I arrived around 2:37pm and the place was busy. But they assured me about a 20 minute wait so I began waiting. Well as it got closer to 3pm I decided to find out what time they closed and come back later. The lady said 7pm but they were going to seat me in a matter of minutes. Okay fine I waited and about 5 minutes later they sat me for the pedicure and had my feet soaking. I sat there, and I sat there, and I sat there. About 10 minutes later the one lady assigned this lady (later said her name was "Kim"). She whipped out her little box of tools and began working on my feet. I use that loosely. She barely cut the toe nails. Then the little scrubber she didn't even look at my feet and missed the toe nails and the foot itself most of the time. She grazed my nails with the tool to push the cuticle back and didn't use the cuticle trimmer AT ALL. Then she over massaged my legs never touching the feet. Apparently she wasn't told I wanted a manicure too and honestly I should of walked out and went elsewhere for it. But I told I her I wanted that too. She was in a bigger rush now. I think they all get paid on commission based on the way they jockey for customers. Anyway same thing. Quick trim of the nails, missed most of the fingers scrubbing, barely used the cuticle push or trim. No hand massage at all. All my nails are different sizes, none of them rounded. and no care taken at all. I'm not happy. I was recommended this place by my friend who is a retired police officer. I don't know what anyone sees in this place. I'll be going back to my usual place next month. read more

I don't Envy anything about this place... After waiting for about 30 minutes (when we were told just a few minutes) we were finally seated into the pedicure chairs with our feet to be soaked for another 15-20 minutes before I was greeted by the nail tech, wait my bad I was never greeted by the nail tech...my feet were just hit by this older man as if I knew to bring them out the water because that's how I usually get peoples attention to say hello! The entire time he was doing my feet he was at an angle so he could watch the tv in between answering his multiple texts/phone calls. Talk about super attentive (insert eye roll). My sister whom was getting a pedi/mani next to me was already done by the time he was still cutting my toe nails. Then the time came for my manicure, oh yes I have gel on, had you spoken to me prior I would have told you that so you could have been soaking them the entire time you were working on my feet. But because you didn't now I have to sit and waste my time, while this could have been done while you were giving me a pedicure. I noticed my arm had a scratch from the gel machine, so I literally touched the top of the lotion dispenser with the bottom of my finger for the smallest dab of lotion, being careful not do get any on my nails and he literally screamed at me NOOO in front of the entire salon. First I was shocked, like did that just happen, did I just get yelled at like a child from a nail tech. I had no idea he even had this loud of a voice as he hadn't spoken prior to this. Let me be clear that I don't think a grown ass man should snap at a women especially one that is a customer and warranted no reaction like that. To say I was stunned is an understatement and I literally flew out of that place just to get the hell out of there before I reacted in an un lady like manner. He even said sorry as I left, as if to let me know that he was fully aware that he is a total douche bag and should probably refrain from having to deal with customers in future if you want to stay in business. To make matters worst my manicure started chipping and lifting two days later. So bad customer service and bad quality of work, sensing a pattern?. Not a good look Envy. If it wasn't for the customer they would NOT be in business so treat your customers with respect and kindness especially when they are regulars. I've been going to this nail shop for my nails and pedicures for years. I've tried many nail shops locally and Envy provides the best pedicures so far. Nail service depends on who you get. Lyndsey and Rose are the top techs here. Rose can be rude, rough and she is always late. If you catch her on A good day she will hook up your nails but that attitude needs improvement. I was so turned off by the last time she did my nails. She told me she was color blind when I asked her to pick me a few red polishes so I can choose the one I like. A friend recommended this salon for me to get pedicures and I love it. I've been here a half dozen times and have had great experiences each time. They have new adjustable, massage chairs that are so relaxing! I've gotten the massages with hot stones, they've put citrus slices on my legs, and they've used all kinds of cool products on my legs. I've both made appointments and dropped in and the waits have been really short. Lately, I've had them draw flowers on my big toes for an additional $5. It lasts for weeks! Great Prices and they were pretty fast at taking us in. Walk ins were welcome when I went. They do wear gloves and masks, so that made me feel safe. They also have plastic covers to keep the customers safe and protected. So relaxing to do a pedicure with them while pregnant and there was hardly a strong smell when I went in too! After having a bad experience at my old nail place, I was referred here by my waitress from bjs when I saw how cute her nails were! She recommended rose or Tina, but I went with Kim! She was friendly and extremely detail oriented! Usually I end up with a nail or two crooked and longer than the rest, not today! Kim took the extra time to make sure the length and shape was perfect on each nail. She speaks great English and was happy to try and do whatever I showed her a picture of, I've been to other places and they shrug me off and insist on doing something basic. Kim tried to do a spiderweb and asked her co worker to help her out, I totally appreciate that, made me feel like she wanted to make sure I got a quality design even if she couldn't do it. I have been coming here off and on for about 15 years they have change management probably within the last 5 to 10 years my mother loves coming here for some reason every time I go there they rushed me into the pedicure chair to where I wait 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to ask me what kind of pedicure I want or what I want to do and if I'm trying to stand up and look at my colors for more than two minutes they rushed me around they continue to try to upsell me and when they do upsell me for their shellac gel for $15 extra for hands and nails now are talking 30 bucks on top of everything they also charge you five dollars just to take it off when you've had it done in their saloon and u don't want to do the upgrade again. This is not good business practice these ladies cut your skin Barrier and tell u ur done when the polish isn't even dry. Then when I thought about getting an acrylic nails with paint on top, they don't listen and try to up sell u again. I'm trying to spend 50 bucks and tip 20-25% and to get what I want. Stop trying to rip people off when they are trying to be pampered with their mother or daughters. Ruined my whole experience. Let's see if they will refund there paint job? Update: refused me a refund and gave my debit that I left to my mother ( whom I'm not with or can contact at the moment) said they would repaint. I was really impressed with how cute this place was. The lady who greeted me was very nice and I didn't feel like she screamed at me when I walked in the door, which so many nail salons do. They were able to seat me right away and show me the prices BEFORE they started. I chose to get the "classic pedicure" which was $25. The lady did a good job, especially considering that I had a cut on my toe and she took extra care to not hurt me. However the massage was not very long which is my most favorite part! Also I watched them clean their tools and it was not sanitized properly AT ALL. I am a nurse and so trust me, I know how to sanitize. After watching that I am more than a little worried about the open cut on my toe. Although my toes look good I do wonder if I just paid $25 for a bacterial infection. read more

I stopped in for a pedicure. Very friendly staff, very clean and open, and very relaxing. All the lotions and scrubs they used to massage into my legs smelled so amazing and my legs feel softer than I have ever felt them before. The prices are really affordable for everything you get! The only thing I could complain about is they spend all the time massaging your legs, often in the same spot so long, but rarely rub your feet? Id rather get a foot rub then a leg rub. I have been to this salon a few times now, I've had 3 different technicians do my nails and none of been all that great. Today was the worst, I spent an hour and a half in that chair and $40 on a new set and the job is not even done correctly. If I'm sitting in a chair for an hour and a half and my nails are jagged at the end and not smooth, that's bad. Not to mention she didn't listen to the length or correct shape I wanted and after correcting her twice and still getting it wrong I gave up. This place has potential if they stop gossiping to each other and instead listen to their paying customers. Also, when I was signing my slip she was hovering over me and watching what I was tipping...akward. Nobody said goodbye or have a nice day, just collected the money and sent me on my way. I doubt I'll be returning. I'm giving two stars because I've had a better experience previously or else it would be one. read more

If you like people talking about you in a different language right in front of you then this is a perfect place for you! My coworkers and I went after work one day for pedicures. We wanted to try a new place and this is near by the office. First off they only have a small amount of options for polish colors so make sure you bring one that you like. In the first 5 minutes the nail technician made my friend bleed on two toes by cutting her while she was trimming her cuticles. Then kept going back to the same spot to "fix" it by cutting more while she was in pain. When my lady sat down (10 minutes later) She took the sugar scrub and smeared it on my shins and just left it there and started filing my nails. When that was done she just rinsed it off. She never rubbed it around or anything, it just sat on my shins for 10 minutes. She asked if I wanted to pay $5 more for a heel treatment since I had some rough spots, so I said yes. All she did was the regular scrubbing that you would normally get included in your pedicure and she didn't use any special product or anything. The menus said that we would be getting a mud mask which we never received. The paint job for both was decent. My friend also got an acrylic fill. While she was getting her nails done her technician was on her cell phone the entire time. She never asked if she wanted them cut down and when she did asked the woman to cut them down she said that will be $3 extra. To cut nails? I've never heard of that! The whole experience was just bad! I'm also not too thrilled about their sanitation procedure. They scrub out the pedi spa with hand soap and do a quick rinse which is not up to CA regulations. It looks like they do use new files and buffers for each client which is nice. Not sure about their steel implements, she just pulled them out of her box so I don't know if they sanitize them I between clients or not. To top it off when I was signing my receipt my lady was literally hovering over me and staring at the slip to see her tip so I felt obligated to leave a bigger tip than I wanted to. So, to say the least we will not be back again! My recommendation would be to drive past this place and find somewhere else! Good luck! read more
