I can barely move and cry walking up the stairs. I have never been more crisp leaving a tanning salon. I had a hot date this weekend...that won't happen because I can't move. Also the lotion doesn't prevent burning like they claim while selling. Don't go full time. It isn't fun for anyone involved. I give this shade of red a 1 out of 10 Update: two hours later, I have blisters under my booty. Still can't move. Pray for me.

The marketing material is deceptive, offering "deals" to get you in the store, then making excuses (3 different ones by 3 people in 8 minutes) as to why they will not honor their own advertising. Their attempts to resolve clearly articulate that customer loyalty and common sense mean nothing. Being a member of the Beach Club is a joke, more red tape and fine print than you can imagine. Their Customer Service lead, Leah, tries to play amateur lawyer instead of providing customer service to resolve a simple request. I strongly advise anyone to avoid all Beaches locations because the issue is Leah and the management behind the stores. They should be ashamed for turning what used to be a reasonable and professional establishment into the money grabbing, hole that it is today.

Also I paid extra for an upgrade on a spray tan to get more color, 4 hours later I had no color, the towel after was white also which should have had color on it so I went back to spray again and was told I would not be charged for that, due to having to go back again after their equipment didn't work, well that didn't happen either. I lost both my spray tans, I called and they said I used it in January which the last time I was there was August? So who used my pass? Never had any of these issues at other tanning places. I have tried to speak to the owner or a manager and I get one person telling me they will fix this and the next that is saying that I can basically kick rocks!

No one working there had ANY idea what they were doing or how to get people checked in and tanning. After I FINALLY got signed up, they told me they'd only let me into a bed for 1/2 time, even though I'd been tanning elsewhere and already had a base tan. They were going to charge me $20+ to go in a bed capped at just 5 minutes. I've never had this at any other tanning salon, and I certainly have no incentive to transfer my business. They were slow, unhelpful, nothing seemed to work, and they were going to COMPLETELY rip me off. No thank you.
