesome job playing catch-up on my teeth. I have braces which makes the process a little longer but it didn't feel that way. Her touch was very gentle and I barely felt any discomfort. Dr I is the best Dentist ever! She really cares about her patients and her craft, it's evident in her bed side manner, clinical skills and knowledge. My brother-in-law introduced us to her practice and now the entire family has been fiercely loyal patients for years. I like to say she has the "touch of a fairy" so every procedure I've had at her office, from root canals and crowns to extractions and fillings have been virtually painless. (I'm a reformed candy eater). All the hygienists are professional, knowledgeable and personable too. The administrative staff are courteous and always work with my occasionally erratic schedule.
