I have been coming here on and off since 2020, and I have always had good service and solid work. The salon is clean and can be quite bustling, but I like to come in on a random middle of the day so I don't have to deal with a lot of people. I only get either the spa pedicure or the classis pedicure with a regular manicure. The very basic of basics, but I've always been satisfied with the service. They have a lot of different options for manis and pedis, and I believe they also offer lash services, massages and waxing. I have not tried these services, but I've seen people come in for them. The techs are always friendly and polite; they always ask to make sure you're getting what you want. They also try to make everything as comfortable as possible. For example, I came in around lunch time once and brought something to eat because I was starving, and they gave me a little tray to set my food on my lap so I can eat more comfortably while they're working on my pedi. I would continue to come in for mani and pedi services and recommend them for sure. read more

Salon is pretty, however I came in on Thursday when they were obviously overbooked. They rushed on my nails, but I didn't say anything in that moment because there were people waiting after me. My nails were not shaped right, uneven, didn't match the length on the other hand, and worst of all the tip placement on my thumb was left to look like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I came in on Monday to have it fixed and the owner thanked me for giving them another chance which I really appreciated it. The guy tech doing my nails seemed a bit annoyed, but I think left them looking better than before after trying to gaslight me that my two middle fingers were the same length when they were clearly not. The WORST part of my new set is that for some reason he did two coats of pink on one hand and only one on another and now my nails are two completely colors on each hand.... at this point I think i've given up on this salon getting my nails right. Took my gf here and this salon is one of the best in Leesburg. They know how to do builder gel and other nail extensions and it lasts a long time. Workers were all super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Glad I found this place and going to recommend it to friends. Lots of colors to choose from too. The service I requested was for coffin shaped medium length nails. I received square shaped short fat nails. The vibe honestly if they wouldn't stop playing heartbreak anthems from the 80s I thought I was gonna have a mental breakdown. My family and I went last night and although my eldest daughters fingernails look lovely. My mom asked for a very simple Manicure. He was so rough and neglectful that my mom didn't even allow him to finish. Which was the same guy that did my nails who was supposed to do my toenails, but because he could tell I was dissatisfied with my nails, he refused to do my pedicure. The woman who do my pedicure was nice and it was a decent pedicure. She worked hard on my toenails, especially since they're so little. All that being said, if you can tell a person is dissatisfied you should be asking them. What's wrong instead of when my youngest daughter was finished with her nails. The same guy who did my nails grabbed my daughter by the arm and dragged her to the dry station. Now I did not find out about this until after we had left and we were at dinner. Had I known then, things would be a lot different. We were charged 329 at first, and then turned around and said it was 400 some dollars because they forgot the manicure. So, we tipped and we left. Then again sent a text message as we were eating dinner Requesting 60 more dollars because they air quote forgot to charge for my eldest daughter's nails. Which is simply not true. I would never ever go back nor would I ever recommend anybody to go there. read more

Terrible customer service. Since this salon changed management, I just had bad experiences. The last one for me was unacceptable! I called to schedule an appointment and couldn't speak with a human being. The system automatically scheduled an appointment and sent me two different times. I changed my plans to accommodate the time that the last message was saying. I get there and I am told they couldn't see me because the correct time was the first message (the lady who I believe is the new owner had an attitude with me for a mistake she made!!) How could I have known that the first message was correct if they sent me a second message with a different time? So I change my plans to accommodate their scheduling to get to the salon and not being able to be seen?! I am not going back and will take my business somewhere else where I am treated with way more respect. read more

I've been coming here to have my nails done for 4 years now, and they really do end up treating you like family! If you see something you don't like, they're always happy to fix it until you're satisfied! They also offer tea, coffee, and water during your visit, and there's a punch card where you can earn a free 30 minute massage, after a certain number of visits. Joe is great for a pedicure massage, and NiNi is wonderful at doing designs with your manicure! Would recommend them to any of my friends! :) read more

Okay so I came to this salon because my bfs brothers baby mama recommended it. I should have a known then it was gone be fluke but alas I went. She told me they did pedicures for $30 so I'm hype and go. They tell me that their pedicures are $60 I kindly decline and instead get my nails done. I showed the nail tech a few photos but they didn't have the supplies to do what I wanted so I settled for the photo below. It was nice but I def wanted big diamonds and a free hand design but the nails served their purpose for my weekend getaway. I haven't been back because while it wasn't bad it wasn't good either. Nothing was memorable and no connection was really made with the nail tech. I also know the designs I want they can't accommodate so I probably won't be back. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of this place. I come to Leesburg for work about once a quarter and intentionally time my mani/pedi appointments so that I can get my nails done here when I come to town. Usually when you get the extra massage service at a nail salon, its not worth it. That is not the case at Eden. They give you foot scrub, foot bath and mask. Then they give you a full 15 min foot and leg massage with a fragrant lotion of your choice. They take care with making sure your nails are painted neatly and clean. The massage chairs are super comfortable and you can actually feel the massage balls kneading your back. When I left after my manicure/pedicure today I was sooo relaxed and pampered! Every nail tech I've seen here has provided the same level of professionalism and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Wow, this was hands down the best nail salon experience I've ever had. I came from out of town and was a little hesitant about going to a place I had never been to. The staff here blew my expectations out of the water. My boyfriend had come with me, but wasn't having any services performed. They allowed him to sit in the massage chair while I got a pedicure. They brought over ice cream and drinks for both of us. They played Friends on the TV, showing that they truly know the way to my heart! Not only was the staff extremely kind, but the services they provided were also top notch. I had a spectacular pedicure and a very thorough gel manicure. Visiting from out if town and it was so nice to stop in and have a pedicure. The atmosphere of Eden is so relaxing, similar to an upscale day spa. They served us crackers and juice in champagne glasses. This place is such a hidden gem! it's very unassuming and I have driven past it many times on the way to my husband's work but decided to stop while I was waiting for him one afternoon for a gel manicure. Definitely the strongest Gel manicure I've ever had- it actually grew out before it began to chip! They were very nice and accommodating when I showed up as a walk-in and the decor and general atmosphere is very relaxing and adorable!!! Pricing was in range with other places in this area. But even offered to accommodate a group of my friends and customize the experience for us if we give them a bit of notice on when we would be coming. From HERO to ZERO! I wanted to LOVE this place. I really, really did. In fact, the first time, I actually did love it. The young lady who is the new owner was so sweet and the place was so inviting. She and a young gentleman went above and beyond with little details, like tea in china cups with little cookies and toeless socks that keep your tootsies warm while being painted, that made getting a mani/pedi the true experience it should be. BUT TODAY WAS NOT THAT DAY! In fact, today was truly awful. In fact, I FEEL ROBBED OF THREE HOURS OF MY LIFE THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK!!! Today was my first day out with my little girl in 10 months, as I have been quite ill for a long time. We needed this mommy/daughter day. I was so excited to take her to this perfect little gem I found. Well, the young woman who owns the salon was not there. Her mother, another older gentleman and one other woman was there. I had to ask the gentleman to drain the water and clean the bowl, as there were particles floating in it! Also, the chair was greasy with finger prints. No apologies, no acknowledgments. Nothing. That should been my sign to cut and run. My daughter and I were the only customers in there for the first hour and 35 minutes. At the Two Hour mark, only my daughter's toes were painted. At that point, I had to ask the woman to get someone to start my daughter's hands so she could start painting my toes. The older gentleman finished with me and just left me sitting there!!!! THREE HOURS LATER.... ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH. My daughter's hands were badly painted, my toes had been painted, messed up by the technician FOUR TIMES (she kept putting the gel light right on my toes and scratching off the paint!) and then repainted and then a simple design was messed up twice (blamed on gel polish, which she suggested we use in the first place).....though MY GEL MANICURE HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. In fact, I was NOT EVEN OUT OF THE PEDICURE CHAIR YET. Within those three hours, there were only two other customers. One had a simple polish change and one came in at the last 15 minutes. What was supposed to be a day of relaxing mother/daughter bonding before we set off for a well-deserved family trip to Mexico after me being very sick for nearly a year, turned into a stomach-knotting, stress kitchen. All I could think about was how am I going to get this done tomorrow? who is going to watch the kids who are now home from school? my daughter hasn't eaten lunch yet and has a game tonight! oh no, my husband has to be somewhere in an hour, I have to pick my dog up from the groomer..... Even though it took her THREE HOURS to only do a polish change on a ten year old and a gel pedicure with simple dots on my big toes and leave me hanging for my manicure.... SHE STILL CHARGED ME $70!!!!! To add insult to injury, no tea, cookies, warm socks or water was offered. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! read more

I came for a gel pedi and ended up getting the hot stone pedicure. WOW!! I do not usually write reviews but that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever gotten. I was falling asleep in my chair from how relaxed I was. Very kind and attentive staff. I will definitely be a regular here after my experience. First time here. I walked in & the lady who greeted me wasn't wearing a mask. I sat down with my tech who was wearing one, and the lady not wearing one sat next to her. I asked if masks were required since she wasn't wearing one. They said yes pretty much, but that because of her cholesterol she takes 5-10 minute breaks from the mask. The whole 2 hours I was there she had her mask off the entire time. Halfway thru my nails my tech took her mask off too. My nails look great, but it was highly irritating to me for them to not be wearing masks. read more

This is definitly the best salon I have ever beem too..EVER... I got a refill and a pedicure, I was there for over 2 hours. Phee took her time and did an awesome job. I will give them 2 stars only and this is why: I came here after yelping nail salons, reviews looked good and I decided to give them a try. Lisa did my pedicure and was great, just how I like it :) unfortunately for me my manicure not so much .... there was a new girl training and she did not speak any English it was difficult telling her what she was doing wrong. The poor girl was shaking while painting my nails. I do understand that she is new but come on I am paying for a good quality service not for a manicure that I could have done it myself. I told someone that I was now happy with my manicure and my nail polish looked awful and Lisa removed the previous polish and re-paint my nails however my cuticle was not remove well enough so my manicure look like I did it myself. Nail polish applied on old cuticle = no bueno! On top of that the salon got really busy and I felt I was being rush to leave. Lisa was great so if you want to try them I will recommend to make an appointment with her that way you make sure to get what you pay for!!! read more

If it wasn't for the Yelp Community, I would've never known that they existed. My fiance and I went after a long and tiring week for a Friday night mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. The service was extremely professional, personal, and relaxing. The owners (a husband and wife duo) were there for our appointments and they did an excellent job. The salon is clean, the stuff is super friendly, and services are great! I have been there many times and I always receive a wonderful manicure, pedicure. I've had 3-4 massages by Joe also and he is very professional and gives an awesome massage. He really knows what he is doing! I also like that they make you feel special and take their time on you no matter how many people are waiting, so you don't feel that you are on an assembling line and feel rushed. The service prices maybe are a little bit higher than some other nail places but again with all the special attention (snacks, drink, paying attention, long leg massage, pleasant atmosphere and extra time on you) I think it's way worth the price. I went into this salon and it looks great but unfortunately the quality of product was not as I had hoped. I have never had my nails chip during the first day of having them done let alone have every nail chipped by the second day. If I am paying more than mall prices for my nails I should get better quality. Nice staff and pretty environment but would never come back. They did offer to repaint my nails but not good enough especially since I don't live close and could just pay less in gas going local to get just my nails painted. read more
