Did the coolsculpting in two areas and they only did two treatments even though they initially said they could do more with approval, after second treatment I asked about the next treatment date they just gave me the runaround saying they would ask permission and look at the before and after photos and we would go from there, never happened. I purchased two laser hair removal treatments via Groupon, and although I have major anxiety, the ladies at MD spa have really gone above and beyond beyond to make me comfortable, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Meghan was able to relate to me and really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! I have been wanting laser hair removal for years, but for some reason, my anxiety flares up whenever I am in a setting that remotely resembles a medical office so I could never bring myself to do it. Meghan referred me to Remiah, and she could not have been a better fit for someone like me. After I finish my treatments, I will definitely be seeking additional services like Botox and micro needling with these ladies because the service is so great. The staff introduced themselves to me and I was given a tour of the facility. I was amazed to learn the company is one of the number one providers of Cool Sculpting across Colorado and they are experts in this area! In addition, the staff are always attending training sessions and are up to date on the latest procedures and treatments which made me highly interested in what services I would be planning next! Went to Md body & Med Spa to get laser hair removal on my arms and was very badly burned. The tech Julee assured me the laser temp was good for my skin color and hair type. It was very painful and starting to get red and she said that was normal. When I got home it was burning like a really bad sunburn and started to welt up. When I called to tell them I was burned they told me to come in for some cream. Julee was at the front desk when I got there, she didn't ask to see it or ask if I was ok or anything. She went in back got me some cream , she didn't tell me what is was or any instructions and said I would get a call in the morning. I have yet to receive a call. It was a great deal on groupon but not worth the pain and possible scarring I may get!! read more

Was disappointed in trying laser removal here. I had no results in amount of time I was going which was only 6+ months but based on their service didn't want to continue to try. Multiple times I had one tech a few times then all of a sudden I'd get the oh this person is no longer with us. Then the last person I saw after repeated treatments told me I shouldn't have been coming as often due to hair growth, they scheduled me and told me how often to come. They can't be consistent and keep employees it seems or their employees are just trying to make money off of appts vs providing services appropriately. read more

I came to MD Med Spa on a referral for Botox and Julee, the consultant, convinced me to do a series of Micro-needling treatments (4 to 6) prior to getting Botox for better results. On my first appointment, They had overbooked too many clients and did not have rooms available to do my treatment so I voluntarily agreed to come back the following day. Julee discounted the 1st treatment due to that Inconvenience but on the second treatment once again the spa appeared to be overbooked and another aesthetician came in and said she was going to do my treatment without even asking me. Only upon my objections did Julee come in to do my 2nd treatment. I booked my third appointment the following week and when I showed up after it was confirmed by a phone call and via text message I was told by the front desk person that I had no appointment and that Julee had left for the day. So I rebooked my third appointment and about three hours before that appointment I received a text message saying that they didn't want me as a client. I have never worked with such an unprofessional organization and although I think Julie is very good at her trade I would think long and hard before I would ever go to this med spa. WILL NEVER GO BACK. The service and technicians were fine. However, I had a coupon that simply read "Receive FREE BOTOX with Coolsculpting treatments. Must present Coupon, the amount of free botox will be determined by the the number of cycles performed. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Expires 4/11/19." with only the name/contact information for the Westminster location. I would have attached the coupon, but couldn't do so on Yelp. I did my coolscuplting and at that time was told to go ahead and just book my "free" botox appointment when I was ready. Then, when I called to book my appointment I was told that they've never provided free botox and that that she (the lady I was speaking too) was in charge of all promotions and had never had such a deal. So I presented the coupon to her. She said she needed to call the owner as he would need to handle. The owner (Dean, I believe) called me back and said that it was a deal through Brilliant Distinctions that MD gave points that you could use towards Botox. I asked where it said that (as Brilliant Distinctions is not mentioned anywhere in the ad) and I further advised him that is standard Brilliant Distinctions (BD) procedures - anytime you use a service covered by BD, you receive points to use on future products/services, but that you could use the points anywhere and it is not a spa specific "deal". He then got defensive and said that it was run through their lawyers and it was proper. I told him at best it was misleading and more likely false advertising and that I too am a lawyer and would like to speak to MD's lawyer. He then said he doesn't have a lawyer that they use a service... ? Anyway, I will never go back even if I were to receive the "FREE BOTOX" advertised but wanted to make others aware of this "spas" unethical and deceptive practices. read more

I've been to several other locations and while I was treated with care, these places did not go to the extent Julee did. It was relaxing and therapeutic, not to mention beyond affordable.
