Prices were reasonable and appointments were easy. I most appreciated the attention to servoce. They made sure that we were both fully relaxed... to the degree that they made sure I wasn't holding my hand up during the manicure (they had to keep remaining me to lower my wrist so I could relax)! After he moved to Alameda, I had taken a break from getting my nails done, so I didn't realize he had switched locations. When I found him again on social media, I was beyond happy! Now I travel all the way to Alameda just to get my nails done by him -- and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my feet, ever. Linh made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked to make sure she didn't cut me. I showed a picture and got EXACTLY what I wanted! Linh even asked me what color acrylic I want for the base and did a swatch of the colors for me!! she shaped them PERFECTLY and i'm so happy with my nails, they are the perfect french tips. my friend loved getting her pedicure as well, and they even gave us water bottles and used hot towels! we didn't get the name of the person who did her pedicure but it was perfect! whoever does your nails, they'll come out perfect every time! the shop itself is very clean, they have good music in the background, and it's quite spacious! they have a wide range of colors and they're very talented with designs as well, so there's something for everyone! there are parking lots in very close proximity so i'm sure that will not be a problem either. i originally rescheduled my appointment to a few hours later and it was very easy to do over the phone! and they were extremely nice about it. we will definitely be back as this is our new go-to! i can't express enough how much i love this place! read more

Joann's delivers: -Friendly service. -Nice facilities w/American music on a LOW volume. -Mask, super tingly & refreshing. -Exfoliating scrub. -OPI polishes and CHI hair products. -TWO coats of top coat, prob why the service lasts EXTRA long. BONUS: I was getting antsy b/c I was missing the 'hot towel' portion I'm used to, but never fear, Joann's came through and had my tingly calves wrapped during the entire painting session. Deduction: I like my nails to be more rounded at the edges, I specified, but it was still a bit square & pointy for my liking. There are a multitude of pedi chairs and ONE hair salon chair, which prompted me to ask how much their cuts are, $15!?!? AWESOME. Huh? when i finally got in the chair, the water was scalding hot.... then I sat for so long, it was eventually freezing cold. my daughter was also in her chair for a good 30 minutes before they actually did anything. - crusty old polishes. bring your own, people. - manicure was meh bordering on bad. maybe they were just trying to play catch up, but she did not do anything to my cuticles, barely filed my nails & WTF with the COLD water for your hands? After my timer went off and I went back in, the same lady said I would have to wait a hour longer cause she had someone else walk in and was hoping I wouldn't come back. SO CHEAP I've never paid this little for full service.. I walked in around 5:30, and was worried they couldn't take a pedicure and a manicure.. But they are staying open late for me! So don't worry on the time that they close, they accept late late walk-ins! Manicure was nice, but small bubble on one fingernail.. But she (didn't catch her name) gave me free glitter under the French tip :) so friendly. Even brought me snacks and tea for free while I am getting a pedicure! Pedicure was also really nice! I had another nice lady do my pedicure, and she was really nice.. Because I went to the beach late at night and have about 20 bug bites on my legs/feet and she was so careful around them and considerate! Overall, my experience was awesome..
