Baths by Envy recently completed a tub to walk-in shower conversion for me. I couldn't be happier! They're experienced, talented, very professional, sticklers for quality, and nice to work with. This team works well together, which led to great communication...regardless of who I was talking to. Having done limited updating before, I had a tiny bit of sticker shock when I got the quote. But I researched prices/vendors and found that the cost was quite fair. And now that I've seen how much work (and number of steps) went into this conversion, I feel it was a great value. The team helped make sure the shower blends with everything else in the bathroom, which was reno'd a year ago (before I bought the place). With the new shower, the room looks bigger, brighter and better. At the end of the day, it's not just about having a beautiful, well-built shower or about getting the right price. We met with Jed from Envy in March, 2025. He was prompt and we had a good back and forth about the project. A complete remodel of a bathroom that had last been updated in the 1960s. He provided a detailed quote that was in line with the price other companies provided. We went with another company for two reasons. 1. We wanted to work with a company that provided assistance with choosing finishes. Envy had no such person. 2. The sales rep from the company that we ultimately went with really looked at the job. We got the impression that he was really, really looking at OUR bathroom remodel. He asked questions and brought up issues that no other sales rep brought up. read more

Had a walk-in shower installed. Envy finished the job in 3 days. The quality of the job was top-notch. They complied with all city requirements, which included changing the drain pipe. They also complied with the veteran's department for my grant. This included lots of regulations, the worker was very respectful and polite. They cleaned up the site on a daily basis. They installed 3 safety bars that will last! This is a Veteran owned business and just fantastic, I can't say enough about how good they are. My suggestion to anybody that is replacing a bathtub to a walk-in shower go here and don't waist your money on those one day replacement people. Highly disappointed by the finished outcome. My mother hired them for a bath to shower conversion, expressed her concerns and they finished the job although water seeps out of the bathroom into the hallway. They claim they completed the job properly but that doesn't make any sense; the same water seepage took place when I visited and took a shower. Don't hire them. They are kind enough to visit to talk about the issues but don't take any responsibility for the issues. The floor must not have been graded enough to properly drain, which would entail them to re-do the entire job. Instead, they tried to appease my mom by adding barriers (even though the whole point was to have a curb-less shower), although this did not solve the issue of water seeping from the shower into the hall. They returned to remove the barriers since the barriers didn't fix the issue and had the audacity to charge her for the cost of the barriers. My mom trusted Envy Home Services but they have not solved the issue they created and don't have a solution to fix the issue of water seeping out from the bathroom into the hallway. read more

Bad enough they botched our simple tub to shower conversion but now even though it's still under warranty, they won't return calls to come fix it. As disreputable as they come AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! OR IT WILL COST YOU!!! They get one star because Yelp forces me to give them one. They don't deserve it. Envy's salesman/designer sold me on having them remodel my kitchen. I paid a premium price and expected them to be a "professional" company that would do a quality job. Boy was I wrong. Rather than sending out a professional crew they had one jack of all trades / master of none do almost all of the work on his own. He made a mess of my house, not just the kitchen. Many mistakes were made. After going back and forth with the production manager they finally fixed some of the issues, but not all. They have a major lack of attention to detail. I would have been better off hiring the cheapest guy off Craigslist. read more

Do not hire Sunrooms by Envy. They lie!!!! We made the mistake of hiring them for our sunroom. The job took such a long time and may issues requiring the city to hold them accountable. Now the sunroom is up it makes too many popping and cracking sounds. You cannot enjoy watching television or take a nap. It sounds like an animal (cat, squirrel, raccoon) jumped on the roof. They should have put a sound board on that aluminum roof. We are within the one-year mark and asked Adam to service the roof and he said no problem. A service man came and said sorry there is nothing we can do. Then he calls again and said for $350 we will change out the screws to longer ones. He said Adam should have installed longer ones in the first place. Why should we continue to pay for their mistakes. This is the worse team and it starts with Adam. Find another company to put up your three season sunroom. We are greatly disappointed. read more

I cannot recommend Envy. Ours was a fairly straightforward tub-to-shower conversion. This review presents "two sides" for you to consider if you are thinking of giving your project to Envy. "Side One" -- The sales experience was very good. They were "in the middle" of costs on three quotes, and we chose Envy. However, Day 1 of the labor was the first day of a long list of issues. Without providing gruesome details of ALL that went wrong, here is a just a small list of some of the issues: -Labor had multiple days of transportation issues that caused almost a week of delays - Poor Communication from Envy sales to Labor about details of the job led to a partial "redo" before completion, which added days to the project -Without notice, Labor frequently brought girlfriend into our home as an inappropriately dressed "helper" -Labor used our front yard as an ash tray and grout dump - Quality of Labor/Installation & Shower Floor Materials used were so poor, that upon completion, Envy - without my request - had new Labor come in and rip it all out and perform a complete Do Over from scratch, demolishing everything initial Labor had installed, and rendering weeks of work (and headaches that we endured) completely obsolete. There were several other issues and details - and because of all of it - Envy can not be recommended. "Side Two" -- Envy did stand up & try to make it right. After the project was initially completed unacceptably, they brought in new Labor, who was a PRO and did everything right. Unfortunately, even with competent Labor, there was another, different issue with the floor material (not Labor or Envy's fault). Again - Envy did the right thing & had someone come out later to repair it. In the end - Envy did stand up and do the right things.....but instead of a week, it took six months to get it done correctly. If they had sent competent Labor in the first place, instead of ignoring multiple red flags over the course of the initial failed installation that they ended up having to redo, this would be a completely different review. Because of the way they stepped up and corrected their own mistakes, Envy gets a second star. However, that does not remotely offset all the issues and delays we experienced. I cannot recommend Envy based on our total experience. read more

Jed came out and provided 2 quote for work that I wanted done. The responsiveness was excellent. He was pleasant, professional and not pushy. I asked for quotes based on just labor without any fixtures or materials. Jed was happy to write the quote to my specifications. For those who are sensitive to the "on time" factor - I can assure you Jed does not disappoint. Jed arrived on time and I had the quotes in the time requested. Communication was outstanding. Jed ask questions to me in email, as needed, and amended quotes based on my specific requirements. We had a total bathroom remodel done on our main bathroom, they took it down to the studs, removed old tub and surround, toilet, vanity and sink, and repaired bad toilet flang in the floor. Very professional Lucas and Robert worked very hard and completed the job in 4 days. I hired them to replace my bathroom sink, vanity and counter in my master bath and they also installed a second sink. They did very good quality work and from the time of my decision to proceed, it was only 8 days until the project was completed! I did the demolition and got the faucets and knobs (to save a little money) and they installed the new plumbing, cabinets and counter. This was a small job and I was lucky to fit in between other projects, but they have 9 crews and juggle schedules often. Our new bathroom is beautiful. Their workers are very neat and clean. The salesman, Jed, was honest, helpful and willing to work with me on the price. I had contacted other companies and they wouldn't even bid because my job was too small. This is an update of the review I wrote on 9/7/2018. First, I want to acknowledge that Wayne did indeed try to contact me after the job was finished. I responded to his voicemail message, leaving a message of my own, that I'd be glad to talk with him. He never followed up. So I give him credit for making an initial attempt, but that credit is cancelled out because he didn't pursue the conversation. About a month ago, we noticed that there was a small tear in one of the small screens of our screen porch. We couldn't determine the cause, nor could we tell how long that tear had been there. In addition, we noticed that when it rained, water was spilling over the side of the gutter at the front of the porch, rather than going down the drain pipe. I called Dan, he came over, looked at these two issues, and agreed that Envy would take care of them at no cost to me. I told him I very much appreciated this. And, true to his word, within a week, both matters had been resolved. I thought it was only fair to make mention of this "service after the sale". The one remaining issue that sticks in my craw is that the owner, Wayne, didn't think that it was Envy's job to fix the concrete pad they laid leading up to one of the doors on the porch. Through an unfortunate miscommunication, the pad wound up with a section jutting out beyond the gate that it led to, which looked bad and made no sense. We wound up having to pay a concrete guy $300 to saw off that section. Other than that, we are pleased with the end result. The porch looks great. Taking into consideration all of these factors, if I could tack an additional half star onto our review, making it a two-and-a-half star review, I would. read more

On the positive side the crew doing the work did take the time to constantly make sure I was ok with what he was doing as to the tile placement or the decorative tile and nook placement. They did good work BUT when they installed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom and I came up to see how it looked, I now had a basketball size patch on bedroom wall. ( if it was a mail pop then it was overkill as it was not an exaggeration to the size) So now I had to repaint my bedroom as I can't match the paint now. I also had to ask them to stop flicking their cigarette butts in my lawn ( a dozen the 1st day) which they stopped for 2 days then started again. They also cleaned out their buckets in my plants area and in my yard at the curb. I had many other issues with the mgmt people and don't have the room to list all of the problems ( which are many). I did inform the mgmt when they came out to check on the crew and when they came for final payment so they were aware of the issues. Would I recommend them, well this year I'm going to have my kitchen ,dining room ,family room and living room redone and they are NOT on my list to call for a quote. read more

We have done many projects on our houses over the years and I have to say that this was the first project that was done without any issues or problems.
