I kept driving by Enzo's Chicken so I decided to try it for the first time today. I will definitely not be back. I ordered a chicken sandwich with only cheese, simple enough, right? Well, not for them, they gave me a chicken sandwich with everything and added cheese even though the receipt had it typed correctly and the guy at the "window" repeated it back. When my husband went in to explain what happened they gave him a new sandwich with a bun that looked like someone took a bite out of and was as hard a rock. I took the tender off of the bun and tried to just eat the chicken. The chicken was hot, and crispy but bland, I would be surprised if this place still is here by next year. So sad because I wanted to love it.

I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. This exceeded expectations by a mile. I opted for the "tender bites" thinking it would be 10 little nuggets. Nope. It was 10 huge, tender, packed with flavor chunks of chicken. Each one was 2-3 bites of pure amazingness. The crinkle fries were crispy, pickles had a great crunch and bite to them. The coleslaw was fresh and not overly sauced. Everything was perfect. Even the staff was great. But the sauce...the Enzo's sauce. I'm not a sauce fan. They always taste to mayo-forward. But not this one. It's smoky, peppery, creamy, delicious. This time I went through the drive-thru which took a bit because it was so busy, but that's to be expected. The inside was also full of people. Someone who I assume was the owner was walking around checking on things. Everyone seemed happy and enjoying themselves. Prices were incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be back.

#1 combo! (Lemon pepper chicken, fries, Enzo sauce, biscuit)

They had a small stage for live entertainment, board games, and community event flyers. I ended up ordering the Honey Lavender Latte after the staff member recommended it. I got it iced and the flavor perfectly popped! The coffee was a nice medium roast and had a subtle ease of caffeine. I also got my husband a chai latte which was amazing! It was well spiced and had a subtle apple cinnamon flavor to it. We both were thoroughly impressed by our drinks here and would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area!

Their espresso is okay, I don't know if it's just my preferences but it tasted a little over roasted to me but I still enjoyed it. My big draw here though is I love the ambience and location. I really like being able to sit at the big Windows looking out at the Mississippi River. I like their location because as a study break or if you want to get out after the Riverwalk is right outside so it's easy to hop on that for a run or walk directly afterward(you also are within 2 to 3 miles of the bridge connecting Moline and bettendorf as well as the bridge to Sylvan Island which are fun places to get out to.

It looks like a typical sports bar/restaurant. What sets it apart is the quality of the food. With our most recent visit, we went at an off-peak time between lunch and dinner. The place was relatively empty. Service was timely. For an appetizer, we had fried pickles. These looked like they were cut, battered, and fried in-house and were good. For my entree, I had the Zombie Invasion Burger. They advertise it as possibly the best burger on the planet. I don't know if I would endorse it being the best on the planet, but it's definitely one of the better burgers I have had. It's a gourmet-type burger, pairing sweet with some zing. The fries were standouts as well. They weren't particularly fancy, but they were well seasoned (just salt and pepper) and based on the quality, I am guessing they were cut in-house and fried to order. My wife had a Mediterranean salad, which she liked. I did not try any of it, but I have had a salad there before (Plantation Salad) and thought it was pretty darned good. For dessert, I had the cheesecake. This was good. It wasn't necessarily great, but I left happy. Overall, the food here is really good and the prices are appropriate.

Do not go. Waste of money. Group of 6 and all of us were disappointed. Never will returnread more
