However I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this location for Ideal Image. They were welcoming and answered all my questions. I was very upfront with my concerns having used a different spa in the past. They didn't try and put the other spa down, instead they were classy and made their policies and procedures very clear so I knew exactly what I would be getting. Natalie was awesome and gave me a confident consult so I knew what I was getting. They got me in the very next morning (which is rare and just happened because of a chance cancellation) so I was really pleased. I had Dysport in entire forehead and crows feet and Restylane in my lips. The experience is night and day from the other spa. Im in love and will recommend them over and over again. Prices are higher than some, but I think it's worth it to have these procedures done CORRECTLY and the way you want. UPDATE!! They should use Schedulicity or one of those services. Based on the awkward phone conversations I had some concern, but it was unwarranted. The experience was very good. Despite some other reviews, I had no problem finding the place. I followed their directions and Google Maps worked just fine. If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would. Three is too little and four too much.
