Wait times will be excessive since everyone that didn't want to pay for a full month is trying to get in their tanning at the end. They need to have a way to call ahead and get in line if you're a customer that pays for a full month. It's pretty ridiculous. Almost unusable unless you have 30-40 minutes to spare. If they want to offer bargain options, just do weekly or biweekly passes that are the prorated pricing. At least that way the customer flow would be spread out throughout the month instead of everyone trying to come during the last part of the month. I am def looking for other options.

The manager, Bella, provided a 7-day free trial and said CEO/President at European Tanning Inc, George Papadapolis would follow up. After reviewing my original call, George agreed to honor the 10-day trial by adding 3 luxury bed sessions to my account. However, on my next visit, only the 3 sessions appeared. When I contacted George, he had removed the 7-day trial, ignored our agreement, and insisted the 3 sessions for $25 was a great deal. When I followed up again, he canceled the remaining sessions (I have yet to see a refund or refund email) and told me to pay full price. At the very least, the 7-day trial should still be honored. Until European Tan improves its customer service and ensures consistency in its offers, I wouldn't recommend going there.

Add insult to injury my financial institution informed me that it is NOT a recurring charge- meaning she is pushing those charges through manually. While the beds are on the older side, the bulbs are always new and I have walked away a little crispy a time or two. New customers get 3 tans for $6. Yes, $6. With a lotion purchase, you get 3 free tans, and their lotions are also ridiculously cheap. I haven't seen one over $29. They always have deals and specials running and the lady who runs the place is really nice and helpful. They only have 3 bed options, which is the reason for the lack of a fifth star. I would love to see a stand up unit there, but at these prices they won't be affording one anytime soon.
