I have to say, the price I paid is totally worth it. My baby who is about to turn One year old loves the heated pool and instructors, Rusty and Pairs. They have been working with him on a one-to-one basis. I was really impressed with the safety tips taught to my baby. I normally schedule baby-and-me class the same day with my class. So after baby-and-me class, Pairs will play with my baby and practice the safety skills while I take adult swimming lesson with Rusty. I like how Rusty takes his time to teach me on the correct breathing and kicking techniques. I really appreciate that he allows me to practice even on the days when we do not have class scheduled. All staff here are very friendly and easy approachable. Regardless if you are looking for a class for your little ones or just adult swimming class, I Highly recommend this place to you all.

He guided me through an awesome shopping experience. A lot of shops I had been visiting in my search to find a board didn't have my desired size of 7.75 or 7:8 since 8+ is the standard nowadays. Derek laid out all the options and walked me through the entire build of a new complete. He went above and beyond in setting me up and I will be coming back because of the excellent customer service and my desire to support the core skate shop industry and culture.

However I've noticed since I have had a baby and bring in a stroller, the employees follow me throughout the entire store. Last night was the third time this had happened and this was a bit out of control. I was in the back area and the male associate literally stood next to my stroller the entire time. He literally could've just pushed it. I was on one end and he was at the handles. Just standing there. The entire time. He was pretending to take photos but it was obvious he was just following me. Everytime I moved or stopped. He moved and he stopped. This store must have a lot of theft which is sad. But as someone who used to make multiple purchases in this store - I will no longer be frequenting. I don't know what type of profiling this is. Strangely my other friend with a stroller wasn't being followed. Whether it's because I have a stroller and they think I'm going to dump things in there or what, I'm an adult. With money and a baby. I have had many voice lessons in the past, and I can tell Kevin really a) knows what he's talking about b) gets the most possible done with me in the lesson minutes (timely and efficient) c) is very fun and upbeat d) such an amazing musician e) highly qualified, having majored in music pedagogy in university, and traveled the world performing f) communicates clearly and effectively! I chose a random song, "Peaches" from Super Mario Bros and he knew it, and was able to play it in the correct key on the keyboard for me to sing to. I had so much fun and I surprised myself when following his modeling. He used his voice so skillfully and brings the passion through the dynamics. Such a good price for how much I'm getting out of it! I know voice lessons in general aren't cheap. I hope he gets nicely compensated, because he deserves it.
